Ive never had business with these fellows, and from their reviews they appear to be very competent and helpful. However, their long stretch of sidewalk is absolutely abysmal with snow and hasnt been shoveled or salted the entire winter. The only parts that have been maintained are some direct paths to the doors.

Extremely helpful staff. Ive been in a couple of times now and each visit the guys behind the counter invest themselves in my project as much as I do. I feel that when we are working up the list they get as excited to ensure that Im successful in making something awesome and in turn that makes them successful. I highly recommend Trio Millworks as the weekend project person or the trained professional.

Fascinating and huge place. Large selection of items. We have been trying to find replacement matching trim pieces for a 75 year old home. The gentleman who assisted us knew immediately, had the pieces and the knowledge of what we should do. Will definitely go again for future needs.

I have been dealing with Trio Lumber for over 30 years. Always they have been professional and carry high quality materials. On the very few times there have a problem they where quick to rectify any issues. They are a real lumber yard and millwork shop. A lot better experience than a big box store.

Always knowledgable and very friendly. If they dont have something in stock they dont hesitate to order it - though they do have a lot in their warehouse. Beautiful Millwork too!

Nice people and had a good conversation with them about their products and a general conversation about whatever topic we wanted to discuss.

I try to use these guys to come out and give me an estimate on the side door I’ve been calling them for past two months and either you don’t answer you leave them 20 messages they don’t respond they finally answered and they tell you were coming we’re coming you’re on the list you on the list and no one shows up then you finally ask for the manager and the manager literally yelled at you very bad business very bad customer service. Oh well you’re not the only company out there.

I realized Trio had a fabrication shop when I bought some hardwood from them and they had to rip it for me. I questioned a few things that they were working on and things appeared to look fairly decent. A few weeks later I decided to have someone construct some built-ins on either side of my fireplace and I gave Trio a call. I talked to Todd who said to send him a picture, which I did right away, and he would have me a quote that day or by the end of the next business day. Three days later I called them and asked if he remembered who I was. It didnt sound familiar to him at first...I refreshed his memory and he said that he did take a look at it but set it aside and had not revisited it. He said that he apologizes and that he would get on it right away and I would have a quote within 2 hours. It is now 4 Days later, and I still have not gotten my quote.Am I supposed to beg the third time?They seem a little scatterbrained over there....Since I cannot count on them to help me out, I will not be patronizing their store in the future. Theyve lost a customer because of their irresponsibility....If you look thru their reviews, you will see some of the same type issues.I dont see how they can afford to lose customers this way, but it doesnt seem to bother them....Do not waste your time.

It took over a week and four follow ups before I got the quote I was asking for and it was only to find out they were twice as expensive as the other quotes.

Menards forgot our 30 LVLs 🙄 and Trio came through without a hitch! Same day delivery, good price, A1 product, service was exceptional!

Was led on for several months about ordering trim, picked out style and color of stain with an employee, called multiple times trying to get an update on status. I never received a call or any follow-up regarding the order. Should have known to look elsewhere when they wouldnt let me pay for the order. Really wanted to use a local business. Learned my lesson.

The staff here is extremely helpful! They spent a lot of time showing me different lumber options for a small project I was working on. I could tell by just looking at their lumber it was far superior to the junk I was used to seeing at the big box stores. If you are in need of any lumber or trim, buy it from Trio.

Poor customer service, not the same as it used to be. Ordered $400 worth of wood and the first load I picked up was nothing but garbage had to take it back and get a refund and go to Home Depot and get quality wood. Very dis-satisfied and wasted a lot of time
