I have been using this location for years. Today I needed to ship something urgently and went to the store to get an small UPS overnight box. For the most part the employees are wonderful but there are 2 guys that I avoid. Today they were both there! They said they had boxes but they were not allowed to give me one. Not one speck of customer service for a regular customer that I know they recognized! I asked that they call the owner and was told that she was at the store down the street, so I drove to that location. When I arrived I was told that she was in a meeting. When I asked when she would be out of the meeting they said next week.

Terrible fingerprint services provided at this location. Max told me twice different information regarding the procedures. One day they took the fingerprints and charged. They said to come back because they had to mail it out from there I. Order to be able to complete the process. I returned and was informed that they are no longer offering any fingerprinting service. I left and called the owner,Ginger. She said that I was misinformed and to call Virginia at the location. Virginia asked me to come back in, only to tell me that I just needed to mail it myself, they no longer do that for their customers. Another wasted trip. The main issue was not all the sudden policy changes from one business day to the other, but their lack of can do attitude for their customers. Neither one of the associates Virginia nor Max, showed any expression of apology for the misinformation, extra trips and the inconvenience. Their attitude through the entire interaction was lack of care and consideration. I will never come back to this location and will also advise our network of people to not support these services.

Horrible customer service. Needed help and everyone was to busy sitting down looking at their phones.

After 20 years of doing business with these guys, who until now, were always great, I may have to change. We shipped out three boxes to one address and one to another on the same day. EACH BOX was clearly marked who they were for. the next day we are typing up emails with tracking numbers and noticed they were shipped two to each address. In try to fix it quickly we were forced to have it sent to original destination city, then shipped back here. THEN, when I went in to make sure they are sent correctly, I demonstrate that the boxes were STILL marked correctly by us. They insisted I had to pay again, even though CLEARLY this was their error. Since my office staff signed a paper, this removes them from any accountability for making a mistake.VERY POOR business practice you guys. I dont know that i can trust someone who points the finger at others for their own mistakes.HOWEVER, after working with the management team, they have stepped up and made it right.THAT is the mark of a good business. NOT whether or not you will mess up, but what you do WHEN you mess up.I will continue to work with them, as this has been the only hiccup in over twenty years. I will also praise for good service as quickly as i do bad....BOOM

These very patient, tolerant, and HELPFUL staff spent two hours assisting me to get a document notarized and scanned. Wont bore you with the details of why, just know that they really went the extra mile, and were so patient and supportive during the process. I will be using this store exclusively in the future, the extra driving time is worth it!

This place is terrible. Went here to print documents. They pointed me to a self service printer. I used it but it printed wrong size because of the computer default. Once I changed size it still didnt print right. It was printing 14x8.5. The paper tray was too small and paper fell off printer tray. I logged out to pick up the paper that fell on the ground. While I was picking up the paper, I had my 6 month old with me and had to set her on the ground to pick up my paper. No service to help, 3 workers watched me struggle. Another person used the computer, I warned the guy of the issue but the PC continued to default. They came out to help that guy while I waited again for my turn, and gave him his paper for free the second time around. I was talking to my daughter and Shane said if I didnt like service I can go somewhere else. After that guy was done printing, Shane rebooted the PC and walked away, no longer assisting anyone after he helped that one person.

Maxx and Joey were awesome letting us know all of out options for mailing a package that we had no box for. Maxx also redesigned our Patient information sheet and did a fantastic job.

Very friendly staff. My dad used to have a mailbox here and did a lot of business here as a mobile notary. When he was hospitalized they helped me with his mail. They are also very helpful when printing a large volume of documents or sending packages. This is the best UPS store in town!

This place is awesome! After spending all day trying to find a package box to ship and dealing with several Fed Ex employees that didnt wanna help me at all..dont ever use them...I repeat DONT ever use FED EX!! EVER !!Customer service is garbage and they just seem to not care about anything!! Anyways ISAIAH helped me out at this location and made it easy and simple. These guys know whats up!! Ill be using them for all my packaging and delivery services and I would highly recommend these guys!!

Awesome, come here often to drop off pre-labeled packages for work or just my own to send out and theyre always quick to recognize Im just dropping off. They typically dont make me wait in line or hang out for the line of people doing more in-depth processes or mailings, just grab my parcel and give me a tracking number and Im out in time to enjoy the rest of my lunch-hour.

Used to love this store but your dreadlock sporting employee Tim SERIOUSLY needs to check himself. Hes rude as can be. NASTY little dude. Everyone else is NORMAL and friendly. He doesnt deserve a job! ESPECIALLY in public. PUNK attitude!

Ive had a mailbox there going on 2 years now. Theyre always professional and look like theyre doing everything they can to handle the massive load of people better always flooding the store.

Shane was wonderful & when I made a mistake of a shipping address, he was able to find my package, correct my mistake and gave me a new tracking number! I will always go back to this store! Than you so much! Laura

Sent via USPS without telling me. Be careful, this is not a UPS Store. My package was lost and they couldn’t do anything about it.

We were on the road traveling and needed to print out a form, have it notarized and sent. Hayden made it all happen in 10 minutes all the while smiling and taking care of us. Thank you very much for your help!

We have had to go back to this store 3 times in the past 5 days because they keep saying our package will be there and we can pick up but they have such a big pile of boxes that they cannot find it. Every time we go its closer to the end of the day to give them time to sort and they still dont have it. Not too happy with this place.

Blond girl was not very friendly. Was on phone. Her call was more important that customer.

Often have been here to return things to Amazon. They are usually efficient, but sometimes you can get stuck in a line which crawls along at a snails pace.

Although they advertise printing services, they dont have the software installed to print a simple PDF, a text file or a Power Point document. Additionally the service person was very rude about it, insisting that the USB drive was blank.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Every experience I have had there has been nothing but positive.

They have been okay in the past with dropping off packages today I went in to get to the plastic bag envelopes to ship out some items I asked the guy behind the counter if I could have two of the plastic bag envelopes like the one I had in my hand and he said we dont have any of those. Did not offer any other suggestions looked at me as I walked out. This location has never been the same since Guy sold it.

Service is not good . If u want print some documents don’t go there . Cause they are very expensive . And their attitude is so rude . They will not let u send documents to their computer . They will let u do it from their computer by yourself . They have a computer in the front . . And they charged by minutes automatically . So I have 8 pages print out . Charged me almost $6 . I get ripped off . . . I would rather drive a couple miles go Fedex or other shipping places . Horrible . Never go there again .

Got there at 959am and was asked to wait outside as we only open at 10 in a rude manner.
