The store is always clean and well stocked and the employees are nice. I enjoy the unique things they carry randomly.I got my tires replaced here a couple years ago and the front desk employee was very patient in explaining my options.

Cant wait to try the wine advent calendar. Friday night traffic is much lighter, which made it a great experience.

Recently I have really like it and the items available that we are looking for. Costco has it wonderful side and not so much side. True with any big store like this. Customer service has always been cordial and helpful. The store is organized well. There chicken pot pie should be year around and not seasonal. (Because it so good)

Its a good Costco. I wouldnt say its the best Ive ever visited but its definitely toward that end of the scale.

Love it! But. Ive been pulled out of line at least a half dozen times saying I qualify for the higher membership. The one you get 2 percent cash back on your purchases. If I have spent that much at your store, then upgrade me for free. When it comes time to renew that card, then I will renew. You catch me off guard everytime. I think Im getting a cool upgrade, a customer service gesture or something along that line. You dont! You just ask for more money///HAHAHA NO!LOVE YOUR STORE.

Costco wholesale is a great store to come if you are looking for a nice place to walk or just buy necessary groceries or even clothing. They have Christmas decorations Im December and holloween decorations in october. They sell chairs furniture and gardening materials.

Always have what you need in bulk but certain items tend to disappear like their Crown Maple Syrup. What happened to it? Was the best syrup ever!

Love Costco what else is there to say. Other than we went there mid-day on a weekday and it was very busy. But the shelves were stocked and the customer service was great.

Huge thank you to Miles for his amazing customer service helping me load 55 boxes of laminate flooring and lugging that heavy cart to the front of the store. I honestly couldn’t have done that without your help. When I returned to pick up, Miles remembered me, and was on it to help me again. Also, another huge thank you to the two amazing guys (i didn’t catch their names) in the front that helped load in to our vehicles, we truly appreciate your help as well! This was my second time at this Costco location and will definitely be coming here from now on.

Store is clean, staff friendly, parking is good for how busy it is. Gas lines are not too long, but it can be crowded on the weekends. Store is fully stocked most of the time. Ive had visits when some items were out of stock and I was told they may not be able to get more in. Otherwise, I would recommend this store. Note you need a membership to shop here.

We were passing through this area on a road trip from Utah and stopped to pick up a few things. The woman at the door refused to allow us to enter because I was carrying my 6 lb Chihuahua in my arms. She said dogs werent allowed. It was a 110 degrees outside and humans and animals cannot wait in the car while another person from our family runs in. We had absolutely no issues bringing our dog into Walmart, Frys Grocery store, Home Depot, Jo-Ann Fabrics and the UPS store. Arizona in August can be deadly and this policy is not appropriate during this time period.

Paking lot is a bit tricky but I was able to find everything I need and employees were friendly and helpful.

This Store false advertises their carpet section. When bringing up the different pricing at cash register from $99.00 to $299.00 I was told to talk to a manger .. Chris ...I was greeted by him and immediately he started given a very bad attitude and raising his voice .. he went as far as telling me to read the signs and not to focus on the product under the pricing because it can be wrong all the time he said... I was very unsatisfied with the service he provided.. even after I asked the other associate ringing me up to take off the carpet due to a 200.00 price increase from my bill Chris decided to argue the his fact on how I should read better next time.. Very Unprofessional... and not to mention.. Im a executive member with Costco...incident happened yesterday 6:20pm 09/08/21..

I went to return a product at the front counter. The employee that was returning the product ripped my Costco card out of my hand because he said it was expired but I told him the Costco card did not scan right because the barcode was messed up by Ink. He did not listen to me and instead yelled and me and taunted me like a two year old kid. The manager had to come in to return the product and gave back my Costco card and deeply apologized. Be prepared to defend yourself when they take your card away (preferably bring a group of people with you). A lot of my friends and people I know had it happen to them.

First time shopping at this location and the staff was fun & friendly and even patient with me while having challenges maneuvering through the self checkout and what not. Which reminds me, their self checkout 🤔was too sensitive. So I recommend to use it if you have less than 5 items to purchase. Ijs.

