My boyfriend and and I met Aj yesterday...my experiences with the KMOMO at Az Mills have always been great. I usually shop at a bigger KMOMO, but AJ was so helpful to us that well be going there from now on. I am 55 and was looking for something for him to wear for his holiday vampire costume and AJ had enough patience with us that we ended up with just the right thing. I told him that your store caters to people that always look Hella great 👍

AJ was absolutely amazing he helped us with everything that we needed. His customer service was 2nd to none I would definitely go back!!!

Staff was pretty rude. Dude behind the counter was too preoccupied talking to another girl who worked there about how they were going to go out drinking that night to be very helpful. I will not be back

I spend hundreds at this store. The first time I take a pair of pant back with tags still on and receipt. They wont let me return it. There are other store that are better. Dont shop here

My husband found a good deal on shirts but the young gentleman cashier was unfriendly and unreceptive to my husband trying to make him smile.

I remember S far back as 25 years ago shopping with my son I was in with my grandson the problem with this storys they dont have any Large large as in 3 and 4X and the 3X they had looked like a size large to me and the prices were crazy high for plain T shirts, Shame on U K momo No love for you

I am so impressed with the service of this store! The employees were so friendly and helpful! A young gentleman took the time to help my husband coordinate a few outfits for our Cali trip and we took all of them! This is the first Kmomo we came to that actually cares for their customers. We will be back here!

My husband and I came here about a month ago to buy clothes, and the place felt like a hot sauna as soon as we walked in!!!!!. He tried some shorts on in the fitting room and he almost passed out in there. He literally had to come out for air. We left the clothes and decided we would come back when the a/c was fixed. Well yeah, we went back (month later) and the ac is still off!!!! Miserable experience!!!! We tried reporting it to security but they couldn’t do anything. Looks like this company could care less about its service, much less their own employees who have to work in this condition!

K momo used to be a great place for fashion. I dont like most of the clothing anymore.

If I could give 0 stars, then I would! I came shopping with my kids to this kmomo and it’s ridiculous how hot it is in there!!!! It’s like 120 degrees outside and somehow it felt even worse and humid in there! I always like bringing my kids here because they can find things they like but there was no way I could stand being there for more than 10 minutes. I won’t be back here unless I want to have a heat stroke!!!

If I could give this place no stars or negative stars... I would! This place deserves negative 5 stars! Not because of the condition of the store or the clothes but for the horrible customer service practices!!! Especially the manager or owner or whoever the person in charge is!! He is rude and unprofessional and even had the nerve to roll his eyes when I asked him if they had any more sizes of jeans in stock!!! This is his job right!!!??any way I will not be giving these people my money ever again!!

Employees are not motivated. I asked two females if the hoodie I was trying on looked good on me and they said no. I didnt buy anything after that needless to say.

The little Korean lady that smells so bad named Ms. something was the rudest person I have ever seen or met. She treats the people who work here like slaves. She is so ignorant and should be terminated. She yells at the workers for every little thing even when they said hi to the customers coming in.I came in today 04/11/2019 @ around 7pm and she almost made the girl cry. So ignorant if they don’t fire her I’ll make sure no one comes back to shop at Kmomo.

I like the price for the pro club plain t-shirts but not enough selection in my size xl for colors. The only 2 colors they had on the rack were white and black in size mens xl.
