I was really thrilled with the service. Michael was knowledgeable and Thorough. He had a systematic way of helping me make the correct decision With out being overwhelmed. I was able to narrow it down to three beds which he wrote the total price is down for me. When I came back the next day I tested the three beds and knew exactly the one I wanted. He was able to get the paperwork for the bed done And the delivery set up quickly.

Michael was extremely helpful and gave me the cheapest options while also looking out for my comfort. Making sure that what I choose won’t let me regret it. He ensured that if I’m ever unhappy with a purchase that I am not stuck with the mattress. He had no hesitation telling me the cons and being honest all the way through. He was the only at the time it looked like and he was balancing patrons very well ensuring all the patrons are seen. I am now purchasing a mattress getting shipped to me in 6 days. And while I did wanted it sooner, he did give me this option to make sure I am comfy. I prefer that tbh. Again, Michael was an excellent employee and if a supervisor is reading this, I highly suggest a raise for him, he’s doing phenomenal. Thank you Michael!

I have been shopping for a mattress for a while. I was looking to get a purple mattress hybrid 3. I also wanted to get a better deal than I could any where else. Micheal did just that and delivered on everything I was expecting. I was leary about spending so much on a mattress but with a 100 day trial it made the purchase that much easier. They also were prompt with payment and pick up was avaliable with in the hour. Have the mattress cant wait for a great nights rest.

We purchased a king mattress from The Dump. Neither the sales person nor the checkout informed us there was a no return policy. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable and are now stuck with a mattress we dont want.We went to Mattress Firm Tempe Southwest to find a better mattress. Ric was absolutely fantastic. Even with four other groups in the store at the time we were testing mattresses, Ric made us feel like we we were the only customers (he was also helping the others) in the store. Rick greeted me when I came in and immediately helped me. He shows me the 123 easy guide and we found out that I was a plush lover. I thought I would have been medium. I tried several types and came across one that I absolutely love!!! Instead of just showing me the floor model he took me to an overstock one that was cheaper. I was able to put it on hold and can come back and pick it up when I am ready in a couple weeks!! Very satisfied!

Rick was great to me. I came into the store after 5pm on a friday, having recently moved in from the east coast. I needed 2 mattresses and he was kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to squeeze me into their already closed delivery schedule, so i could receive my mattresses the next day. He is a life saver, because it meant i would not have to sleep on the floor of my empty apartment. The delivery was prompt and efficient.The guys were professional and good natured.

The salesman was rude not me but to my girlfriend by calling her lady in a negative tone and when he grabbed my mattress he ripped the box my mattress was came in and was like “oops dropped your new mattress” like he thought it was funny or something. Probably won’t come back to this location again.
