The owner was a jerk.

I’ve been using the same auto shop for years because it is close to my work. A friend of mine was bragging to me about a good experience he had with Tri-City Auto Repair. I am pretty loyal so I felt a bit apprehensive about going to a different shop, but I did anyway. I can’t tell you how refreshing it was to receive great customer service. Right off the bat, they gave me a tour of the shop explaining their process. It was evident they took their jobs very serious leaving no detail undone. I realized I had found a new home. Its rare for me to write a review as a customer these days, because its rare that I ever experience above and beyond customer service anymore. Tri-City Automotive has hands-down proved me that there are businesses out there that are willing to go the extra mile to show their customers are valued and appreciated. I am a single mom and admittedly know nothing about cars. I brought my car in to Tri-City and not only was I greeted warmly, with a smile and actual eye-contact upon arrival but the owner Dave Riccio took the time to sit down with me and explain exactly what was going on with my car. In the past when Ive brought my car in for work to a dealer Im never exactly sure if Im unnecessarily paying for more than I need. At Tri-City, they took the time to educate and explain what was happening with my car and broke down the pricing accordingly. They offered me a rental car as a courtesy and completed the work exactly when they said they would. My experience at Tri-City has been exceptional and I highly recommend you support this local business that truly operates with integrity!
