So, it looks like you have to have a phd in automobile engineering to go to this place. My wife was there to do an oil change hoping to also fix an oil leak issue. She was told that they need to do an inspection. We agreed to do it. They found the drive axle was shot. Obviously, being from the medical industry, she doesnt understand a lot about cars. All the questions she asked them were replied with ridicule. If she knew everything, why would we need them? And when I get on a call with them to understand the situation, they said the axle was shot. I said I understand that and I will bring the car over to fix it, but didnt understand where the oil leak is coming from and dripping in the garage. He was like, yeah both grease and oil looks the same. So I took his cell number and send him a picture of the oil leak in my garage. The reply was So do you want me to come and clean it for you?Please avoid this place. The reviews are deceiving. Most probably paid.

I have an 07 wrangler unlimited not the best year for steering and with 35s. I had one ton steering installed earlier this year at an off road shop and they left the steering wheel completely sideways and told me it was aligned as good as they could get it. Took it to another shop for a day and they couldn’t work with it. Again another off-road shop…… I brought here and it was not only aligned in 2 hours but it was the cheapest price in the valley. Went to Sedona this weekend and hit the trails and my steering is still straight. I will for now on only take my Jeep here. The mechanics simply know how to work on your vehicle and get the job done! The only shop in the valley I trust!

A convenient and quick spot for an oil change! Prices are average, but I love being able to come in when it works for my schedule as it is a bit unpredictable. The employees are always polite and professional (I had Jaycob today), and there typically isn’t a long wait. They don’t try to oversell you, which I appreciate being on a tight budget. This is the third time I’ve had my oil changed here. Always great service, I’ve never made appointments they always take care of me quickly. Adam took care me of the last time and was very friendly. You don’t even have to get out of your car!! Awesome I would recommend always. Even the manager stopped by to make sure everything was going well. 5 stars all day!

There is literally no better place you can go for car service. These guys have such good energy and the staff was so nice. The manager personally came and spoke to me about a wait time and that he didn’t want me to wait around for 4 hours so scheduled me an appointment to come back within 48 hours. The guys work so hard and truly try to get you in and out as quick as possible. I love their energy here! Huge part that stuck out to me with this experience.. They were honest about all prices and didn’t do anything without asking my permission.

This is a great place with great people!We were traveling thru the state and stopped at this location. All the employees were polite, friendly, professional and fast! Our technicians were Adam and Tyler. These gentleman made our visit noteworthy. Adam was so nice and friendly. We needed a transmission “drain & flush” also and Dilbert was our technician for that. Like the others he was friendly too. These guys made us feel like new friends. They cared about the customers and getting us “back on the road”! If we lived there we would continue making them our “go to” shop. Thanks

I went to get oil change for the third time and it’s the second time that something happens to my car. The first time something happened was they did not put the oil lid right and it was leaking. I went back and they fixed it. Second time I went, they did not install the bottom cover and it came loose when I was driving it, not just once but twice. I went back to get that fixed again and they told me they had secured it with zip ties! How unprofessional is that! It did not have zip ties when I went to get oil change.They gave me a “free oil change coupon” which I will not be using because I will never go back to that place again!

This place is good for oil change but I wont use their other services any more. Two times Ive sat around for over an hour waiting to have work completed only to have them come tell me they dont have the part/ correct fluid. Went in for an oil change and when asked about the type of oil I wanted, I requested conventional oil. I worked on the service drive of a dealership for years and understand the differences and verbalized what oil I wanted used. The receipt showed that a synthetic blend was used, so I questioned Charles, the manager on duty, about the confusion. Charles stated on the phone that if we returned, a full reimbursement would be applied and they would re-change the oil to the conventional oil that it was using before. Upon returning, the oil was changed back to conventional, but Charles was unwilling to give the full reimbursement and only reimbursed the difference. As a young woman with her younger sister getting the oil change done, I cant help but think that this is how they treat all female customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was directed to wait behind a yellow vehicle but left after 30 minutes of waiting after watching the lanes next to me get serviced. Was never approached to change lanes or that I was directed into the wrong spot. Do not come here unless you wanna get stuck and have the employees ignore you.

Went to this place for an oil change on May 20th 2021 . 1st they charged way more than the dealership did. On top of that they did not do the simplest thing that was making sure the oil pan screw was actually fully tight or filter tight. By the time I noticed the issue my car was almost out of oil. If i did not noticed this my car would of been catastrophic for my engine. I called them to tell them about the issue and all they said was that they couldnt find my information and to just come in to look at the car. I will never go again to this place or recommend anyone to go there.

