My car had been hit and the estimate given to me by insurance was far below what was needed. Chris and his team took care of dealing with insurance and getting the necessary repairs approved and the work that was done was top notch. On top of that their work was incredible, the paint was blended perfectly and the car looked like new.

I brought my 2014 Mazda 6 after getting into an accident. They set the expectation and went above and beyond. I had some front end work done. They have a program to reduce your deductible and were good on their promise. I highly recommend them. Chris and Jim were excellent. They also detailed my car when I picked it up. I brought my car here for repair after an accident involving wildlife that did extensive cosmetic and mechanical damage. They were swift with their assessment of the damage, quoting and dealing with the insurance company and completing all necessary repairs related to my accident. During the process, they worked so effectively with the insurance company, my deductible was dropped. I had a great experience using this shop. I have used others before in the Tucson area and based on quotes from local shops, I was able to save money even with the drive to and from Phoenix.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. I brought my car in to have some damage to the front repaired. Chris and Jim went above and beyond to make my car better than new. They fought back and forth with my insurance company to get new parts and to repair it the right way rather than the cheap & easy way. I’m extremely grateful that I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company myself. When my car was done they waived most of my deductible exactly as they advertised and, bonus, my car was amazingly clean! It’s as if I just drove it off the car dealer lot. I went in on a recommendation and I am way more than happy with the result. Insurance ended up quoting a number that was less than HALF of what they quoted me, because insurance took no account of internal damage caused by the crash. They helped me fully recoup the damage that damage. More than happy with their service and would definitely recommend.

A guy at my work scratched my Mercedes c250 and I was looking for a body shop to take my car to get fixed. A friend of mine took her Mercedes there and recommend I take it. The craftsmanship and end product met every expectation!Only factory Honda OEM parts were used to repair my vehicle and the pearl gray/blue color is a perfect match! My car was brand new, and I did not want ANYONE to be able to see where it had been repaired. I was fortunate enough to find Chris @ Scottsdale Premier Collision to do the work on my 2014 Lexus CT200h. I went to 6 different body shops to find this one, but it was worth the wait. Of course, I had issues at first dealing with the insurance company, which is a headache in itself. It was stressful, and I let Chris know what was going on with it. He assured me he would handle it. That same day, I got a voicemail from the insurance company letting me know everything was fine and the body shop would begin work. I cannot tell you how thankful I was to have Chris not only handle the insurance company but he kept me updated on everything along the way. He picked up my car from me and dropped it back off when it was finished. The shop is a good 45 minutes from me, so it showed me how far Chris was willing to go to provide great customer service and make the whole process easy for me. My insurance would only cover a certain amount of days on the rental car, so Chris assured me that he would cover the cost so I did not have to pay out of pocket when the car was done. That is not something you hear everyday! It was not just a tactic to get me in there, it was a promise. The car was dropped off, and he paid the full balance. Chris, Im so thankful for you and the guys at the shop. I cant even imagine how this would have went had I gone somewhere else. Not to mention, I feel like I have a brand new car. Im in love!! AND it was fully detailed inside and out! The glass was even replaced, and new windshield wipers... The rims were even touched up. I will never go anywhere else AGAIN! This shop is the BEST I have ever dealt with. I have a 2014 Kia Soul that had rear end damage from 2 claims that happened on the same day. My insurance company caused huge delays in the repair process with crazy demands of using after market parts for the repairs. Problem with that is that they did not fit the car. Order after order was placed, then refused because the parts could not be used. He demanded perfection and my car looks AMAZING. He even fixed a scratch in the paint on the drivers side front fender that happened the week I bought the car just because he knew it bothered me. I am very pleased to say that I would recommend this shop to anyone. Chriss workmanship, integrity, and overall customer service are of a level that is hard to find these days. I would say that if you need a body shop, use this one...You will not be disappointed.

Profesional! Quality! Grade A Service! I have a limited edition 07 Tundra. Many thought it was at least a 2012 because of the condition it was in. So I was quite meticulous when it came to choosing a body shop to do the work I needed and that would maintain the pristine look prior to the accident. My entire right side was damage and they completely work a miracle. The paint job looks factory! They kept me in the loop every step and dealt with my insurance company. Im more than satisfied and would only come back here and recommend this place to everybody!!

