The drinks are amazing! But I can’t say the same for the place . It’s filthy in there the tables are all dirty and sticky the chairs are suppers to be yellow and they look brown . I get it that it’s busy, but we are still in COVID times .

Great menu & quality boba drinks. The honey boba is really good. Im not normally a fan of the tapioca balls in boba, but their organic honey boba is yummy & not too chewy.Cant speak to the hot drinks as the machine was out of service when I happened to visit, but both the blended & iced beverages are very much recommended by me.The Valentine has a great floral rose flavor thats well balanced by the other ingredients, the King Taro is a lovely tarot experience, and the other drinks Ive tried were similarly yummy!This is inside of the mall, so you do need to walk thru the mall to get to it. They do deliver via Doordash or Postmates, though.

I usually always ask to go here while at the Mall and I always get the Mocachino which is delicious! I ask for just coffee jelly since I’m not the biggest fan of boba. The coffee jelly still gives it it’s chewiness in the cold coffee. Absolutely love it

I got The Original and it tasted like someone brewed the tea with cigarettes:/. It was the weirdest grossest drink, I dont know if thats how it normally tastes or if their was a disgruntled employee. Had my husband try it and he said the same, so not my prego taste buds. I should have liked it because its ingredients are the same as my favorite Jazzie from Boba Tea Company. So disappointing.

Used a Groupon and had a little trouble with redeeming at first. It wasnt clear how to use them properly. But I think if the clerk was more informed, Id have a better experience. I definitely underpaid for the drinks, but they didnt have a wide selection I was familiar with. Their menu is their own and unique. But its like the same 5 ingredients throughout, just mixed in different ways. Prices werent too bad, but they only had 2 sizes: baby fat and fat cups. Theyre the stubby and wide versions of the usual tall and slender cups. The fat cups are 24oz. I think I can better manage sucking up the toppings this way. It doesnt look like they scoop a lot, however.I enjoyed my drinks nonetheless, even when they dont fill it up all the way consistently. The Longan flavored one was my favorite (pictured) when super cold. It wasnt too sweet and had good consistency. Their boba is made with honey and was actually super satisfying than most Ive tried in the past.Will try them again when I visit Arizona.

Ordered on Doordash Dashpass once & it disappeared! But thats ok, Im going to actually leave my house to get this stuff. To put it simply, or for the uninitiated: this is fancy iced tea. Theres flavors, fruit, Boba, jelly and more that can be added to your cool bowl cup & fat straw. I just realized this is in mills mall & I still want it!

So thier drinks are amazing however todays customer service...not so good. We orders 9 drinks thru uber eats. Delivery was great until we realized we only had 8 drinks not 9. We called driver...nope only 8 drinks provided to her. She offer to go pick up the other drink if store okayed it. Called store. Got told by the person answering phones there was nothing the person could do about it and she would have a shift lead reach out to us when someone was available. Soooooo.... I feel like the solution was easy. Say sorry.make the drink and let my driver come back for it but nope here we wait for a call back and I had to tell me driver to go on with her day. Easy mistake and could have been an easy fix .....super unhappy with the customer service today :(

What a dissapointnent at Arizona Mills Mall. We waited 20 minutes for a cup of Ramen noodles you can buy out of Walmart for$1.00 on October 23, 2020. The employee threw our cup of noodles on the counter that was only 1/4 filled with no lid. After she threw the noodles on the counter, she went back to the kitchen where the door swung open and she grabbed a broom to sweep the noodles off the floor. So I guess this is why the cup was only 1/4 full because the rest was on the floor. I threw it in the trash because what I saw when she threw the noodles on the counter with no lid. No cleansiness in a pandemic. Why serve people food in containers with no lid knowing no one can sit down and eat meaning their food is open while walking through the mall during Covid-19 and mask on? I do not want to eat while walking in the mall because I will have to remove my mask. They do not provide lids where you can take your food home. So how many germs got into my food before walking into the mall portion without a lid and where is the rest of the noodles? My point exactly. First and Last time here!!!!!!!!!.

I just want to start off by saying me and my wife love this place, However on multiple occasions we have gone there 15-20 mins before closing time and wait in line just for them to tell us they are closed. I’m not sure how the owner feels about closing while there’s still customers in the store especially in line before actual closing time.

Delicious smoothie and nice employees! I could tell that the people in front of me were giving the other cashier a hard time; it was pretty obvious that the pretty red-haired lady making the smoothies and the cashier (a pretty lady with black hair in a bob above her shoulders) were irritated and exchanged words with each other in a not-so-incognito way.. That was the only thing that made me feel uncomfortable BUT they were sweet to me and I dont know if the customers were really jerks before I came into the store..

