I gotten two things from this company and I have experienced great service. I did have that issue with the password firewall but I was able to get it fix while the guy was on a vacation. I don’t know what things are like now but I was happy back then. Now I can’t get in touch with them

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Trying to get in contact with them to help my wife with her laptop. She needs the proof of purchase in order to unlock the firmware password. Three different phone numbers dont work, the email on the website doesnt work and the question submission on their webpage doesnt work. Trying to contact them through FB messenger to no avail. Just buy your Apple stuff from the Apple store and save yourself the headache. Now we are looking at losing all of our wedding pictures.

Allows you to shop, but when you try to checkout it says Closed. Not accepting new customers. Thats very misleading and false advertising and needs to be put on your front page if you arent accepting new customers.
