This place is amazing! I live in NY and visited AZ and my friends took me to this lounge. The owner personally served me a perfected cardamom tea!! The colorful lights all over dimly lit the dark area and made a very relaxing environment! The different types of seating all over are all sooo comfortable and arranged perfectly! Thete is a huge screen playing wonderful arabic music videos and made me feel like I was right at home!! Great hookah flavors and fast service. Quiet, peaceful and huge space! Perfectly decorated. I wish I could visit every day!

A chill environment during the week. DJ and belly dancing Fridays and Saturdays. The owner Maria was very attentive and I did not have to wait for coals. I usually get the Turkish coffee and the Double Apple/Mint hookah.

STAY AWAY!!!So incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service. Literally all there hookahs are falling apart, crappy bubbles and horrible staff. I use to come here years ago when everything was flawless. They need to step up there game. FDA. Perfect hole in the wall dive hookah bar with open mic and stand up comedy. Belly dancing on weekends. Fruit drinks, coffee, hummus, pita, and cakes are served. The energy is good, the people are very welcoming. If youve ever considered trying standup, Monday night is your opportunity.

It smelled really bad in there. Like deep fried watermelon. Also, the lighting was turrible.

Fun place to smoke hookah. Make sure you watch your coals as they to tend to make the smoke a little harsh. The staff was very helpful and they always fixed the problems we had with the hookah. Its a very fun lighting theme and it makes the place more vibrant with energy.

If I could give this no stars I would. The place was very grimy. There were maybe two other parties there of 2-3 people. The couches were super old and falling apart. The hookah was dirty as well as the hoses. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. They did not have good customer service at all. We waited nearly an hour for two smoothies. Most of the staff were sitting on the couches smoking hookah themselves. The sheesha was terrible and they didn’t give you tongs to move the coals around or move them for you. I do not recommend this place. There are way better places than this.

The workers are really cool, at least the service workers are. The older workers werent very talkative or friendly. They have comfortable couches and loud chill music. The interior is pretty nice, lots of marble and glass. They also sell smoke shop stuff inside.

My daughter and friends went several days ago.The waitress was very rude. The waitress put everyones bill on my daughters and her boyfriends tab instead of separating it. The tab ended up being over 50.00. The waitress refused to give their id back until the tab was paid. My daughter and her boyfriend tried to explain to the waitress the situation but she refused to listen. I have called several times to talk with the manager but no one answers. Maybe nothing can be done about this but I would like to express my unhappiness.

On my first visit I enjoyed myself greatly. Space for dancing to the DJs music, a belly dancer performs at 1130pm. Smoke was interesting and hosted at sofas with coffee tables. VIP area looks great with pool table. Food was simple and Mediterranean and drink ranged from chai tea to red bulls or better. No alcohol. And smoke merchandise available. Enjoy!

I DJ AT THE HOOKAH BAR every Friday and Saturday and I have lots of fun! also I enjoy the great hookah here! And the great staff that keep the customer happy!

The Hubbly Bubbly is the best hookah lounge I have ever been to. They have nice premium sofas inside with beautiful tables and an amazing patio arrangement. I experienced the best friendliest customer service at Hubbly Bubbly than any were else I have gone. The price was very good for the time that me and my friends had. And they had the best special hookah that I have tasted!! I am defintly going back to this place:)

Pretty gross. You can tell the hoses werent washed and the first drag I took was full of dried flakes from who knows how many hookahs. Not trying to bash them but I want people to know what they are getting into. Also charge almost $3 for a 50 cent can of soda and even 50 cents is a push.

I actually loved this place. It was a slow night tonight but it took a while just to get our coals switched out but other than that and the fact the person who rung us up when we left over charged us $14 which I didnt notice until I left. I recalculated a few times and couldnt figure out how he got the price he got. It was still a great time great atmosphere but just being over charged sucked and I didnt get a receipt.

I had never been so I was not sure what to expect really. First impressions here were not good at all. The fact that you must pay for a drink even though they are already charging a lot for hookah is crazy. No one really cared about us and took forever to respond to our concerns. One guy even laughed at us when we told him that our hookah was not working right. Which it wasnt. It was leaking and the hoses were not staying in, hardly any smoke was coming out even after puffing on it for twenty minutes. He was zero help.We were there almost an hour and most of it was spent waiting for someone to take care of us or trying to get smoke going. It was a waste of $53 to basically enjoy cans of soda and a run down atmosphere and torn sofas. Will never go again.

This place is the worst hookah lounge i’ve ever been to! I chill at many different spots and i’ve never been to a place where giant cockroaches are CRAWLING ON ME, the hookah is very very gross and not clean, I have a hookah myself and know how they should be properly cleaned. The girl server there was so rude to my group that we wanted to get up and leave. Also this place is not very busy at all, I like places with a big crowd and it lacks at Hubbly Bubbly. NO THANK YOU.