Gas station went quickly, then popped in for some water, good price both at the pump and the water!

The food its good the only thing is that when I ask for salsa I received 5 or 6 little containers with the salsa but was not very happy with the amount inside, I know that the pandemic affected all of us but we still paying same price just less food.

It has been over two (2) years since we had a business membership with Costco. It was time to get back in the game. We could see the changes thats been made familiar sections where we used to shop.We look forward to shopping again at Costco. We purchased a vehicle through Costco, booked vacations, purchased computers, camera equipment, and numerous cell phones. We plan on taking advantage of the wholesale pricing.

We love Costco. We love the glasses, meat, and several other selections. The only drag is that they discontinue everything so fast. Sometimes you fall in love with something and its gone when you go back. But, its Costco.

This Costco features many of the things youd expect from the wholesaler—a gas station, pharmacy, meat department, etc. But youll also find that the layout of these things is a little stranger than most of the Costcos you may have been to. This location can be busy at times, but visit later on a weekday evening and youll experience some smooth sailing.

I recently bought glasses for myself. The designer frames were less the $100 and the overall price was half of what the other vision chains charge.It took less than a week to get the new glasses and the fit was perfect. Great personnel, very helpful.

Sometimes the product you love seams to no longer be sold there it gets a little frustrating and sometimes its hard to find staff for help

Staff very helpful at self-checkout. Glad the store doesnt require masks anymore, but still see a bunch of dummies wearing them. Maybe they enjoy the odor of their own breath.

The staff here for the most part was very friendly and helpful in trying to help me look for exactly what I was looking for. The food court has pretty decent food for a pretty good price I have been going to Sams club for 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. The reason I give it 4 instead of five is because I really feel that some employees could do a better job cleaning the food court sometimes but for the most part I really live this place and would recommend. They will more than likely have what youre looking for.

I shop at Costco probably every other week at Elliot Rd and Priest Dr in Tempe, AZ. Last fall you added the self checkout registers. They are a great addition. The 1st time Iused them I was helped by Cynthia. She was so friendly and energetic. I recall she had Hoka running shoes on. It seems every time I have been in since I see her working. She is the best at Customer Service. She is friendly and so helpful. I saw here today and told her she is the friendliest employee at Costco. She said she used to be theReceptionist at HR. I also told her I could see her smile even with a mask on. You can tell she is beautiful on the outside and inside. Please recognize her for being a great employee who has a passion for helping customers and making Costco great!

The only problem I have with most Costcos in Arizona is that they are small. Being from Washington, Im used to the bigger Costcos. Otherwise the store is fine.

This store is great and interesting stuff to see and buy today meet a person from city of Maricopa where I live but unfortunately why Costco not in city of Maricopa I hoped see it open soon in here

The cashier was very rude and wouldnt let my mom stand next to her grand daughter who is 18 months old and starting to cry while he was loading the cart during checkout. The last few times the employees have been rude especially the cashiers.

Good stuff, great sale items, but not enough beverage choices. Would like some Gatorade or Body Armor type drinks.

This is the adults version of Disneyland. If you never thought about needing something, go here to find ALL you ever needed. High quality stuff. And if you didnt need it, you will convince yourself you do. Happiest place on earth

Costco is located on Elliot and priest in Tempe. It is a neighborhood friendly store that offers the best prices anywhere on bulk items. I buy TVs here appliances food items and paper products. I have had a membership for 10 years. I usually share it with another friend which brings the cost down considerably. The snacks on the weekends are just fabulous and most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. I buy all my eyewear here both prescription sunglasses and regular prescription glasses Progressive and transition run me about $220 including the lens and the frame. You cannot get a better deal anywhere. They even offer eye doctor care and ear exams. Costco is the best and my membership dues are well worth it. I also buy bulk water and lots of small interesting food items. The gas prices are amazing the only thing. I have a problem with are the late hours they should open at 8 like everyone else . It really makes me mad when I have to wait until late to do my shopping. Also the parking lot is too crowded I think some of their staff parks in the guest parking lot because you can never get a space. They need to monitor that problem. Priest and Elliot is a fantastic store

