I typically stay away from dealers, especially used ones but they had a car I really liked. On first arrival I knew this wasn’t your typical used car lot. Larry came out to greet me and invited me inside to his showroom. He proceeded to give me a tour of his full facility which I was honestly impressed with considering the ma and pa feel it has. It was clean and they really do work on the cars before selling. The car in question was as described and didn’t have any issues besides a few scuffs here and there. The fluids were clean and the interior had been steam cleaned. I asked about price and was told prices were firm due to being out the door. For the first time I felt like I was getting straight answers from a car dealer. So I’m thinking to myself what’s the catch? What am I missing? Long story short i couldn’t find one. I was able to get $200 off and bought the car. It’s been 2 weeks and haven’t had any major concerns.

My husband and I bought a Nissan Armada from this place and I love it. My husband bought cars from street and it was not too easy and this was the first time we bought a car from a dealership, it was more easy and the person that was there help us a lot and he explained us everything we asked. He was gentle and nice.

These guys have a side business of selling dealership unworthy (aka probably wont even last a week) cars overpriced, and will lie about the cars condition to scam you. They also seem to have a habit of butt dialing you so they can have a conversation about the vacation theyre about to take with the $6k they just scammed you out of. Needless to say I wouldnt even trust these guys to sell me a pack of gum at the store.

The guy simply gave off good vibes that quite frankly you dont see to often these days and for me that was assuring. Hes the one you want to see if you want a quality vehicle without the fuss. Hes got it all...

Tried multiple times to get ahold of someone to purchase a car I was very interested in. When I finally got in contact with someone for availability on the vehicle I was told Um no I think we sold that already, what a strange response. If its been sold, the website should be updated because its been listed for multiple days without response from my inquiries.

Updating review: Heard back from the dealership and they have now offered to cover part of our repair costs ($800) directly to our mechanic (HR Motorsports in case anybody is looking for a great BMW mechanic!). It is not the full amount of the repairs, however given the circumstances we do appreciate the gesture. They stood behind the vehicle they sold and were more than willing to help cover half of our repair costs. We appreciate their willingness to work with us on this situation after going back and forth a bit. They showed that they were honesty and integrity at the end of the day and I appreciate that, so Im updating this review to reflect that.Car that was recently purchased here was riddled with problems that were not disclosed upon purchase. I have a problem when somebody sells a car that they know have issues and dont disclose them to the buyer. You walk into these places ready to spend quite a bit of money on a dependable vehicle that can get you from A to B, only to be taken advantage of and sold a vehicle that needs several items replaced and work. Thats the last thing you want when you purchase a new to you car is to realize it has tons of issues and learn that you will need to spend even more money fixing those problems before you can even drive it. Thats even more time without a vehicle which you just spent thousands of dollars investing in.

Charlie helped sell me my beautiful Prius back in December. I had never driven a hybrid before, but he was very patient answering my questions and educating me on how they work. He also did a trade in with my prior car that seemed fairly priced and made it so easy to transfer everything between the cars. He will go the extra mile for you, no doubt.

We have done business with Charlsbee twice now. I was looking for a car for my daughter while she goes to college. Charlie was super helpful and he found us the perfect vehicle (a Nissan), which was in great condition and even had some of the factory warranty remaining. The price was lower than I expected, and we have been very happy with the car. He also made the purchase and registration process very simple for us. Charlsbee also did a trade-in for me, and they were very fair with the valuation. The whole experience of dealing with these guys was really nice. I was very impressed and Im happy to recommend them.