I ordered king Taro frozen drink, I love it here in this place, the stuff are really friendly, this place has like 3 years open in the Arizona Mills Mall, I feel confortable drinking my Taro there, the place is colorful with yellow chairs.

Went on 03/03/202o at 8:20pm and the worker was just very rude and literally took 30 minutes to make two drinks. Please hire fast working employees with better customer service.

This place is amazing! I go here all of the time. The customer service is great and they are very friendly. I highly recommend this place if you want to try something different but that is still something close to ice cream or a smoothy!

This place is one of my Favorites me and my boyfriend go here all the time . But I was very disappointed because it was so hot in this location. We didn’t want to go in and sit like we usually do . I felt so bad for all the employees too they shouldn’t have to work in that type of environment. Usually the place is packed but I’m sure because of how hot it was in the place it was deterring people from going in!!!!! It’s 115 degrees in Arizona right now btw

It was my first time here and I can say for a fact, I’ll never come again for the sake of poor/ blatantly stingy/petty business model and practice. I have a habit of asking for light ice because I notice a lot of places use too much and ends up watering down my drink. I was then told that due to a new company policy starting this month, requests for light ice would mean an extra cost due to “getting more drink” as a result. Now here’s the kicker, I proceed with the purchase and paying extra for light ice; when the drink is ready I find that 75-80% of the cup is filled with ice! Then does that mean, a regular cup would be filled with 80-90% of ice? Lol if we follow this line of thought then the company is charging extra for what amounts to a negligible amount of beverage on top of already essentially already overcharging their customers that just buy the regular without any add ins or modifications. This is just blatantly greed to a new level and not worth your money. The juice shop down the way would be a better bang for your buck. This review will also go on Yelp to better spread awareness of this new horrible practice. Such practices should not be supported and only shows the awful nature of a business.

Im visiting from Michigan and had a craving for bubble tea. They have a huge selection of different drinks here! I ended up picking the Cloud 9 which was a slushy boba drink and it was delicious! The staff was friendly as well.

The neon signs and colors really make the place stand out but, the boba is flavorless with too much sugar and staff doesnt know what customer service is.

This company from the beginning is a fraud! This place wouldnt exist without Boba Tea Company. The girl who started Fat Straw was an employee at Boba Tea Company & literally wrote down everything and just simply changed the name of the drinks. She is currently under a couple of lawsuits from my understanding. Not only did she steal recipes from one company but also the name. Friends of mine came here and said it is utterly disgusting.

Long story short- the owner is a blithering, spineless, and the definition of unprofessional. No benefits for full time employees but offers stock (laughable), has no real skills regarding hands-on operations, has the audacity to talk down to interviewees, a disgusting power-hungry complex. Not only does this hellhole look like its ripped from an IKEA catalog in 2004, theres reports of roaches in store, little flies ending up in syrup bottles which then get mixed into customers drinks (shittly overpriced drinks of course that claim to be authentic). Do yourself a favor and avoid this godforsaken place like the plague and just go to 7-11 and buy a slurpee. 💁‍♀️💁‍♀️💁‍♀️💁‍♀️

Ive had my share of boba drinks. This place is legit, you guys. I havent had a decent boba drink since I was a wee lad. Boba is tender AF. Drinks are bomb Af. Wish I lived closer. Nice staff but literally its all about the drink! Usually there’s not a long wait for your drink.Side note: if you cant stab your milk tea thru a plastic film, its not authentic.

I am upset with this boba place. I usually go there during my break time and ordered a drink called, “ high tea” all the times until this happened to me.I ordered Thai tea boba and the employee forgot to put sweet in my drink. I called and told one of their employee my drink needs sweet because the Thai tea boba tasted like blah. ( I was back in my shift) One of the their employee told me come back and she will fixed the problems. I managed to go back at my their boba place. I gave my drink to her and told her to tasted and she didn’t. Then she told me to wait and will made me a new drink and she did not do what she supposed to do. ( she look angry) She added lots of sweet in my second drink and did not bland the ice to my drink and I know she did that unpurpsed and that got me upset. I wanted to take my money back however have to go back on my shift. I was very nice and I did not deserve any of theses.Thanks 🙏

ALSO have alot of little bugs everywhere flying because of the poppers and syrups sometimes they fly in drinks and poppers.
