They posted louvered doors on Offer Upat $50 per door. When we went to buy them they wanted $200 for the same doors. Louvered doors are two 36 doors. Each door has two parts that fold in the middle. They are charging $50 for each 18 section of a 36door. They had no response other than a I dont care attitude. Dont waste your time going there.

Several weeks ago, we ordered 13 doors for a residential new build. They told us the doors would be ready in 2 but it took a bit longer than expected. The owner work toward getting our complete order to us and even had some missing doors delivered.

Great quick service! As expected doors take a little bit of time to get installed because each door is built to your specific needs. If something changes my opinion after install, Ill update my review, but I anticipate things to go quite well.

Great experience! The staff was knowledgeable, nice, and answered all of our questions. The doors are way cheaper than if you were to buy them at Lowes or Home Depot but still equal, great quality. We will definitely continue going here whenever we need another door.

If your in a jam in need door right away they have some but you can order from different places and save a few hundred bucks use to be good but pricing getting more then going to other places

I have to be honest. Store hours are whenever they decide to show up. Today was 9:45. Store hours start at 8:00 according to internet and on sign on door.Julio (owner) is a great guy and a skilled door craftsman. His girlfriend (Sonja) should stay home. She is extremely rude. I will not be back. With that said, if you want a great door at a great price, go see Julio! But you must go in person because they never answer their phone, and she does not deliver messages!

Recently bought a pantry door with etched glass from The Door Depot. My wife was sooooo happy after I installed the door. I was looking for a door shop and I found one. Now my wife is looking to buy a etched glass laundry door. Good prices but service needs improvement

My wife and I spent about 15 minutes (or more) in the store and the gentleman sitting at the desk (I presume was working at the time) never got up from the desk to help us. He was to busy cracking his knuckles & burying his hands in his face. What the heck?

Always great service and quick turnaround for door frames

Was told door to be delivered at 230p. At 3p i called. Phone wasnt even answered as a business. Answered hola when i figured out it was Door Depot, she insisted on speaking to me in spanish even after i said i dont speak spanish. She finally talked to me in english. She said the driver not there wait 30mins more. So here it is 450p and just got off phone with her again. Said 30 mins more( after going thru the language thing again). I took what i tbought would be 1hr off work and here it has been over 4hrs. I know Julio does great work but his customer service person is very rude and knows nothing about customer service. What a shame.

We went in at the wrong time, when the owner wasnt there and although the guy who tried to help us was very friendly, he didnt have the answers needed on custom doors or the doors in stock.