My car was in a hit and run last week, I was at a loss and my insurance was steering me into their service centers out of convenience. My friend told me about Scottsdale Premier Collision and I inquired at 12pm on Wednesday 8/4/17, Wednesday night at 8:15pm Chris called me to inquire what happened and how he could help. Chris spend 30 min with me on the phone that night explaining my options and what he would do if he were in my shoes. I could tell he wanted me to be informed and understand all my options even if I went with another company. My husband and I took our car to Chris the next morning and he walked us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, gave us his cell number if we needed anything, he just made us feel at ease with our car being in good hands. This is a small,somewhat hidden shop in Scottsdale, dont let that concern you..After demolishing the front bumper, & suspension on my Infiniti G37x I had them come pick it up to do the repairs. Chris and the staff are all extremely professional, they are all about providing the best service possible. There were no issues with anything. The only time I had to speak to my insurance company was to file the claim. Unlike other shops that try to tack on BS charges & piss off the insurance companies. I couldnt be more pleased with their craftsmanship. In fact it is better condition than before I wrecked it.If you need body work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go!

Well, I heard an ad for this place on the radio. I called and asked to make an appointment for an estimate for my insurance. I spoke with Chris and he said anytime before 11:30 would be fine as he had a media metting at noon. I asked if tomarrow would be better and he said no, that he was meeting with the media every day this week all afternoons. So I quickly drove from north Phoenix to Tempe.Firstly, the shop was hard to find as its pretty much hidden with a small sign behind/attached to a buy here pay here used car dealership.When I got there, at 11:10am the responsible person (Chris) had already left. The door was locked and I had to go round back for help. They guy who was there did not know anything and called Chris to get talked thrugh the process. I had explained that my insurance company requires me to submit a written estimate to get started, because its a small out of state company they do not send out their own adjuster. After this gentleman looked at my car he quoted me a ballpark number and then explained that Chris does not write estimates because insurance would just change it anyway. He then said to just have the insurance company send out their guy. I told him again thats not how my company works. He said that he was sure they would send someone out and then he called Chris again to confirm. Apparently, Chris agreed with him and said the same thing. It was clear I was not going to get anywhere with these guys so I left.So, in summery, I was blown off for my estimate appointment, I did not get the written estimate I drove clear accross the county for, I was second guessed and told I was wrong by staff about how my insurance company works, and the shop was hard to find and kinda sketchy. From the location, to the venue and service there is nothing premier about this place. Im sorry I wasted my time and gas. They claim to offer 10% off your deductible based on cost of repair. Luckily I found a much better shop that does the same thing.*update* Chris called me on the morning of 6/4/16. He was upset that I gave him a bad review as its his only one. He apoligized to me for not being there for my appointment. He explained that he had lied about the media meeting and in fact had a loved one on the hospital who was terminal. He then offered to buy me a giftcard to my favorite restaurant in exchange for the removal of my review. At no point in this call did he appoligize for the poor service I recived when I was there with his staff arguing with me or declining the written estimate. He did not try to make it right or re-earn my buisness. It seems the sole purpose of the call was to persuade me to remove this review....I did not accept his gift card offer.Firstly, Im sorry to here about his family member and I wish them peace and support with that, assuming that story is true. Secondly, I would suggest he have requested I come in at a more convenient time given his schedule as to not disapoint.I stand by what I said in my review. I was veryunhappy with being dismissed and sent away without an estimate and told I was wrong about how my insurance works. I have given this place an additional star because the owner did call. Otherwise it would be one.My final thought is this. Based on the experiance I had, and the phone call that followed...I am the only bad review. How many of the others where paid for their kind words. A perfect record is a little hard to belive.*update* 6/6/2016. Chris just called me again this morning. This time he was hostile. He demanded that I remove this review and stated that it was slander. He insisted that i remove the review or he would sue me for slander. He told me he would even waive my whole deductible if I would remove it. Sounds questionable to me and I dont appreciate trying to be bought, manipulated or blackmailed.I told him to feel free to contact his attorney if he sees fit. I dont mind. All my phone calls are recorded wich is legal in Arizona, so I have nothing to worry about. Not that he has a case.Ethics and Service need to me learned.

I cant say enough good things about this place and especially Chris for helping me out was an elderly woman looking for help on a small damage to my car he didnt blink to help me and he got me the best prices or could be a lot of companies turn you away because it was not a lot of damage and not worthy for their time but Chris offered to help me and save me a lot of money in the process thank you Chris if you need help go see him I will go back for future business definitely
