JJ assisted me today & was phenomenal. This is my second time doing business with them. I bought a Vizio 1.5 years ago as well as the TV stand (seen in picture) although the Vizio has been nothing but a headache I had explained this to JJ so without hesitation he had accommodated me it was not much but was definitely redeeming. I walked out the door with TCL 65r613 w/ 2 year warranty for less than 700$ where as most other LOCAL stores wanted close to 800$ out the door NO WARRANTY. I saw a live broadcast on Arizonas 3TV in Jan. 2017. I never heard of this place and figured I check it out because of the offer on a Samsung UN65KU6500 curved TV for 799, w/ mention of 3TV. I purchased the TV and was extremely satisfied w/ the TV until recently. The built-in WIFI began having issues and I used the extended warranty exchange I purchased. There was a no hassle replacement and I was offered a Samsung UN65MU8000 as a replacement. I would definitely recommend this place on your next TV or electronic purchases, very reasonable prices.

Great deal on a new 4k TV

So I went in to Best Deal in Town on December 8, 2020 not to buy a TV, but to test a video game console on one of their TV’s, here’s the back story. I was buying a PS2 from an individual on OfferUp and the seller told me last minute that they didn’t feel comfortable meeting at their house which I understood, but I wanted to see if the console worked and that it showed any picture to a TV, me being from the Glendale area, didn’t know what to do as I was already near Ahwatukee and couldn’t meet at my house, since it was 45 minutes away. So I called around from store to store and asked if I could use a TV to test this PS2 and all declined, except Best Deal. It was a weird request but when I spoke with the manager, Jeff, about this he was onboard and excited about it! So I went and met the seller at the store, tested it, and worked with no problems to their TV’s! I even though I didn’t buy a TV that day, I recommend them for your TV needs and I am definitely going to come back if I need one! Their customer service was top notch and even one of the employees was excited to see a PS2 in the store! Jeff, you saved the day for me and I can’t thank you enough! Also if you’re wondering, I took the PS2 apart, cleaned it, then threw it all back together and works amazing now with no disc read problems! Like I said, I can’t thank you guys enough! I am a for sure going to be a repeat customer!! Thanks!

My wife & I are chill, patient people so it wasnt a big deal & with COVID EVERYONE should at least we hope have patience when working with our valuable small businesses.So back to our wonderful shopping experience, we spoke w a young man who politely answered all of our questions.When it came time to buy our wall mount which at the time the articulating model was out of stock everywhere.Well BDnT had exactly the model w the Specs we needed, they loaded the TV & wall mount into our SUV.It was a great shopping experience with friendly, competent reps who actually care about helping their customers. Went to get a charger for my MacBook, they let me test the charger to make sure it was my charger. Saw some good prices on the iMacs while I was there (i had been thinking on upgrading for a long time now) and they told me about their financing program which i applied for and was surprised how much i qualified for and was able to pick up this beast and beautiful iMac. It was already a great price when i went in but they even gave me a better deal and threw in some extras! They took care of me, answered all my questions and gave me the best deal in town. I had previously bought from here back in 2013 and bought a 1080p Vizeo that is still working like a champ today. However back in 2017 I stupidly did NOT go back to Best Deal AZ instead thinking I got a better deal on a TCL 4K TV at Walmart. I WAS WRONG! That was a horrible experience with that TV.Well i rectified that mistake this past weekend and headed over to Best Deal over in Tempe. I spoke with Jake and was debating between the 55-inch LG 4K TV or a 60-inch Vizeo and due to the size and price I was leaning towards the Vizeo. However, in telling Jake my TV debacle with a TCL and going over what I wanted out of the TV, he suggested that the LG would probably be a better route went with the LG. He was right and Im so glad I went with it. The picture on this TV is beautiful (4K with HDR is amazing!).Jake made this a very great shopping experience just like my first one was back in 2013. Ill never make the same mistake again and will make sure my next TV purchase is from Best Deal in Town!

I always buy my TVs from here. lower prices then Target and Wal-Mart, including a 2 yr warranty. I got the 50 LG with warranty. Most televisions only last 6 to 7 yrs if your lucky.

I purchased a 86In LG TV best price. When I set the TV I saw it had a white dot on the screen. Called them the next day and they told me to come back with it and they will give me another one which I did. No hassel. Best place to buy a TV.