Showed up 30 minutes to closing and as I entered the clean well stocked store I was immediately told that I must start at the back of the store and shop my way to the registers because they would be closing soon. As I reached the back to get water and toilet paper there was a line of employees herding all of the customers toward the front. I was then told that I couldnt go any further because the store was closed with 20 minutes to the actual posted closing time. I left without water and was told by 3 Costco employees to hurry up on my way out. If I shop here again it will be much earlier to avoid this kind of treatment. Only bad Costco experience I have ever had.

They had a fan I wanted to buy before the sale ended. The last day was the Fourth of July. I checked the hours thinking they close early, they weren’t opened. So I go the very next day, online says $10 more but out of stock. The store still has some but will not honor online price. One guy was just rude about it. The only reason not one star is because membership people were kind and tried to see what could be done. The store price was $50 more than online. They blamed Hunter, the fan company for the problem.

This Tempe location is usually tough to get in/out. Gas pumps equally if not more crowded. However, tonight (Monday) after 7:30p seemed a little more tranquil. Decent selection of bed mattress for wholesale store, if looking now.

I get my dogs prescription here. Before I leave a slice of pizza or all beef hot dog.Lots of good deals.

Employees should not insist on assisting members. Most of us who are in the self serve lane are able to do so. Employees should assist those who seem to need help and not force their assistance on those who are doing okay on their own. Nobody should be treated rudely for indicating that they are not in need of help.

Huge shoutout to Eric in the Tire and Service Center for coming outside in the heat to help me take off (my old) and install my (new) wiper blades. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Costco!

Spend a ton every 2 weeks. I will have to say the meats have been a problem last month or so. 1 cod pre packaged hamburger and a very expensive slab of meat All Bad.But I shared my experience and guess what. They credited my account. How can I complain about that.Key note butcher told me to really watch for any small tears in wrapping on meats. Even when packing in the car. Double wrap it all.Thank you Team for your continued service.

I am surprised to know that they dont offer delivery on appliances which you buy in store. Well, why waste the space to display if I am supposed to buy online.Moreover, no extended warranty either.

As a costumer, this store itself is okay, but as a truck driver delivering here, its a joke. People drive behind the store and putting their safety at risk at our expense like its nothing. Happens every time I deliver here. And after you ring the bell, youre waiting there for a pretty substantial amount of time before you end up walking around and going through the front and handing them the paperwork for the loads. That happens all the time too.

Costco is best only to get gas. Rest all their products are just like you have to buy in bulk or they sell by two, for example milk or bread etc. Not the very best option for people who are single or for smaller families.

A friend told me that a product I like, (Sebamed,) had their roadshow going on in Tempe this weekend but wasnt sure if it extended through today. I live 20 miles away so I thought Id call 1st. I have spent over 40 minutes hoping an employee would simply answer the phone to answer a simple question. No luck.

Oh still something else is one of my favorite restaurants in town. Better bring milk or like beer if youre not tolerant of the heat. The food is awesome and so are the peoplethat run the restaurants.

Quick stop for gas, no lines and went right through.

I have been going to this Costco for almost 30 years. I beleive they still have one of the original Greeters still working there. They are all about the same but I go back to the Elliott location because of the friendly people. I currently like that you can choose whether to where a mask or not. I am vaccinated so I choose not to but had it available incase it is warranted.

I would give 5 stars but they had only 2 people working the checkout and I cant always use the self checkout. I was upset that the 2 people had to work so hard finding a box etc., I didnt mind the wait. I can imagine that they let staff go d/t the self checkout also. Very sad.

This one has a different layout than mine. It was real crowded but the lines went fast. The parking lot was full and lots of aggressive drivers. The gas pumps were packed too, but $.20 cheaper than other places. Thats what you get on a Saturday afternoon.