Super nice Engineers. Professional, friendly, and respectful. Stayed in the car the whole 6 minutes or so, if that. They check your lights, blinkers, brake lights, fluids, tires, etc. They show you the oil color and that it is full once finished. Perfect service. Ditched my old spot. Very friendly, but the wait can be long especially if you have little ones. I booked my appointment for an oil change, but when I showed up they didnt have the oil filter in stock for my car, so they had to order it. I dont blame the staff for this at all, its more of a management/ sales tactic I dont like. Promise a quick oil change, tell them you have the parts in stock to get them in the door, once they are there you break the news to them. Im guessing 7/10 people just say well Im here, so I may as well just get it done. So again, I dont blame the guys at the shop for this, they were all very friendly, and very competent.

Very professional, polite service the entire time. That earns one star in my book, but I cant give any more than one, since I ended up having to fix their errors myself and ended up doing my own oil change.Long story short, my car has an aluminum drain plug that this team very thoroughly stripped. When I crawled under the car at home to remove it myself, I saw the head of the plug was nearly circular. The team did offer to remove the plug, but at additional cost to me. Again, they were very polite, but having stripped it down, its my opinion the cost of removing it should be covered. I was still willing to pay for the oil change, but this caught me off guard. The plug threads showed no cross-threading, which put holes in their explanation that the plug was unduly tight.Now I am waiting on a replacement for this specialty part (thanks, GM). What should have been a 15-minute oil change put my car out of commission for days. I would go elsewhere.

Just got an oil change from here. Fast and guys were good. Got quoted $72 then it jumped to $84. I dont know if it was a mistake but I think I found out why. I got charge twice for the oil. $17.99 for the oil and fluids. Then $38 for the synthetic oil. The only fluid they added was some windshield fluid. Dont think thats worth $17.99. but other than that service was great.

My first time here and very impressed. Noah was knowledgeable and helpful. The manager also introduced himself and was helpful. I liked being able to sit in my car while waiting and Covid protocols were followed by myself and the staff. I was shown the dirty filters and allowed to make my own choice in replacing. They also had a quote waiting for tires, which I already knew were bad but there was 0 pressure to buy. Even though I had to wait for them to get one of the filters they were attentive and it was still a pretty quick visit. I will definitely be back for regular service. Customer service is top notch!

I brought my vehicle down to have my ac looked at because it started to blow warm. Last time I brought my vehicle in they serviced my ac and 3 days later in the middle of the summer it was blowing hot. At that time I was told I needed to replace my compressor, I thought that was strange since they just serviced my ac. They worked with me and replaced the compressor all was good. I scheduled an appointment online because my ac started blowing warm showed up for my appointment and they pulled my vehicle halfway into the garage, popped the hood, spent about 5 minutes looking at the vehicle ( not an exaggeration) 30 minutes later I’m handed a quote for $1,983.51..... now I’ve had multiple oil changes, transmission fluid changed, filters replaced, compressor and more through this same location. So I’m not sure if ownership or management has changed but an extremely poor experience and to top it off I was planning on replacing my rear tires but since they don’t even inspect your vehicle I took my business down to discount to replaced my tires and had my ac fixed for a fraction of the price at a different shop. Long story short I will not be using this company again for any services. Sketchyyyy

Let me start out by saying I would give this business 10 stars if I could! From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was impressed beyond belief. They are efficient, thorough, and honest. They have you wait in your car while waiting to get into the bay and while in the bay which I appreciate. I was in and out of there within 35 minutes tops, which is super fast for an oil change. Also Mykayla is amazing and her customer service skills are top-notch!!

Incredible experience at first super fast what seemed to be accurate work with oil change and quick tune up. Engine light came on later that day, took our car to Sun devil Auto and they state that whoever did the oil change left the oil cap off sprayed oil all over our engine. Cost us $70 to pressure wash the engine. Will not go back.

Friendly drive thru oil change spot that services your car in less than 10mins while you remain in your vehicle. Staff always courteous without trying to sell you unneeded items or service. They used to accept vouchers from competitors but no longer do that. Otherwise, still a good place for a no hassle oil change.

I called and spoke to Chris he said no problem come down 10 to 15 minutes well have you out of here. I get there -six cars deep and their excuse was well the oil change takes 10 to 15 minutes but the wait is longer.

Worth the money, location is clean, staff is knowledgeable and was able to get in and out by 15 mins with oil change. Highly recommended if you are around this location.

