Very good customer service but didnt have much in stock

Ive been a TMo customer for more than 15 years. In that time Ive visited stores in dozens of States and this one was by far the most helpful, friendly, and capable.

I am having some issues with my phone and received help from Austin. He was very patient with me and took the time to explain what my problem was.

I went to T-Mobile thinking that I wouldnt be able to switch from my old carrier (because of pricing). I went in and was immediately greeted by Sabrina who was not only knowledgeable but also extremely friendly. She helped me to get my my new phone & one for my mom at a VERY good price. This was in December. Im very pleased with my phone & my service! I would definitely recommend T-Mobile to any of my friends! Thanks Sabrina for being so awesome!!!

I came in with a big problem with ads popping up all the time & several other different problems on my android. Kevin did such a fantastic job helping me! He would make a fantastic manager it seems to me! I am truly grateful for his expertise! Yeah T-Mobile!

Patti and John was extremely helpful with explaining all the benefits that T-Mobile offers in the surrounding area and they gave us a great deal on unlimited packages for both my wife and I.They have set the precedent for excellent customer service and deserve every one of the five stars.They told us well have no troubles with reception strength in the areas we were concerned about and so far they have been right on all counts.Thanks guys!

Excellent Customer Service has almost become a thing of the past. This is the era of faceless electronic help… right? So when a company actually goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service gives me hope.I came into the store to add a line to my existing T-mobile account and immediately I was promptly greeted by 2 employees. My simple request quickly became an issue due to cell not connecting properly to T-mobile’s chip. They tried everything possible. While they were trying to fix the problem 2 other employees came out to assist clients, they were cheery, welcoming and the level of service they provided was fantastic as well as the two gentleman that were assisting me. Thank you for such a refreshing experience.Highly recommend this store!

We were here for about 5 hours. This staff worked their asses off to help us switch to t mobile. Excellent customer service! It took a long time, but they did everything and then some to help us out. Never using ATT again.

The personal in this store are very knowledgeable and great problem solvers, They didnt have the phone in stock that I wanted but said they could get one for me and they did what they promised, I had a lot of problems with my old one, and they were able to get the new phone programmed,I highly recommend this business to everybody, GREAT STORE AND PERSONAL .

I went into T-Mobile determined to switch phone plans and to get new phones on one of the best networks nationwide. I was not a hard sell on this excursion and only needed a few things before I signed myself up. Sadly, this was not as easy as it sounds with the staff. I asked a simple request, “Give me your best deal.” Somehow they managed to mess that up. The woman there was not knowledgeable and spent the better part of ten minutes figuring out the best promotional deals at a general price point. I asked her about the IPhone XR promotion and she danced around the inquisition as if she was paid to not promote that specific deal. The deal was for a free IPhone XR, and instead she wanted to sell me an IPhone 7 for $250. I asked for the exact monthly pricing for a plan with an IPhone XR, and she told me a “guesstimate” monthly cost with an IPhone 7. Finally, after twenty minutes I got her to figure out how much the plan would be with the XR, but the problems didn’t stop there. The price point she gave me was not including any promotions and did not include the XR monthly credits which is how the XR is free. The number she told me was completely useless. Instead of telling me how much I would have to empty my pockets every month she stood there like a deer in headlights and tried to sell me an Apple Watch for $200. I walked out of that store before I became too sick at just how clueless both of the workers there were. There are two things I can recommend after my endeavor. The first is to do yourself a favor and head over to the Verizon store across the street. The second is that if you do decide to go with T-Mobile, go to a one in a different city because if you go to the one in Tehachapi be prepared to lose a few IQ points as their stupidity is so strong it’s contageous.
