This place has been my go to shop for all my cricket wireless needs. They have provided exceptional customer service every time I visit the store.They always have some great promotions and the girls go above and beyond explaining the plans, phones, and deals. They also helped me transfer all my valuable memories from old phone to my new iPhone 11 Pro. I will definitely recommend this place over metro and every other cell phone provider in Tehachapi. I’m saving over $200 a month since I switched to Cricket Wireless.

Tried to go in to pay my bill the sign says open and the hours say 10am-8pm the door was locked and there was no sign on the door saying if they were gone and would be right back or if they opened at a different time. Called a few times to see when they would be open and they did not answer any of the times...

I am very unsatisfied with Cricket. Im trying to buy the promotion of Galaxy S9, but every time I do it, Cricket cancel the order. I receive the Order Confirmation email but in the next day I receive another email canceling saying: We were unable to verify the information you provided, so we have canceled your orderI tried to contact the Costumer Service but they were not able to tell me what information they was not able to verify. Last time they just hang up.#CricketWireless sucks
