Pretty good selection of fresh produce including some of the best from local growers. Given the proximity to the excellent produce in the San Joaquin valley Ive been a little disappointed lately at the quality. The rest of the store is standard big supermarket, with reasonably good sections of foreign/exotic foods and different traditional ethnic selections. Lately its been surprising how sparse it gets between deliveries. I know its the mountains and deliveries require more fuel and time, plus theyre just not as frequent when the stores arent near one of the major interstate freeways but with a city of nearly 8,000 people plus ample tourism, it seems that supply is often lagging. Prices are mostly reasonable, but again, depends on the product and the supply.

Staff very friendly and seeing if they can get my Pure Leaf unsweetened green tea.

Im just not a fan of this store. Its arranged a little oddly and its expensive compared to the other grocery stores in town.The bakery is good, however. So...for baked goods I make the exception to shop here.

Good selections, great customer service, Savon pharmacy inside has the absolute best people working there! Store hours close at midnight.

If not on sale, prices high! But, shelves fully stocked. Their single line waiting for cashier works extremely well. When sales appeal to me, will return. Otherwise, not.

I really like this store and I really really like the people who work here. Unfortunately their app/pick up program needs a LOT more work before it can be a positive thing. It’s not their fault, it’s just a bad program so far. … and I realize now that I am really spoiled by Walmart’s online shopping and store pick up program because they truly have it down to a positively fluid and easy way to go!I’m going to wait a couple of months and give it another go. I am very hopeful that it will be much improved.

The Tehachapi location has great staff. Very Friendly and helpful and the store is always clean.

This is the best Albertsons I have ever shopped at and I shop at many of them. The deli is excellently clean and stocked and well prepared. Also a good pharmacy produce etc. Really a wonderful experience.

Im from Utah, so its been years since Ive been to an Albertsons. I went on July 3rd was impressed with the abundance of deals in the store. While at the self-checkout, I was trying to figure out the pricing on a discount for 4 12 packs of soda and a very nice woman helped me find the right coupons. This is the kind of service that I dont see much anymore, especially from a chain store. Will be returning when Im in town again.

Its a typical albertsons, which is a pretty nice grocery store. We probably take turn for granted.

Ive shopped at Albertsons all over the U.S for over 20 years. Although a decent store it nothing like the Albertsons in other cities as far as selection and stock. On a good note the employees of this Albertsons are the best! Tony in meats Michelle at register, and Aaron, who I think is a assistant manager are just great examples.

Its just too crowded and too many aisles, but always has what Im looking for.

I am lowering the number of stars due to the number of shoppers without a mask. There is a large sign on the door mandating masks, but apparently, nobody is there at the door to require them. I am also shopping for my 83 year old neighbor, and had to spend more time in the store due to avoiding isles with maskless people.

Even though, I work across the street from Albertsons, (I mean with the competition) have to say.... Their hot french bread to my taste its just to die for!!! It always hit the spot. A big rave to the staff in the bakery department. 👍👍👍

My family normally loves this store and it makes me sad to have to leave this review, but if you are going to offer a preorder takeout type situation you should make sure the groceries that were paid for make it into the car or you should give a full refund for the items not received. Another thing you should never hang up on a customer who just is trying to get what they paid for.

I have never had a problem with this store. The staff always has a smile and hello! I especially appreciate the pharmacy.

I love shopping here. You have to watch the sales to get lowest prices but the selection, cleanliness of the store and the friendliest customer service make it worth the extra cost. Major bonus the shopping carts are quiet, there is nothing worse than a banging sqealy cart you can hear all over the store.

Everyone is very polite. Only thing I dont like is when a employee has to come out with the electric scooter they do not listen to pleas dont help put the bags in the car. They do as they like then run off. My wallet, keys and other items have been left behind because they just want to get back inside. You dont get a chance to check the basket before they run off.

I love this store. I shop for bargains. I love the Fab 5! You get a discount on 5 different or same products. As long as you buy 5 of anything in the Fab 5. You dont have to buy quantities of one thing to get the sale price.Employees are always friendly and helpful.

The store is just your average supermarket.The bakery items however deserves zero stars. The bagels has absolutely nothing to do with a real bagel, more like cheap bread and almost tasteless.The so called German chocolate cake has a thick layer of chocolate frosting and then only a thin smear of the coconut frosting that a real German chocolate cake is supposed to have.Their Danish pastry tastes terrible.The bakery used to be way better but the past several month its just been bad and I for one will not buy bakery items there any more.

Very interesting collection of historic Thai buildings in a park-like setting, good location, easily reachable by BTS and a short walk.

I prefer to shop here because is cozy. Vegetables looks fresh most of the time and you have full stock on the shelves.

I feel like everything it this store is marked up just because its in tehachapi. There are a few friendly people who work here but Ive noticed there are a few not so friendly people also.Im not a big fan of their meat department but theres not much to choose from here in tehachapi.

93505 (CalCity) has been removed from the Albertsons flyers (still get Staters & SaveMart). **WHY**?!?? Only have a Dollar General out here. They dont carry many name brands. So 2-3 times a month we drive 28 miles to Albertsons in Tehchapi. Think MARKETING made a huge MISTAKE

Prices are high but there is always sales going on, coupons to be clipped and deals to look up online for. The customer service is average, not over the top but not terrible either. Food was fairly stocked, but it can sometimes be barren and not have very much on shelves. Overall its clean, has decent sales over priced but fair, and good customer service.
