I Had two good experiences with the company. very efficient and intelligent person running this company. A wide range of technical fields they cover apparently. I have no doubt that for any computer needs I have i will go right to there shop talk to the boss and it will be done just like he says. Very smart guy. I was not paid to put this up or coerced. Credit is given where credit is deserved. Go try him out and email me that Im a liar if that is the case. I will be receiving no such email however and I will continue doing business at this establishment.

First off Alex is Awesome! Hes very nice and understanding about any of your computing needs. He answers all your questions simply and easy. He even allowed me a few days to get my money in order.He changed out my hard drive on my laptop. My work was done within hours of dropping off my laptop. I would absolutely recommend his services to any and everyone.. This my second experience with Alex and Im am completely happy with everything about being a loyal customer. I will be back to him from now on with all my computer needs.

Had my laptop windows issue, George took care of right away, advised a very reasonable estimate. I discussed adding more memory and items with my machine, SUPER happy ! Prices and service were great. Highly recommend !!

Foxetech has come in and implemented an entirely new world for us. Our computer hardware, software, electronics, and internet all needed to be updated. We previously had struggled to find an IT company that could bring our office computer network to the next level. Foxetech came in, saw what we had, and figured out what we needed. We gave them an understanding of what we were looking for and within a week, we had a much more efficient and functional workplace. Very professional and knowledgeable in the tech world. They replaced my iphone screen, then updated the ram in my computer. They have computers and hardware, and can fix anything. Its a great little shop and the owners are really helpful!...and the prices were better than my phone insurance or other shops I called around to.

This is an excellent vendor! I have always purchased new computers with warranties, until Windows 8 arrived on the scene. I found Foxetech when I was desperate to find a good Windows 7 laptop, to avoid the dreaded 8 operating system. I found so much more at Foxetech. The service and quality provided, is exceptional, and all three of the machines I have purchased from Foxetech are still operating like they were new. The equipment from Foxetech is worth a few extra dollars, and they provide the best system software. I would have a difficult time finding a better source for services and equipment, and I will not be looking for alternatives. I am very choosy about who I trust with computer sales and services, and will be returning to Foxetech for nearly any of my future business. Microsoft certification, and Cisco certification, they have it all !

Bought a new gaming computer from George at Airmate and couldnt be more pleased with it. We had some issues with the cooling fan which was causing OH problems, but George stayed on it and got it running cooler than ever! Prices were extremely reasonable. Picked up a nice sound system for my new rig to boot!

I bought a Samsung S4 battery for only $7.99. It worked great, so my friend bought one from there as well. Very nice employees work there.

I accidentally switched off my laptop during an update and because of if my files were corrupted and my laptop was frozen. I had years of work and pictures in my laptop and was devastated when I was being told everything would be lost. But then, I found Foxetech! He explained to me that there could still be a chance to restore and not lose any of my files. He was able to service my laptop the very next day. Within a few hours of dropping it off, I received a call letting me know that it was ready and that he was able to restore all of my files. I would DEFINITELY recommend Foxetech!

Guys did an excellent job at fixing my computer, and helped save me future headache by pointing out another issue with the pc, and fixing it. They were fast and knowledgeable. Price was a bit rich, which is my only complaint.

Let me tell you my experience: As a small business owner with computer issues, I called 4 different companies with the hope of resolving my situation. The first 2 answered the phone on the 11th ring took a message and never got back to me. The 3rd stated in his web page that they were like none of the above and touted that they take a one on one approach. They never show up once I made an appointment, but did call and had to interview me opn the phone to see if we were a good fit????? What kind of company operates that way.Then I call Foxetech!!!! This is the way business is supposed to work, they took the time to try to assist over the phone with a remote access to our computer, the when I said it had to be completed that day, Alex told me he could accommodate me between 5 pm and 7 pm. Foxetech did just that and more, Alex stayed until after 9 pm to completely resolve my computer problems. Foxetech has a customer for life and I know have peace of mind and an IT Support Company for life. I would HIGHLY recommend Foxetech for their reliable, honest and hard working approach to operating a business just like it should be operated. Customer Service!!!! Why does Foxetech succeed at what they do? Because they remember the first rule of business... the customer comes first, without great customer service your business cannot succeed. I will make it my mission to tell everyone I know about Foxetech and the excellent customer service I had, that went above and beyond what was normal. DEFINITELY COME HERE. (And definitely dont go to best buy.)I bought a Lenovo T-500 with Windows 7 Pro on it used from here about 3 months ago. I had several problems with the power supply, but I was running it on an inverter because I drive a truck over-the-road, (The inverter was bad) Im only home in Phoenix a few days a month.The owner helped me over the phone (when I was in a Best Buy in Oregon), and in person a few times, he was very helpful.He also let me install 3 very important computer programs on the computer before buying, I didnt think they would work, and was hanging on to Win XP, but I had to upgrade at this point. The programs worked, and I bought the computer. Im very happy so far.The owner is a good person, and will help you out.

Took my I Phone that wouldnt even turn on here and they fixed it in about 30 min, ive had smaller repairs on the same phone that cost me more. this will be my new go to computer/ phone repair shop
