Great service! CT was super experienced and was able get our door fixed on the spot. In addition he was straight forward, honest and didnt try to upsell us on anything that wasnt needed.

Highly recommend using them! We have an older, heavy duty garage door. The first time we had them come out and just do a little service on it and they also moved our sensors from where the previous owners had them (the ceiling) to where they should be. We called them out again when we knew our door would need servicing and we were having sensor issues with our old sensors. They replaced the sensors and the wheels on the garage door. Our door works perfectly now! They gave us a time frame both times and were there at the beginning of the time frame, on time. The employee was pleasant and helpful, explained to me what would be best and costs. Very affordable compared to what I expected the price to be. It was done in a short amount of time & he showed me everything he replaced, giving details to how it will help. Overall, I appreciate the fabulous customer service! I will continue to have them for any garage door repairs or servicing! Thank you!! :)

They would not sell me garage door springs. They claim that there is a steel shortage in the U.s. I was able to buy them else where. Also, Amazon has plenty available and one can purchase through them. Lincoln Electrical only sells the springs if they do the installation.So much for saving money!

We highly recommend Lincoln Electric Door. Our old garage door was getting really bad over the years. We called Lincoln to get a tune up and Jeremiah came out the next day. After he explained all the problems our old door had, we decided to have an entire new door installed; the quote Jeremiah gave us was very reasonable compared to the parts we would need to fix the antique door and other companies quotes. One week later, Jeremiah did the install in just a few hours and hauled away all the old door parts. We couldnt be happier, SO QUIET !!! We cannot hear the door opening from in the house anymore !. Jeremiah also installed weatherstripping all around to prevent that monsoon dust and rain; this door is sealed well, not even sunlight gets through anymore. Called Lincoln Garage Door on Monday and got an appointment for the next day for a garage door tune up and install of new opener push button. The service rep, Buddy, arrived on time and performed the work in a short period of time. Explained the new push button and the service done on the door.Buddy was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend the company and Buddy. Great company.

Needed them on a Friday morning for a door that would not open..I called and they apologized that they couldnt come--they were booked solid until Monday - later in the morning they called back and said they could come at the end of the day. -Buddy came at the end of his workday and fixed the door! He was great and he really took the time to make sure that things were working the way they should before he left. I work for an auto repair shop and Lincoln Garage Doors has serviced our bay doors when ever we have needed it. Their technicians always seemed very professional and would never waste any time getting the service completed.Recently, at my house, as I would put the garage door down, one of the safeties would trigger and the door would go back up. I gave Lincoln a call and the very next day their technician came out. After doing a couple tests he determined that the springs were worn. With the technician having the correct springs in his truck, he was able to replace them in no time. The cost was lower than expected too. Great service!!! Great Price!!!

My garage door spring broke, Ive called a few places and they would only come out and install it. I was looking to buy the spring and do it myself. One place quoted me 199 for one spring, Ive called Lincoln and got a spring for 70 bucks, very professional and friendly staff. This will definitely be my garage door place to go

Lincoln Garage Door is great.They explain what is wrong and fix it without trying to sell you something you dont need.We had another company come and look at our garage door opener. It worked before theycame and didnt work when they left. Lincoln made special arrangements to come on theweekend when they are usually closed and replaced our opener. Where do I start??? I dont mind being lied to when it doesnt affect me, but when it does? I called Lincoln yesterday to inquire about a logic board for my garage door. They wouldnt give me a price over the phone yet claimed to match the pricing on Amazon and whoever on line selling the same thing. I asked if he was for certain and he replied... we wouldnt have stayed in business since 1967 if we couldnt compete, everyone comes here. Well, their price was double what Liftmaster was offering the same logic board for and almost double what Amazon offered it for. Being proud is one thing, but being honest is all that matters for me. Ill cross Lincoln off my list and thanks for wasting my entire lunch break and gas. 👎

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Lincoln Electric Garage Door Co - 3210 S Hardy Dr Tempe, AZ, 85282I purchased a garage door opener from Home Depot for my 2 car garage and they installed it fine however the third car garage immediately started to not work. I called the installers and the manager didn’t listen for more than 2 seconds and told me that it was not his problem because the work order was for the 2 car garage so they couldn’t have possibly done anything to the 3rd car... even though the buttons are in the same place. I was appalled at the lack of customer service and I do not recommend them at all.

I am so happy with Lincoln Electric Door. I ordered a 10 W x 8 H sectional commercial door and wall mount opener for self installation. Started Friday evening and deep into assembly things werent quite right. Called Lincoln Electric Door just after closing expecting to leave a message, but someone answered and after discussion and texting photos, it was discovered the factory had shipped parts for a residential door. The folks at Lincoln Electric Door made sure I had the parts I needed to get the job done. They met us at their business Saturday morning to go through the parts box replacing what was needed and Sunday morning when I discovered I needed to replace the 15 radius top rails with 12 radius top rails for the low ceiling clearance. How many businesses will provide that kind of customer service? Lincoln Electric Door in Tempe is the place to go for garage doors and service.

I will never use this company again. They installed a garage door opener that I purchased at Home Depot last year. It stopped working last week. Nate told me it was still under warranty and to call Genie for a replacement part. He told me to call back and they would come out and install it for free. He changed his story today and tried to charge $75.

I am a new customer of Lincoln. I had been experiencing some difficulties opening and closing the garage door in a home I recently moved into. After calling around to several other garage door companies and was quoted astronomical prices for someone to come look at it and replace whatever had gone wrong; I decided to call Lincoln. The owner himself answered the phone and immediately knew what the problem was after he had asked me a few simple questions. It turned out to be an easy fix and they sent someone out the following day. I was extremely pleased with my experience and will continue to use Lincoln Electric Door for any other issues I may have in the future.
