Parking is harder downtown, but thats not uBreakiFix fault. They were fast, easy, and reasonably priced. I had never used them before, and was surprised through the whole process

The guys at uBreakiFix were absolutely AMAZING!! Not only did they deliver WORLD-CLASS Customer Service, but they also fixed my phone no questions asked in less than 3 hours. They also worked with my insurance company to file the claim and get paid. I was so happy that they were able to fix my phone and save our daughters baptism photos, but I was extremely impressed by the experience that they were able to create in a short amount of time. Needed my iPhone screen fixed and decided to go to uBreakiFix since I figured theyd be somewhat reliable. Scheduled an appointment the next day at 10:00AM and when I arrived no one was there and the doors were locked.Ended up having to wait 45 minutes until the opener finally got to his shift. On top of that hassle, the person helping me didnt seem to know much about the phone screen when asked about the LDI sticker.After dropping off my phone, I made sure that theyd contact me by writing down my email on the receipt (The worker asked me to). Phone was ready a little less than 3 hours after I dropped it off. The only issue is that they TEXTED me instead of emailing me. I eventually called to check up on my phone and it turned out to be already ready.Finally after paying $150 + tax (Better than Apple) i received the product and it looked in perfect condition, that is until I began to use it more. The screens sensitivity seemed to have risen a substantial amount, causing all sort of miss-taps and incorrect inputs.Im sure overall uBreakiFix is a good company and I seemed to have gotten there at a bad time, but regardless I will not be going back to this location and I suggest everyone else not to either.Luckily I wont be using this phone for long and only needed it fixed for a trade-in but its still unacceptable.

S21 ultra. Screen went out. Still in warranty for Verizon so I was sent in. 1 day and it came back spotless..found a small smudge inside the cover on my camera lens though after I made it home I feel if was accidental it isnt affect pictures but just bothered me. They took it back in cleaned it again and had it back to me within 2 hours looking simply immaculate. They didnt charge a dime for the second time either which tells you there for the quality. They were more than happy to look at and take the time to fix that issue as well. Even put a screen cover on at no charge! Deff made my day and I will definitely use them again.

Reliable and honest. Had an xbox one that kept getting error messages, brought it her to fix a few times. The last time, they said its dead in the water due to the mother board. Thanks guys! Its in the same building as the IRA School of Engineering, parking meters 100ft or so from the store.

Really good place to fix your gear. Knowledgeable, professional and depending on the damage to your device quick-enough turnaround. If theyve got your needed replacement item in-stock, itll be that day. You could do a lot worse. Reasonably priced. Ill go there again if I smack-crack my LG Stylo 5 smartphone again.

Parking sucks around there but the process of getting my cracked screen replaced on my Google Pixel 4 was pretty painless. I used my insurance, paid the deductible online, and took the information into the uBreakiFix and picked up a few hours later.

Got my broken screen fixed, it was quick and looked great. They didnt have the correct software to make sure my phone would work correctly, so they made calls to get the software to make sure it worked properly. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend.

So far so good. I was told they use Samsung OEM replacement parts. I had a cracked screen and their price included a new screen, LED display, and battery. Other costs were about $20 less but only included the screen, and would have been about $150 more for the LED display. Overall, this seemed to be the best repair cost for what you get. They will give you a time range and mine was the full time, but this will likely depend on how busy they are. I would definitely recommend.

This is my first time going to this repair shop and I loved it! It came out better than i would have thought since i’ve had the worst of luck with other shops.

Man these guys were great. I live in chandler next to the mall so I’m walking distance from the chandler location. The Chandler location gave me a 3hr eta Monday during the day then when I came back at 5:30pm they said they stopped doing same day repairs at 4pm. Long story short I called this Tempe location he told me if I get there a hour before they closed he would take care of me same day. I got to the location at 6:13pm and the fixed me right up in 20 mins. If I every break my screen I’ll only go to this location. Very polite and respectful and customer service is A1

I never leave bad reviews but I feel as though I need to warn everyone before having their iPhone screen replaced. I had mine replaced here in October 2020, 2 months ago. From the start, the screen never looked as sharp and colorful as the original. The bottom corner of the screen has started to lift away from the phones frame and vertical bars flash across the screen every time it turns on. Buyer beware, this company does not use quality replacement screens.

I have had my phone for years and only had the screen crack in the past month. I brought it here to get it fixed, and when it fell out of my pocket off the couch 2 days later the screen shattered again. Do not go here for a screen replacement. They use cheap glass and the screen was not as responsive as it was before being broken originally. I went to IPhone CPR and they were lovely and fast.

The Tech know what he is doing unlike the other store where I bought my phone, It is already 3 days and still its not functioning. Then I bought it here he already fixed it just an hour!

These guys are amazing. Fixed my wifes phone in just a couple hours and did all the Samsung checks without erasing all the data as would have been done if it was sent in for repair. They are also cheaper than any unauthorized 3rd party fix it place as they certified by Samsung. Seriously, this is the place for cell phone repair.