As soon as we walked in there were no seats available and we were almost refused service for the managers lack of preparation for a Saturday night.We were forced to buy drinks or else we had to pay a cover charge, and then everyone who smokes hookah knows that a one hose hookah usually hits the best, well since my party was large, we were forced to buy two hoses. When the two hoses came around they didnt hit at all, and we asked the server to fix it, so he takes the hose out, and just puts it back in (like a modem). It still didnt hit at all after he did that, the server comes back and places four huge coals on top and then the hookah hits, for about 4 minutes until all the shisha was burnt through. Honestly the only reason why people come here is because of the club like atmosphere, but as far as a Hookah lounge goes, these people have absolutely no idea on how to take care of their customers or provide quality hookah. Never returning here again.

Price varies on what you get. The first night we went, we decided to bring a lot of people and you can only split the bill three ways. I would suggest deciding how you pay before you go so that it isnt as confusing because talking in there isnt so easy, music is loud (but good). We chose to do the fruit bowls both nights, a little costly but WAY worth it. For those who smoke hookah regularly, the only downside is moving around coals because the servers there have to do it for you, they cant trust everyone. Fruit bowls last a couple hours depending on size of group. They are SO good. Order a drink to avoid any cover charges. The cheapest is $2.50, but cover chargers are way more. I didnt order any food, so I actually dont know if its good or bad. I had more of a good time with just me and my friend the second night because we didnt have the complications of a large group, but as I said before, if you work things out with the group before hand things will be simpler. There is dance contests available to anyone to win a free hookah for the night. The staff is really nice. It was an awesome experience and next time I go down to Tempe, Im definitely going again.

The only reason we go is because the music is good on the weekends. They put way to much water in their hookah. Their costumer service is horrible! The waiter told us we had to get two hoses because we had 8 people when the menu clearly said 3 people per hose!! We shouldve only had to get three hoses! We told the waiter what the menu said and he responded well im telling you, that you need to get two of the two hose hookahs. Like I said, the employees are extremely rude. Also, make sure you know exactly what you ordered because they try to over charge you every chance that they get. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

Good music, not a chill & relax type of place because its so loud, but pretty cool. Shisha is good but you have to buy a drink or pay a cover if you want to smoke.

Great peaceful atmosphere

I had 2 TERRIBLE experiences at this place, I will NEVER go EVER again. The first time I went with friends, they had to hold someones ID. When we were leaving, they told us they gave her ID to someone else! The next day she had to go to DMV to get a pay to get new ID just because they lost it by giving it to the wrong person! The second time I went with two friends. We sat down to smoke our hookah and it wasnt working. So we asked for a new one, they said they wouldnt charge us for two. Later in the night when we left to pay, they said we were being charged for BOTH hookahs even though they told us they would only charge us for one. My friends didnt have enough money for both and they said if we didnt pay for both they would call the cops on us! UM...WHAT?! Also the hookah was dry and flavorless. This place is WHACKED. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Absolutely awful. Worst customer service ever. The managers dont even know who they employ! Waited 30 mins for a hookah and another 20 for a refill. The lady who was there who is obviously stupid blamed us for having a bad experience. Never again. I can also tell they let anyone in. Instead of carding everyone they card one person and let it be. I saw people that looked like CHILDREN. Just because one person is 18 doesnt mean they all are. Ridiculous establishment!

I use to LOVE this place. Hookah was amazing, atmosphere was great. Now..... its a different story. no smoke comes out of the hookah at all. Ive tried to get someone to look at it and all they did was just place coal on top but didnt change a thing. It use to smoke so perfectly, that I one time just went for only the hookah. It use to be lit every weekend! Now its slowly dying. Some days its a Boring dj who mumbles on the mic, is that really a dj? Torn couchs, rude staff who half the time dont pay attention to you. Recently its been Bad customer service all the time. Idk why I still go but I guess I just miss the way it was before and give it chances but each time its a fail. I rather drive an extra 20 mins to another hookah place than come to this one.

Walked in, was seated immediately by a very knowledgable friendly hookahlogist? Hookah Guide? Waiter/Server? hookah sensei? Lol. Very friendly and informative, I told him to just give me his favorite and he didnt disappoint with a phenomenal flavor of citrus lime, very refreshing and smooth and to top it off very reasonable prices and a great atmosphere. Beautiful people, ambient lighting, comfortable seating, great tracks bumping and an allover outstanding experience for my first hookah. I will be back, and I suggest that you check it out before your friends get here first! 10/10 (and theyre open until 4a.m.) :)

Soo me and my friends was a party of 4 and they placed us in the back in a small table seats where uncomfortable bUT we did with do the Dj was ok and we asked 3 servers to refill and they ignored and took at least and a hour to change it than before we asked to be seated in the V.I.P Area And The manager tells us it wet and he will move us once it drys it doesnt take 2 hours for a floor to dry and another party come and they ask and he seats them there like in a snap of a finger it was poor service...

Moldy hooka, WAY over priced and they reuse fruit bowls..... nice environment but shity people
