They messed up my order, apparently their computer says its been completed when it hasnt and just repeat what the screen says. I Preferred lowes anyways, their more effective at their jobs

Bruce and all the other amazing staff never stop amazing me with their knowledge and mostly, caring for others. It just feels different to be where you feel like they want to help you. Amazing job

I used to go to Home depot because they were always very helpful. I assume they have changed management. They have now the worst customer service. Their answer is immediately either we dont have it not knowing precisely what I ask for. Or I dont know, not making an effort to find out. The last guy, I swear, he made an effort not to help. To make me wait so I would just leave. Mid-twenties little heavy.

I have always loved Home Depot, always great customer service.