Only reason i gave 2 stars was bc the glass screen was technically fixed. i’m not sure if it’s bc i got a third party screen, the guy recommended i do that instead of apple, or what. a few hours after i picked up my phone i noticed it had a yellowish tint to the screen so i googled what was up and none of the problems applied to me other than apparently it’s normal to be like that for a couple days after getting your screen fixed. waiting for adhesive to dry or whatever. well it’s a couple weeks later and still just as bad. also the bottom part of my screen only works sometimes lol. i needed to upgrade my phone anyway i guess.

I do not recommend this place i took my phone here when i got it back i has no front camera and there were white pieces all over in my screen on top of that my i had to press on things multiple times for it to work and when i asked about it i was told i would have to re pay to fix it.

UBreakiFix Tempe is amazing! I had an unfortunate event of having my MacBook Air fall off the bed as I was sleeping. One can only imagine my reaction and thoughts when I woke up and saw my laptop on the floor. Hope and prayers couldnt save me, I thought for sure I was doomed. Plot twist...sike, my MacBook Airs screen was flickering & I couldnt see anything. After searching for places, I stumbled across uBreakiFix and found the location nearest to me. The idea and concept of this business is phenomenal. I explained my problem to Greg, the owner, and he assured me the problem was fixable and would done within a 3-5 business days. I couldnt imagine being without my laptop for that long, however he suggested that I could keep the device while the part is being is being ordered and use it externally via an HDMI connection. Surprisingly, I never even thought that to be an option. Fast Forward; I left a deposit for 50% of the total cost and kept my device while the part was being ordered and then brought it back in for repair 3 business days later. I lucked out and the shop was able to get the part sooner than expected and they completed the repair within 2 hours, after I brought it in. The experience was so painless and easy, I have referred all my friends since my fix about 3 weeks ago. The customer service is un-matched and the repair comes with a 90-day parts & labor warranty which is way better than their competitors. Needless to say, you should look no further (if you have a broken device) because they (uBreakiFix (Tempe) ) are honest, reliable, professional & knowledgable on what they are doing.

Yesterday 3/10/21 I brought my phone here due to dropping it on the rocks and shattered my screen they had my screen replaced in 3 hours the customer service was amazing I spoke with 2 differnt gentleman and they both had amazing customer service i would highly recommended this place and definitely if you have insurance on your electronics I payd $30 to have my screen replaced while everyone else was asking $300 if your looking for a fast service and amazing customer service this is the place for you

The people were great. I took my phone in to fix the camera and they gave it back to me not connecting to cell. They said it was a problem with Samsung phones. I sent it to Samsung and they fixed it.

Stay far away, I really cant stress this enough. There are hundreds of reviews all over warning how these people break your stuff and mine is no different. I took my laptop in for a simple screen replacement and they absolutely ruined it. Broke the camera and microphone upon replacement, and damaged 5 keys that made typing impossible. They refunded the payment for the screen, which just covered the cost for me to replace my keyboard.Horrible communication, I had to call constantly to check on the status of my laptop and they didnt tell me what they were replacing or why. This process took over two months, by the way. Terrible service that took forever just for them to leave my laptop in a worse condition than I brought it in with. Listen to the hundreds of reviews saying the same thing and dont try your luck here, youll regret it.

This store is a great place to get your phone diagnosed accurately and fixed fast. The off/on sound switch in my friend’s iPhone got broken and she could not receive notifications when a voicemail or a text message arrived to her phone. Sebastian, a super nice and very knowledgeable technician, diagnosed accurately the problem in no time and offered an ingenious and free solution of temporary re-configuration from the sound to the light, until the expensive switch could be replacement by an Apple Store. Called a few other locations near Tempe and this location seems to be the only informed and well trained one!I inquired about repairing a android screen, possibly not salvageable but Josh reassured me they could at least check it out and confirm. The other locations? They either didnt know and couldnt find out more info for me or said they didnt recognize the phone model because UbreakIfix locations doesnt service it. (its listed on the website folks.)

I took in my iphone pro max 11. Had battery replaced. They said it was an OEM apple iphone battery. Well, the battery lasts the same as my OEM battery that was struggling after using it for 1.5 years. My original battery still lasted most of the day, but I wanted the brand new battery I experienced when I first bought the phone. Which was the reason for the change. My new replacement battery only had about an 8 hour life after being replaced. I used to get 2 days when I first bought the phone. I would have been better of just leaving the old phone batter in. Now I keep getting alerts on my iphone that the battery in my phone is non OEM. How am I supposed to sell my immaculate looking phone when I want a new one? Now, get this. My phone barely touches the water yesterday. Not more than a second. Water is now inside my phone and my screen wont work. It was less than a second. They had not properly sealed my phone after replacing my battery. According to Forbes online article - iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max are splash, water, and dust resistant and were tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 4 meters up to 30 minutes). Do not let them open up your phone unless it is completely necessary. My phone that barely touches the water for less than a second, now is completely not functional. And why would I take back in? Ive heard reviews here that they dont even use OEM screens? Disaster.

