Run Run Run from this place. They place nice but are really rude their tail lights were not working on my car and I had to drive all the way to their shop in boiling springs that is where their shop is. They dont tell you that part. They wanted 11,500 for a sonata and you can go to Hyundai of Greer and get a nice used one for 6000. They are money snatchers. Please dont go here you will be upset, and if you have children like me you want to have a safe and working reliable vehicle. Ive waisted lots of money and my time.

Suszanne an Dennis were Awesome. Made the car buying process so easy. Gave 15 day warranty any problems to be fixed on them. Also we got the 2yr 24000 mile warranty. Had a problem with driver window not working. They ordered the part. An Dennis put it on. Would Highly recommend buying cars. From them.

Love them... Me and my husband had been looking for days for a car and ended up at Auto connection in Taylors. Donna Fore is absolutely the best and her manager whom I did not meet really worked with us and put is in a car we wanted. Stop by and ask for Donna, you want be disappointed, shes awesome. Love my experience there, it was clean environment, very welcoming, she was very professional and explained everything so you could really understand it. We loved our experience there.

So let me start off by saying the Customer Service is AMAZING! Everybody’s very polite and professional. However I didn’t have my car for even three days before it started having problems. I informed the dealership and it got sent to the shop. It’s been a few days since I’ve picked it up and the original problem is somewhat fixed yet I’m still having other problems that I went back to the boiling springs shop to have seen about and they claimed everything came back okay. But something just isn’t right and it’s just frustrating especially when you’re driving around with a toddler. My mom also purchased a car and had car problems. Hers got sent to the shop, it was allegedly fixed, and yet it’s still doing the same thing. Just sucks kicking out funds for a car that I don’t feel 100% safe driving.

Whitney is the hostess and is fantastic. She sold me a top notch auto and help me with all my slack. In 3 words cant beat Whitney.

Dont waste your money!!!..I got a sonata from here 2 months ago and it has been in the shop 3 times each time I had to pay a $200 and the one time was free..from sensor, mufflers, transmission! They are rude especially Jacob! Dont buy a car from here!! Take your money and business else where! They dont care about their customers at all! They only care about Money!! Its a shame they rip people off like this! Spread the word. They tricked me into thinking they actually cared but once they get your money they dont give a damn!

This place has nice clean cars. I just bought one, but what ticks me off 8s theu went through all the paperwork signing and at the end when we were ready to walk out thet told us we have a GPS on our car so if anything ever went wrong with insurance or a missed payment they know where to come get the car. If I had known this from the begining I would have left the car on the lot.

Do not get a car from here!!!! The car I bought is trash I bought a Passat from them and I have spent over $1000 dollars in repairs I had only had it for a week before it messed up and its now headed to the junk yard for parts. It didnt even have a a/c belt. Im not the only one who has been done this way they have a history of this.

***Update***I’m not going to waste my time reading lies. You are either putting cars on your lot knowing there are issues (wanting people to spend more money to get it fixed) or you are not inspecting your cars before you put them on your lot. I test drove two cars that had leaks. Why is that?!? If you check your car weekly or whatever, that should have been pointed out. So, that shows that you don’t care and you are a rip-off dealership. No dealership show have multiple cars on their lot that has leaking or any other mechanical issues.The only reason they get one stars, is because of Donna, she was great! The problem is with the car. I took two cars for a test drive, I took my friend who was a mechanic in the military with me. She works on her own car and bike, so she knows her stuff. Well, both cars had some oil underneath them and we spoke to Donna about our concerns. We both really liked the 2014 Cruz and want to have it checked out since it was the one leaking the fresh oil. (Clue 1) Donna stated that the car had been running (which it was when we pulled up) and that she did not see anything on the ground. Donna and my friend talked about it and what the problem could be (clue 2) at the same time they said “gasket”. Donna tried to get me to put half down, but I wasn’t sure since the car was leaking oil from somewhere. So, she suggested that I come back the next day, get the car and drive it down to the shop in B.S, I was like okay. First, she wanted to speak to the owner. She came back out and said, (clue 3) they will come pick the car up and see what the problem was. So, it went from me driving it to them picking it up?!? Big red flag, but I didn’t see it until the next day!!! So, I told her I would be in the next day to do all the paperwork. The day came and past; was seconding guessing so I didn’t make contact with her. I called Friday and told her I was sorry about not contacting her and I was still interested in the car. However, I needed to know what was wrong and I need proof and a guarantee that they fixed the problem before I give away my “hard earned money”. She said she would call back after speaking with them....it’s been a week, she never called back and the car is still there. My advice is to take someone with you that knows cars if you don’t. Get under there and check for leaks. Never let them push you if your gut is saying no. This is a rip-off dealership that sometimes sells good cars. You should want to sell great cars to everyone that spends 20-40 hours a week working to make money. I don’t see how you still have a business?!? (All you had to do was fix the problem, you can’t say there wasn’t, it was all fishy from the moment we walked up and show it running. Plus the Patchup job you did was noticed.)
