Easy return, great customer service. I bought two box springs but the bed that we ordered was a platform bed and did not need a box spring. Was in the store less than 30 minutes. Has never been so quick to buy a mattress before. I let him know what I was looking for and he found it with the first try. Showed me other options too that fit my budget so I would be sure the first one is what I liked and also didnt try to talk me into something more expensive. Will definitely recommend and purchase here again.

This place is hands down the best place to buy a mattress. Peter has helped us buy two mattresses so far for literally 1/4 of the price of any competitor. We love our mattresses too. I get much better sleep now and it didn’t break the bank to get it. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a bed.

Great selection of beds! Both employees helped me find the exact mattress I was looking for and each gave me their honest opinion, then delivered it the next day! If you want a name brand mattress at a fraction of the price, this place is a must! Very impressed with the quality of customer experience, it was almost too easy!

These guys were great! I bought two mattresses and frames for my airbnb. They were rolled up and failed to loft as expected. I was out of town so they sent people to my house, picked up the seamstress, fluffed them with heat and returned them. Above and beyond for sure

Out of the 5 stores we visited this one stuck out a lot more, in terms of professionalism/friendliness of staff and their quality name brand mattresses. We fell in love with a Beautyrest at another store that’s about 2 miles away from this one and it was marked at 2,000. We came to this store and the exact same model was priced at $1,700 here! Amazing!Peter helped us so much, he was so knowledgeable and friendly. He definitely made the experience smooth and stress-free. Oh! Can’t forget about the delivery guys, they were very professional and worked so hard to get it up our apartment stairs, we thank them! We will always be customers along with referring friends and family.Thank you Peter!

What a great experience. There are a lot of places to buy a mattress. The last time I bought one was almost 13 years ago so I wasnt quite sure where to go. An acquaintance referred me to City Mattress. And that was a good thing. Their price is quite competitive - also good - but what stood out was the experience. The service I received was top notch. I probably wont buy another mattress for a decade or more so getting the right one was a big deal. The sales associate took quite a bit of time, explained the differences, let me lay on each of them, etc. And in the end, it was worth it. I got a great mattress.

Recently I changed my home and I was in search of a queen size mattress. When we went out for shopping, we found that it was very expensive and hence, thought of dropping the idea for now. Later, my colleague suggested me to try AZ Mattresses. I visited the shop and the person there, She was polite and started the conversation with us. She helped us select the mattress and the pricing took me in for a pleasant delight. Also, the quality of mattress was excellent and I am truly satisfied with the great quality services provided. I was skeptical at first about a discount mattress place, but was pleasantly surprised about the selection and professionalism of the staff. Chris was exceptional. I went in to buy my teenage son a new mattress, and Peter answered all of our questions and guided us on choosing the best mattress for him. He was very professional, and very informative. I totally recommend anyone to check them out, and I will refer all my family and friends to them.

The store was very messy, with mattresses just lying on the floor. One of the mattresses I was interested in was around $800. I later found it at another store for $249, and it wasnt even on sale. The owner has been repeatedly harassing me via phone to change my review. Beware the fake reply; I never talked to anyone in the store!Edit: Yes, I am sure this was the location at 2330 W University Dr Tempe, AZ 85281!

Store does not offer a trial period and does not take returns. Be aware of this when you buy. If the mattress does not work out, youre stuck with it. While not required by AZ law (unfortunately), it would help if the no return policy was clearly indicated in the store and at the point of sale.

He asked exactly what I wanted and worked with my skepticism and I. He took the time to review all of my options and gave me his honest opinion on all of them. I decided to exchange my initial purchase, due my buyers remorse, for a brand new BedTech iRetreat Hybrid. I have been sleeping on my mattress for about a week and love it! Today I went into the store with my wife, we decided it was time to get new mattresses for everyone so we purchased 5 total plus the wireless electronic box spring that raises the head and feet.We shopped around of course and prices were extremely inflated, some salesmen were pushy, some wouldnt confirm if we were buying new or refurbished.We worked with Chris who btw was awsome, Im a disabled retired vet and my back is beat to hell, he helped us find the perfect matress setup for just that situation, he told us about a promo we didnt even know about, and he ensured our needs were met, he also assured us our matresses are indeed brand new, I lost my keys between mattresses and Chris said he wouldnt close or stop looking till we found them (which we did).He was patient with my kids who are super energetic and hyper. We felt good after spending our money with az matress outlet, we live in Buckeye so it was definitely worth the drive...They havent been delivered them yet but I want to say thanks to Chris and the good folks at the AZ matress outlet, you guys are awsome...