I happened to be in town to see about family during this crisis and wanted to get my phone repaired. Though Tempe was a ghost town, uBreakiFix was open for business. I was able to come in and get my phone repaired by the team in an expeditious fashion.  I have had my iPhone X for almost two years now and after my visit, it feels as it did when I first held it. I highly recommend this place to people in need of iPhone or electronics repair, especially if you do not want to commit to monthly payments with Apple. Great customer service as well!

Terrible customer service, mobile service appointments are not honored or even re-scheduled if deemed inconvenient to technicians, just cancelled. It was a two hour commitment to being home for the appointment, and in my instance I guess the technician had better things to do.

I want to start by saying I really hate leaving bad reviews. I always try to find a way around it by working with management but I was essentially told by the acting manager Alex to leave a review because there was no way for him to accommodate my refund request. Let me tell you about my extremely poor experience with the Tempe Marketplace location. I brought my phone in for what I assumed would be an easy battery replacement. The battery wasnt totally bad just didnt hold as long of a charge as when it was new. The battery had to be ordered which took almost a week, and I had to call to find out the battery was in...no call from them. I take it in, they proceed to break my screen when changing the battery. Oh we have to order you a screen, that will be a week. I had to use my broken screen phone to conduct business all week. Finally phone is slapped back together, rear cover of phone is falling off (def not waterproof anymore), replacement screen has bubbles in it, and the replacement battery lasted all of about a month and a half and now it wont hold a charge at all. My phone is twice as bad of shape as when we started this whole mess. I am essentially going to have to turn my phone in to Verizon and make a warranty claim that I hope will work since it will be very obvious someone has been inside the phone. I called to ask for a refund for the almost $100 to replace the battery and their only recourse was to offer another low quality Chinese knock off battery that is no good to begin with. I asked to speak with the owner since Alex (the acting manager) has no authority to make things right. I was told he has no idea when the owner is in the store and I would just have to show up when he is there...what kind of awful customer service is this? They essential destroyed my $800 phone and have no accountability or desire to make it right. Dont waste your time taking anything to this place unless its your last resort. Ill be waiting to hear from the owner with how he plans to rectify the situation.

The staff & technicians at uBreakiFix Tempe are wonderful, basically wizards. I came in at 5:15pm on a Wednesday (during there busy time) and the glass/LCD repair on my iPhone 7 Plus took less than 40 minutes. Upon entry, I couldn’t use my iPhone 7 Plus at all and now I’m back to business. Greg, did an amazing job! Super friendly, honest and quick!!! I would highly recommend uBreakiFix Tempe to those in need of an electronic fixing. I’m so happy.

I brought a Pixel 3A in for screen repair. It went great at first, but now a corner of my new screen seems to have not been glued properly and is starting to rise up out of the phone casing. I constantly have to push down on the corner to stop it from rising to high.

They just couldn’t help me fix my two xbox s consoles. No help. I thought if anybody could do it it’s them but nope. Feels like it was just too much of a hassle for them.

This store is amazing! They were able to fix an issue with my phone for no cost that my service provider said would cost $150-$300 to fix, even under insurance. They got the part reattached internally without having to replace it. Im so glad I stopped by before filing an insurance claim!

Entering into this store was the worst thing that happened to me. Not only did they NOT fix the broken phone screen, they broke it even further and I had no phone or resolution on this for 6 months after which they asked me to pay so they can order a different device. My case probably is an exception, but service I received is bad. All that was expected from the store was not to take in the device when they didnt know how to repair, not only have I had to do so many trips to the store and hours of time on phone following up - now I get a downgraded phone and I have to pay for this also.

I am highly disappointed with this company. They repaired my phone screen for $265 January, and it broke the 1st time that it hit the pavement in March. I contacted them to see if it was covered and they said no sense it was due to damage they would do nothing for me.

Every time Ive gone into have something fixed the reps have been super helpful and kind to me. The fixes can be expensive, but thats just modern technology. The repair time is what kills me though, not once have they held my phone for more than a few hours. Every interaction has been super quick and Id happily come again if needed.

UBreakiFix Chandler is phenomal. They repaired my iPhone 8 Plus glass/LCD in a faster time than quoted. Greg helped me & I highly recommend this place.

Love these guys. Ive been here a half dozen times for screen replacements and battery changes for several phones. I was in recently troubleshooting my phone and Justin kindly gave me attention, enduring some dumb question on my part. Even though the battery wasnt the solution to restore my phone from a boot loop, after talking to Justin I managed to restore my phone at home with out doing a whole reformat. Woo!

I have came multiple times for multiple devices and each time has been a great experience. I know its a bit pricey, but they use high quality products, allow 30 day warranty that if something negative relating the repair happens it is solved, and even include the warranty for water resistance with Samsung for the galaxy products. In the 5 years of knowing them I havent been let down yet! (:
