Eh, I would never recommend this specified Einstein Bros. Bagels site. Reason being, the staff members here prefer to socialize than efficiently serve customers, clean the floor (from my dozen experiences here). A female employee (name unknown) commented, “I’d rather be at Starbucks” when I requested the timeframe regarding the completion of my food order. I ordered my meal utilizing the Einstein Bros. Bagels application and received an estimated timeframe between 10 - 15 mins. However, I waited nearly 40 mins for my food and beverage.I firmly believe that the staff members today at this site would greatly benefit from additional training to increase their efficiency and friendliness. The food and beverage had been delicious when indicating a pro!

The store was heavily in the weeds today and after waiting 25 min they screwed up and put cheese on the order, the girl w blue hair gave me an unsliced bagel to fix it then gave me attitude when I asked her to slice it and bigger attitude upon returning w a sliced bagel ( not wearing gloves), the manager apologized as she huffed of the line, apparently she was sick and he was about to send her home, but not too sick to flip me off multiple times from the back door as I left the parking lot!This employee takes no pride in her job or her appearance, she comes to work looking unkempt, unshowered, hair everywhere and today we were treated to her black thong because her jeans kept falling down.The attitude was bad enough, but during covid she was at work sick! And touching food w bare hands!

Love their bagel creations! Our family makes a weekly trip because the kiddo loves it so much. They are always busy but always fast as well. Never been disappointed ❤️

Weve been going here for a while, and have debated stopping because the food seems to be prepped with lower quality than the Einsteins/Caribou we fell in love with.Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Ordered on the app and waited 30mins before going there. Waited another 20min before asking when the order might be ready only to find out they never saw it. Went home to drop kid/wife off since they were sitting in the car and then came back only to find it still not complete. They forgot an item, so I reminded them. Confirmed the order again, got our food and coffee, drove home and found that the order was wrong and we didnt get the item I reminded them about. And once again, the food that we got was subpar. Barely had smear on the sandwiches and bagels were cold and tough.The coffee is the only thing that keeps us going to Einsteins at this point (love Caribou!). Might try going back to the further location a few times, but well probably take our business to a local Cafe. Bummed because Einsteins used to be our go-to and we recommend it to everyone. Wish I could say we still do.

Still one of the best places to get a hot bagel with cream cheese. And coffee or ice tea, dont always get to go there but when I do I make sure I get my moneys worth, I wish they had more places of business. As They only seem to be around high in shopping centers. Still the best place for A good bagel🤙

I have an e-gift card which I tried to use for my purchase. It came up with some odd error of discontinued. The lady at the register said she had never seen that before. So I ended up paying for it out of my pocket. When I pulled up my account it said I had $22 on it so I took it back into the restaurant and advised that the card was in fact good and they verified it period unfortunately because the transaction had already happened there was nothing to do about it. I was given a complimentary cookie as and apology. While I appreciated the gesture of the free cookie I feel like an effort should have been made to determine why an error that shed never seen before popped up. With very little research which I did sitting outside the restaurant showed the fact that the card was valid and with a reasonable balance. Wont be going back to this location. Also, while my farmhouse sandwich was tasty, they didnt cut it in half which was unusual too.

Every time I come to this Einstein’s which it is right across the street from my house. There is no one ever in there but there’s like a ton of employees and it seems like it takes you forever to get your food every single time. Don’t waste your time going here to get your food because it takes forever to get a bagel and cream cheese.

I cannot express in words how impressed I am with this location and their catering services! I ordered 30 bagels the day before a work event - bosss surprise birthday breakfast. Shannon form catering responded quickly through their email system and took care of my order making sure all of the condiments and details were tip-top prepared. That night I received word that my boss would not be at the morning meeting and I was in a serious panic. I called this location shortly after 5am and Bryce cancelled my breakfast order with class, grace, and 100% customer service. Shannon contacted me by email and they both transitioned my order into a last minute lunch order. These 2 truly saved the event and I cannot speak highly enough of them. If more people treated customers they way these 2 do - the world sure would be a better place! Thank you soo much Shannon and Bryce - Our company (and myself) will surely be doing business with you again and I will be pointing anyone I can your way too!!!

Today I placed a phone order because the website for curbside pickup was glitching. They said I could pay online but it did not work so I went inside. They had forgotten about my order and it took forever to prepare while two guys walked all over the place, back and forth without masks. Multiple people complained how inappropriate it was to allow this but the cashier said she couldn’t do anything about it. I know a bunch of people left there pretty angry today! They have great food here. I hope they shape up and start enforcing their own rules and respecting their customers.

Ordered one of their bagelritos and was told that their oven was down so they couldnt sell it to me. I asked if the contents are fully cooked and the answer was yes so I asked if I just take it home and bake it myself to have it fresh and they told me they would not sell it to me because they had to cook it in the store so since their oven is broken I dont get to eat breakfast this morning... Just ordered breakfast through DoorDash, the food is good, but omg the orange juice! It’s water with color! It’s just bad! At least add some orange flavor to it!! And they charged you $3.69 for it

I went in for something VERY simple, literally impossible to screw up. Plain bagel, toasted and sliced with butter. The bagel was overdone and there was hardly any butter on there, like its something coveted they need to preserve for the scores of people wanting butter on their bagel. Thank goodness I didnt get something more complicated. 🙄

Been going here for years, no major complaints. Pre-pandemic it could be very busy during peak hours. Does get frustrating when orders dont come out in a logical manner based on placement in line. Also frustrating when someone in front of you orders 3 dozen bagels and insists and selecting each and every bagel when its peak busy times. I would think the employees would yell out for someone else to come assist but it doesnt always happen.

This location does not care anything about customer service or accuracy! I have ordered here several times for curbside pick up, and not only do they take their sweet time in coming out, 20 plus minutes, but they dont follow the details that I have instructed on the app such as double toasted or extra cream cheese. Nothing is ever done right! When I called to see if they could remake something because they did it wrong I was told no. Furthermore, when I waited 20 plus minutes for them to bring my order out, and didnt have a mask which is mandated now in my city to wear in all public places, I asked them if they would remake the bagels since no one ever came out and they told me no, they would not. I strongly suggest you choose an alternate location, because this one could care less about you or your money.

Bagels, awesome. Food, awesome. Coffee..... not so awesome. I’ve tasted better coffee from quick trip gas station. On my way to work I bought a coffee from these guys, tasted it, then threw it away and headed to quick trip gas station to make a way better iced latte. Quick trip.... beats Caribou. I’m sorry.

Attempted to order ahead so we could bring bagels to the nurses in the NICU while we visit our babies. Ordered curbside pickup- hoping to avoid contact- on the app and tried the number on the sign. We called and called and no one answered and the redirects seemed broken. We still ended up having to go inside the incredibly packed store anyways. The clerk my husband spoke to knew nothing about our order and my husband ended up just finding it sitting on a counter.

Simply the Best For A Very Fresh bagel cream cheese take homes and great coffee. Nice yogurt parfaits and bagel based sandwiches and a selection of breakfast drinks and Juice as well. Nice vibe to eat in or take out. Cozier than Starbucks which I love as well for different reasons.

The hatch chilli bagle with veggie cream cheese is to die for! I loooove it. The coffee there is so yummy. They offer dairy free milk options and basic flavors like vanilla, carmel, and mocha. I so so so wish they offered almondmilk or dairy free cream chesses here. Especially in the veggie and chives flavos. But they dont. Maybe someday! They couldnt stop me from coming everyday if they did!

Yeah last time I will ever eat here.. Way over priced.. And my iced latte was basically iced milk.. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese bagels. What did I receive a sausage one instead.. I was already home so i tried to eat it, and let me say this. McDonalds makes a better sausage then this place..

Everyone is always nice here. They wont great you until they are ready, but they are very nice once they acknowledge you.

I am always amazed how the staff here goes above and beyond. Not just once or twice but a dozen time. Think they have a really nice guy managing. Food is also very consistent. Unlike backyard bagel these are always fresh. Not once have I had a stale bagel.

Service is always good and the food is tasty. I never seem to get there in time for an everything bagel, which is my favorite. I know they run out, and when I go for lunch thats a risk, but also a bummer. The onion bagel I got was good, if ever so slightly overtoasted. Not enough to complain about, but Ill be sure to ask next time if they can toast more lightly. And the coffee in the dispenser was cold. So they had to make a new pot. Fresh is better anyway. All these are just really minor issues, and otherwise would have been 5 stars, friendly service good food.

I came here to get bagels for the teachers at my sons school. They always take care of us and even the cream cheese with the dozen bagels is a great deal. We are really thankful to have them in our community and it is some of the best breakfast food in the world.

Very disappointed in the POS and price design. If you order items that make a combo for pricing you do not get the combo price unless you specifically mention and ask for graphic and advertised combo price.This is an extra issue and concern for to the two step process of ordering. A combo might be a good item like hash browns with a drink like a medium OJ. But you must order the food at one person then all drinks at the second. This makes combo pricing items automatically a critical function!!!! Very sketchy business approach :(

Been coming to this location for over a year, never had good service but its the only location between my house and my office. One time it took 3 tries to make my order correctly. Been happy with other locations this one seems like its always understaffed.

Kids liked it, and thats all that matters! They got the Santa Fe bagel sandwich with egg whites and the bacon avocado tomato with egg whites and devoured them. They said the sandwiches were good and would definitely come back here again.

Rich and his team have managed this Einsteins like a mom & pop bagel shop. They care about their customers and even remember my name even though its not a typical name. I have been going here for years. There are a lot of regulars that do the same because of the quality level of food & customer service.

Nice place to stop on the way to work. Good bagels and other items at reasonable prices, and quick service. Definitely one of my regular morning stops (as its one of the few that open early enough).

Love the coffee here. Place gets pretty busy, but nothing compared to the more popular stop-and-go coffee shops. Patio and parking lot are clean, which is something I focus on. Good brew, fair prices and a spot we frequent.

I love Einstein’s I eat here all the time but this location was something else. I come in and order and they are pretty busy so I expected a wait. I sit down and wait for 20 minutes watching everyone in front of me get their meals. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and a cream cheese bagel that’s all. I walk up and tell the workers I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes. He then tells me to wait another minute. I receive my food 3 minutes later after walking up and telling them to make it. I then drive off and open my bagel to eat and I see a long black hair in my bagel. I couldn’t believe it. I waited 25 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and a bacon and egg sandwich to find hair on my food. Worst breakfast exporter ever ever.

The reason we come to this location is strictly for convenience. The service is poor 80% of the time and me and my wifes order is wrong 95% of the time. This has to be one of the worst locations Einstein Bros Bagel has.
