Morgan was amazing with her customer service skills. She was absolutely dedicated to getting my business account set up despite all the road blocks we encountered. She stayed 2 hours after closing time to make sure we closed the deal. She was able to get me every promotional discount and coupon code known to man so I got a phenomenal price on all my devices and monthly bill. Joseph was exceptional. He had phones ringing and customers lining up. He kept his cool and was very friendly even when other customers became impatient because there was a wait. He went out of his way to give me excellent service. He was fast, efficient, friendly and professional. When I need additional services from Verizon, I will return and ask for this nice young man.

On our first visit, the associate was unable to recognize the account owner, though we were later able to do so when calling Verizon directly. On a return visit, the appointment we set on Victras website was apparently lost and the associate was dismissive and rude. We are not going to give them a third chance.

When we set up our account a year ago it was a great experience. A guy named I think it was Brandon helped us and he was amazing.But fast forward to today and a guy with brown hair that had a blonde streak in it was working. There was also a nice girl with big hair who was TRYING to help me but he just kept talking over her and being kinda awful to me.Like I understand Im trying to cancel my plan but that doesnt give him the right to be so rude to me.I was just asking for a porting/transfer pin to switch to google fi and the guy just kept talking over me saying That doesnt exist. That isnt a thing. Just call the service number. If it doesnt exist then why can I literally get it from the app. I got locked out of my account and was having trouble logging in so I figured Id just go there to get it done. Guess not.He was just really rude and incredibly unhelpful, if I was gonna switch back ever he made me not want to do it here.

Went to the location at 2:30 and was told we would have to wait 2 hours just to come inside and get a new phone. Came back after 2 hours and was told to wait until 6:15. I wasted my day off work and didn’t even get the phone I can for. There was no one else in line either. Just two dunces that made us wait all day.
$80 Taxes and fees and 120 for a charger and screen protector. Just buy your stuff online.

I worked with Joseph this morning. He was undermanned in the office and people were waiting. Even though it took longer than expected he was flawless in performance, and ensured everyone was taken care of as quickly as he could. Ill keep coming back to Verizon because of Josephs professionalism.

Went to upgrade my phone, called ahead and when I got there saw a sign on the door that I had to check in on victra.com. gine, I check in and get a message that they will text me when they are ready for me to come inside. I wait in my car for 30 minutes, never got a text and they closed at 6 when their hours say they are open until 7.
I went in knowing I’d most likely need a new phone and Joe was so helpful and friendly. I appreciated his attitude and am enjoying the new phone :)

Promised 2 phones on a unlimited plan but thats not what I got and the price kept going up. THE PIXAL 3 phone is not worth your time to even consider. ALTHOUGH the camera is fantastic, I could not have a normal conversation on the phone. My husband is a truck driver so I needed a phone that would allow me to talk and video chat with him. WHen I tried to return the phones they made it very difficult. Customer service is not their number one priority, their commission on a sale is. Please think 5x b4 getting a phone from this company.

The customer service is horrible. Over the last 11 years living in Tehachapi, Ive tried on many occasions to use the local Version store and every experience has been terrible. I just tried to spend some money in their but no hello, will be with you in a minute. After 30 minutes without someone saying a word to me and watching them hang the advertisement in the store. I got up to leave and as Im walking out then they have time to see if they can help me. Thanks but no thanks, Ill take my business to another Version store.

If I could give NEGATIVE numbers I would. DO NOT do business with the store in Tehachapi! They are very dishonest. My grandma was promised that Verizon would work with her life alert. It does NOT! The sales guy told my Grandma that she had to sign a tablet so he could tell her about the product. Now she is stuck with a service she CANNOT use and cannot get out of with out paying too much money. And now Verizon owns her phone number she has had for nearly 40 years. Shame on you taking advantage of a lady who just wanted to lower her land line bill. You make me sick! Calling corporate and complaining to them doesnt do a damn thing. They dont care either.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!Thats your warning. They dont offer all phones on display, they claim phones on the Verizon website are discontinued if they dont have them in stock(because they wont get the commission from them if they have to purchase them).They charge more money for each phone they sale. A phone on Verizons website which cost $9/month will cost $18/month at this store. They double talk you to try and sell you something you dont need or lie about what deals your getting.They are horrible, Im sure some of the employees are great and all but they are there to make money off of you. If you need a new phone or plan either go online or to a REAL Verizon store in Bakersfield or Lancaster.Youve been warned! Please go somewhere else.

Whenever I go into Verizon I am always taken care of pretty quickly if not immediately and everyone who works there is very friendly. My problem is always taken care of quickly. I never dread having to go here to upgrade or fix something.

I went there today Bad customer service. They were more worried about ordering pizza from pizza hut then helping their customer. All they could tell me was yes the Iphone sucks I wish I was here before you purchased it. They also took my sim card out of my phone and didnt put it back I didnt realize until I left the store. They didnt even call to let me know I left them there so horrible!
Overall, I had a pleasant experience buying a new SIM for an older iPad. Joseph and Misty were both helpful and not at all sales pushy or techy-condescending. I do wish this office had offered to print out the agreements I signed sight unseen before I signed them. Im sure they would have done so if Id requested it, but to verbally explain what the customer is legally agreeing to is an odd default process, as it can lead to misunderstandings and distrust.

This store should be closed. They supposedly only have certain types of expensive phones and NO sim cards for my current phone. A $99 walk out fee on any phone. Been in this store repeatedly with no help, not even once. The corporate store told me that they always get complaints about this store and are basically greedy thieves. Dont waste your time here folks. Just go to Bakersfield.
Save your time and money go to a corporate Verizon store in Bakersfield. The employees there including the manager will gladly take your money but they will not honor their 14 day grace period or restocking fee bs. Shopper beware worst experience of my life. They had the S8 plus but when my phone was defective they gave me the run around and didnt have another phone to replace it for 8 days. Are you kidding they could not have a replacement for 8 days. All they wanted was my 14 day grace period to expire. Trust me I never post reviews but you need to know how they treat there customers especially the manager Shelbie Gibson she was like too bad I cant help you. Turn and run corporate Verizon will take care of you in Bakersfield
Nice to do business locally. All went well. Granted, Verizon is overpriced on accessories but this isnt the fault of our local store.
We stopped in to charge a device and told it would be free. 3 months later we get a notice from a lawer firm for collection of an unpaid full retailer balance on account.
Tehachapi is a very small community. I have read the overwhelming responses to service, etc online and am dismayed. I am heeding the warnings of the many postings that encourage doing business in Bakersfield. I am surprised that in the six years (date of first post) there has not been remediation of the issues that plague your store.
Love how I got a message saying my personal hotspot was at the end of its cycle and would reset on November 22nd! Yeah it’s December 10th?? that reset never happened!! Called customer service and they gave me some bs saying how I have to pay more!! I already pay to have unlimited service!! What more do you want me to pay for! Verizon you are ridiculous!! We have been customers even before Verizon was a company and they don’t even respect their loyal customers!
