The only reason I’m giving this pharmacy 2 stars is because the staff is really nice, however, they never have our prescriptions filled on time. There are 3 people in my house that need monthly prescriptions and we are constantly going days without them. One of which has a very serious disorder and not taking the meds could be detrimental to their health. They always blame it on the vendor. The pills are constantly falling apart and have chips in them. If the vendor is honestly that bad, they need to change them. After 6 months of trying to be patient, I’ve decided to change to a different pharmacy. This one is not worth the hassle.
Kind and efficient people. Got in. Got the Covid-Vaccine. Got out. Thanks!
Im very pleased with Walmart pharmacy in Taylors. Employees are always very friendly and helpful.
Everyone is always friendly and helpful.
I called the pharmacy earlier this morning and was told my prescription would be ready soon but come in a little later (2:30pm) just to be sure. It is now 3:45 pm and Im still sitting here even after going up and checking on whats going on. I was told each time, Were working on it, just a minute. This is ridiculous. I havent heard but one name called out since I got here, and I havent seen but a couple of new prescriptions hung up. There is no excuse for this.
The druggist (as he called himself) wanted to get smart with my husband and keep repeating himself that I shouldn’t be taking regular Sudafed even though my doctor gave me the okay (pregnant in the SECOND trimester with no health concerns.) I understand he was doing his job, but to keep repeating himself and making smart comments only agitates a customer. Say it once, get the customer’s information that you need, give them what they ask for, and let them go about their day. Simple as that, geez...
The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the pharmacy tech, Mary Lena. She helped me find coupons for my prescriptions. I really appreciated her help!
