I was very pleased to enjoy a good experience with both the sales staff and the manager, on the phone and in person!They both worked with the budget I had set, but also ensured that the vehicle was the best deal by replacing multiple parts, when pointed out!I could tell that they did not want to be known as a stereotypical used car lot, but rather as a place where one can go to know they are a valued customer and to get a good deal!Furthermore, from the time I walked in, to the time I left with the vehicle was less than 2 hours--and that was WITH me making things difficult by insisting on certain repairs!I highly recommend Tempe Auto Plaza 101!

I was having a hard time finding a car, and set up an appointment with Ryan. It was the best decision I made. I was nervous as a first time buyer, but Ryan made the whole experience so easy. My friend drove out here from out of state for a”gently used” SUV. Everything was working fine. He drove it for 30+ more miles after buying the SUV. All of the dash lights went on and the car was all messed up. We brought it back to get “fixed”. They stated they fixed it and he drove it 30 more miles and the same stuff was happening. They are not helpfully. Really bad at communicating and will sell you cars that don’t work. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Found a vehicle for sale online for a good price, lots of places dont like to make deals quick and will try to upsell you all day. Went in, test drove, got a trade in value, and was able to drive off with my car in less than 2 hours. Really good buying experience 10/10 would recommend.

I have lived 4iggt across the street from this facility for 4 months, and I kept wondering what kind of place this is... Never see it open, or advertise. I would have been over there already seeing if I can get a vehicle, but I will stick to buying from auction.

I bought their 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 and worked with Nicole....the entire process was fast and easy, and the service was excellent. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Typical car place they say no pressure but they expect you to sign stuff before making sure its a good deal, they worked with me and got me financing. i would have paid double price for the car . i offered 4k$ the bluebook value they came back with $4817 . i went home and got a text they could do it for $3800 . what is the point in this after i already left! This car i was looking at didnt even fit in with there inventory they could have just sold it cheaply they have way more expensive cars to worry about ...it also had damage not reported to carfax ....if u can get great deals from banks might be a spot to shop. you decide after reading...