I bought a TV from this location in 2015 and it is still holding true. My uncle and I both got very good deals for our TVs (separate purchases). The staff came up and helped throughout the selection process. I remember the staff were very helpful and I didnt have to spend much of my cash. Very legit business. Ive visited the location recently and glad it hasnt changed too much.

We have bought tvs from here for years. They last a long time. Our first tv we bought from them died out a few weeks ago. We had it for about 6 to 7 years maybe even longer. Their name says it all and you cant beat their prices PERIOD! A few years ago I saw a sign and dropped in to see their desks. I left with a 75 Sony and felt like they had made a mistake on the price so I hurried to get out of there. Few months later I went back and left with a 60 Samsung, a wall mount and a sound bar. Again, the prices made me feel like these were used or second hand stuff but they are NOT the scaled down versions sold in big box stores. As the years have passed, we have 6 wall mounted TVs and the big Sony, 3 sound bars and a surround sound all from Best Deal on Town. These guys are the best and they care about their customers. I lost my TV remote and they were able to sell me one cheaper than Amazon or the original manufacturer would have. I was able to pick it up the next morning and it was that easy. My wife and I went yesterday (4/26/2020) because we were shopping around for a TCL 50” TV and we saw this place was $60 cheaper than Amazon and Walmart. I thought it was too good to be true, even knowing that most of what they sell is refurbished. We went and we can’t tell the different between new and the refurbished TVs, so it doesn’t matter to us.The salesmen were very laid back, but available to help when needed. The college kid who carried the TV to our car seemed to hate his job, but the rest of them were very kind! So nice that when my wife asked about how much a accessory item to a MacBook was, they threw it in for free with our purchase.If you’re wanting a tech upgrade, but want to get it a little cheaper than the big box stores, this is the place to go!

The staff here is awesome. They are great at helping you find exactly what you need, unless that thing is a windows laptop. I was told they break too easy which is a weird thing to say about an operating system. Still service here is awesome and I dont think Id buy a tv anywhere else.

Stopped by to pick up a new 65 4K LED. All of the staff were helpful and very knowledgeable, and they made the process of setting up a leasing plan very easy. There wound up being a mix-up with the TVs technical details on the website and I had to swap it for a different model, but the process for that was virtually hassle free, with the only hold-up coming from the leasing company. I had the new TV home the same day as the other was returned.The pricing for the items were pretty much unbeatable, with all other retail outlets selling for at least $100 more for the same models. The 65 4K LED HDR was about $370 before tax, and I was given a discount on a wall mounting bracket for it. They also threw in a nice high speed HMDI cable! I definitely saved a ton of money going through these guys.Right now, all the equipment is working perfectly, and the TV looks great both on the screen and on the wall. Ill definitely go through these guys again when I decide to upgrade down the road!

Went into today to get a tv. Ended up leaving with a 70 inch Vizio for $499! Our living room had a 50in so thick was a HUGE upgrade. Can’t beat the price. To be honest I was a bit skeptical since they aren’t technically “new” but man was I wrong! I had nothing to worry about. Everything was in its packaging, tv is hooked up and looks fantastic! It’s only been on for about 30 minutes but I’m already in love. I’m hoping it continues to work great but if not the television came with a 90 day warranty which is amazing. Thank you guys so much!

Ive got a couple good TVs from here. Deals arent that great on 4ks though. Also one time I went in telling the sales rep what I was looking for and he completely shot down what I was interested in buying. Granted their isnt a lot of 4k content at this point but if someone comes in thinking of buying something dont talk them out of it. Otherwise great store with great deals

Took my dead MacBook 2012 retina with no hope. Brian took every single step to identify the issue and was able to make it work. Fee charged was very very reasonable. Brian was very prompt is updating us. Also ensured that i can have the MacBook picked up at their tempe location (though i dropped it at their Scottsdale location). The store is pretty easy to find; you can see it in the left turn lane on baseline by proxy of their huge sign on the side of a large trailer parked there. I had to travel about 1hr and 20 minutes to get here being 71 miles away.The reason I went so far was because I found one of their ads on Craigslist advertising for a high powered laser pointer. So I went and bought a laser pointer from here yesterday and when I had got back home to use it, it went bright for a split second then went off.I put in new batteries and turns out, the laser itself actually died on me. I tested it with multiple new batteries and in the correct orientation to be certain but it still will not turn on. Sucks that this happened but Im sure they have good stuff since it worked for the brief moment tested in store and I just got unlucky so Ill give them 3 stars.
