Rob did a remarkable job handling two customers today without missing a beat. He was knowledgeable of the products and sympathetic to the persons budget. He was customer friendly and moved the potential sale opportunity into a final sale, with patience and the companys agenda as his final focus. The store was clean and airy with hand sanitizer, gloves and mask available for use while customers search/look for the best deal.

Had a wonderful experience, we were shopping for a new mattress for our daughter. So happy we stopped here! We were educated, given the opportunity to try and experience the in store inventory; with no pressure to purchase. We ended up selecting a mattress we saw online as they did not stock it in store. I had a great experience with the fellas at Mattress Firm. My fiancée and I are upgrading to a king mattress. Weve previously purchased a bed for our daughter and bought from here before. The mattresses are really nice, and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products. I love that they have a 120 day guarantee. That is crucial for allowing customers to get a feel for the mattress and break it in. A lot of stores dont back their products like that.

This was the only place in town that had the item that I needed and the guys were great. The gentleman that I had talked with on the phone was leaving for the day but had left a note with his co-worker letting him know that I was coming! The purchase was a really pleasant experience.

Let me just start by saying that I had fully intended to go to several stores to shop mattresses.When I entered the store I was greeted and within a few moments José introduced himself. Before we even stepped onto the sales floor he gave me a consultation. He asked quite a few questions mattress related and some about me as a person. He made me feel welcomed and not pressured to buy a mattress. He also told me a few funny stories about himself and his family that made me feel more like I was shopping with a friend. It was so nice and refreshing.José was very knowledgeable about the mattresses he was showing me. In the end I purchased a Tempur-Pedic and an adjustable base. At checkout I met his co-worker Manny, let me just say that these two together are the dynamic duo! Both gentlemen are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I was approved for credit within a few moments, picked the date of delivery and was out the door! Happy, satisfied and would highly recommend this store to anyone who is in the market for a mattress.I personally have been in management in the restaurant business and in retail. Let me just say that whoever hired José definitely hired the right person for the right seat on the right bus!!!! He and Manny both are keepers.

I absolutely LOVED this place. They have great deals, work with You. The moment u walk through the door, Jessica greets you very down to earth feeling, makes you comfortable and like a friend instant comfort. No pressure feeling at all. This is also during the covid pandemic and she kept her 6 foot social distancing, also wearing a mask, but you could feel her smile and friendliness. She takes you over 3 mattresses that are labeled soft, medium, and firm. So far NONE of the places I went to did that and they made you feel pressured and that they were better than you and tried to sell the most priced bed. Here, nope they try to figure out what is best for your body. I just got a bed from here, so I give them a ten outta ten. Will send my friends here.

I’m extremely dissatisfied by the mattress firm on Elliot Rd- I would highly recommend going elsewhere- as soon as I entered Robert began trying to up- sell me on products I continually told him I did not want nor need, I was pressured the entire time after multiple times of saying no. I was never asked my price range and shown beds way over my price range. Had it not been for the fact that I needed a bed soon I would have left because of this terrible experience. I also mentioned MULTIPLE times that i wanted a Saturday delivery and was still put on a Monday delivery- I called to change this after getting home and realizing it was scheduled for a Monday and was told it would be changed, I called a 2nd time to confirm that it was changed and IT WAS STILL NOT CHANGED. DO NOT GO TO THIS MATTESS FIRM.

There were a lot of choices to choose from, and they sanitized each mattress after you tried them to rid any virus germs for the next customer. I went to the one on Elliot in Tempe. The woman on duty around like 4ish pm was sooooo helpful! I almost got the wrong kind of mattress due to my ignorance on what was actually needed. I have a spinal condition and I thought I needed a firm mattress to help with the alignment but she advised to get a medium cushioned mattress because I could begin to hurt my arms because I am a side sleeper. So she helped me pick out the correct mattress! Thank you again!

I’ve been sleeping horribly on a memory foam mattress for more than half of a year, and I woke up this morning completely done with it! I was hesitant to purchase a new mattress, and I’ve never physically gone into a store to get one. When my partner and I walked into this location, Nick (The Dank Master) greeted us kindly (hiply/dankly), and promptly. He asked what we were looking for, wasn’t too pushy, and made sure we were satisfied with our decision before we made our dank purchase. Our checkout was quick and easy, and we were only there for about 30 minutes or less. Dank service and prices, and better mattresses than the limp rolled up ones you’d buy online! 110% recommend this place. It’s dank.