Got my oil changed here in my car..2 days ago.. my car has never leaked before. Now first day i drive it it is leaking oil.. we called and they wont pay to tow my car to their shop.. and want me to drive my car with low oil from maricopa az. Oil drips showing to my garage and in garage. . WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO PEOPLE CHECKING THEIR WORK BEFORE THE CUSTOMER LEAVES???We will pay to tow it to another shop where we will get great service and they will find out what wasnt done during the full service oil change i paid $66 for..We had it AAA towed to our regular shop and discovered Express Oil change has installed the wrong oil filter on my car!!We are not happy with the service we received at this place and happy we could get someone else reliable and trustworthy to find the problem and fix it..Update 》 Owner apologized and made it right.. thank you for replying to my post.

The employees here are AWSOME!!!! . They do thier job and do it well . The personal attention to detail and not just getting you in and out . Nice to find a shop that cares enough to think of the customers 1st period . And a huge + as that I just found out they are a full service auto shop . My visit was August 8, 2020 but I realize that I posted my review on TrustPilot and did not do a google review. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because of friendly guy servicing me. They should promote him.Beware of bait and switch couponsLoyal Express Oil Change Engineer customer here. I visited location on Warner Road in Tempe. I had been emailed several coupon. I wanted to use two of them. One for oil change and one for wiper blades. The oil change coupon said that it could not be combined with any other “oil change offer”. The one for wiper blades said that it could not be combined with any other “wiper blade” offer. They had started my oil change and I asked about price of wiper blades because I remembered one was tearing apart. I told them to replace them and that I wanted to use the other coupon. The manager, Mark, said that I could only use one coupon because they can’t stack them. I showed him the coupon and explained that the coupons do not say that they can’t be used with “any other” offer. I have used coupons enough to know the difference in the language. Furthermore, the wiper blades were marked up to $21 and $14 with the BOGO offer. For the convenience I was willing to pay $10 a blade ... knowing I colugo gets them at Walmart for less.The manager, Mark, stood by his position and said that this has always been the policy. I suggested that he let corporate know because the coupon are misleading and feel like bait and switch, He said that he would let them know. I remember that this same manager used to be at the Peoria location and told him that I remembered him. I told him that at the other location they were friendlier, offered me water etc. Mark said due to COVID-19, he can’t offer me anything...not even shake my hand. I agreed and understood about the water. I guess my point was that he’s a manager and sees that the coupons are messed up and should have either gave me both discount or rang them up as two transaction.In the end, I got and paid for my oil change. I left and then circled back to get the BOGO wiper blades. So basically, I was able to get both services at an inconvenience to me. The only saving grace on the visit was the nice young man who serviced me. I would upgrade the rating for him but feel the managers actions were poor customer service. He was not trying to meet me half way and made me feel like a beggar for wanting them to honor their OWN coupons.I like oil change engineers so I will not stop patronizing them. I will go to another location and call ahead regarding coupons. This did leave a negative taste in my mouth so I will go to Stinky’s on South McClintock (Tempe) next few times. His oil change cost less and he has an old tyme soda machine that’s very nostalgic and cool. Stinky and the guys are always friendly and accommodating there. They consistently put customers first. I think Mark was having a bad day. He was more customer oriented at the other location. I don’t know if he was a manager or not there. If he was promoted, I would like this review to help him understand that you can’t treat customers any kind of way to save a poorly crafted coupon.Update: 9/16/2020I see that the owner responded to my review and told me to contact them. That’s for show. I had contacted them at the time and never got a rely. Go to Stinkeys.

Chandler was great to work with. He didn’t try to up sell me on unnecessary services that my vehicle didn’t need. He gave me the facts about what they discovered while inspecting my vehicle, presented me with the options and helped me make an educated decision about what was best for my car. Was never pushy and made the transaction go very easily. I was in and out of there in maybe 20 min. I wish this place was closer to my home.

First time coming to Express and the service here is fantastic. Grade A service, not pushy, staff is friendly and explain things clearly. Definitely will be coming back. The wait was about 20 minutes; it’s a smaller location with a good amount of business which is understandable and given their outstanding service, I wouldn’t expect this to be a quick in-out. Overall they’re great! Special thanks to assistant manager Aaron!

Total scam! I paid $110 for an oil change!!!!!! Thats twice the price of anywhere else and way more expensive than the dealer. Also, it took way longer than ten minutes as they looked all around my vehicle to try to find other issues and ways to scam me. Ridiculous.

I have gone to express for years and just moved to this location about a year ago. I have had nothing but excellent service and excellent customer service. The mechanics keep me in the loop with my car and show me everything i have questions about. They do not want to waste your money or time. Will always come to this location because of the amazing service.

The guys there were really nice and didnt pressure me into anything, they just gave me the facts and let me decide. I was very pleased with the service and how quick they were to do my oil change that I will definitely be going back!!
