Absolutely hands down the best experience buying a car I have ever had. No interaction with a car dealership at all- Tod took my call, got the details of what I was looking for and within a week or so had the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted delivered in person to my house. Husband and I took it for a drive, came back ecstatic and Tod had all the paperwork for financing, new owner manuals, extra key, etc all ready for me. All I had to do was review, sign and that was it. Easy breezy! I could not have had a better time buying my new car. Absolutely recommend Tod. He was fantastic, personable, reliable and a great communicator as well as very honest.

My experience with Auto House was not as my sister decribed to me but it was a fun business to visit. The public parking is very small but they do have many handicap spaces reserved for you. It is on the South side of the building. They also have bicycle racks. The lobby and office are well air condiditoned. Leather seats made the wait very comfortable.They got straight to the business of asking what we were looking for and showed us what was on the floor at the moment. After not finding exactly what I wanted on the floor we went back in side. All their cars are inside a large air conditioned factory sized garage. It felt more like a swamp cooler cool then strong AC. They had their garage doors open for veltelation, I assume.Back inside we sat down and the agent helping us did a computer search for the van we were looking for and then checked vehicle reports and showed which ones were availaon the market and which ones were considered lemons. That was very thought ful. We never did find what we needed but we were promiced a call if the van we wanted comes on the market.

Having seen the process of going through a dealership to get a car, I can say that having gone to Auto House, especially Tod Hale, that this has been the quickest and easier sale ever.
