Super helpful and friendly - both on the phone and in person! Even though I was only buying a few bundles of shingles to fix some storm damage, they were more than willing to take the time to make sure they matched a sample shingle i brought with me. Management ponds you off on sales people then they dont call you for days until you call repeatedly. Then when you set up a day to meet and go over things you never hear from them. Not that great of an experience they lost my future business and Ill be going with beacon instead. Looks bad for srs who I use with my current roofing company in a different state.
