I hope this is a rare occurrence. I stopped in today, 12-5-2020, to get a key made. The young lady at the register told me to go on back and someone would be there shortly. 15 minutes later I went to ask again, she apologized and said yes sir Ill get someone right there to help you. 15 minutes later I left. If youre to busy at least tell me and I would understand, but please dont ignore me.

I love this store and so does my husband! Every time I go, the staff is so kind and very knowledgeable; they are always willing to help and give the best advice! They arent trying to sell you something you dont need, they actually try to help you, imagine that! They have a really cute home accessories section too, almost everything you could want. Great Store!

Everyone there is SUPER welcoming !!! Go check them out. I promise they wont let you down. In the back section they have a setup called Cheerful Giver scents where you will smell some scents that will take you some where else !!!
