I have a Pixel 3XL and I noticed that my phone case was cracked, and on a closer examination I noticed the batter was swelling. On the Orange Phone care site, they didnt list my phone brand as one they serviced.However, I called and the guy told me to bring my phone in. To make a long story short, he ordered a new battery and then got it within 2 days. I took my phone in and it was fixed good as new in a few hours.The attendant was very helpful and nice. If anyone needs a phone repair, then this is the place to go in Temple Terrace.

My hubbys third time going to this phone care shop, once to fix his phone, another time to purchase and now to purchase again. The customer service is great as they are extremely attentive, they listen to your needs and make an honest assesstment. The work done when fixing a phone is awesome and the wait is not long but regardless its worth the wait.

I was elated to have my phone fixed in less than a couple hours especially since a Samsung tech said I should take the phone to their approved shop at a much higher price across town or replace it. I drove to four different places to get my phone fixed and no one wanted to do it for me. So I visited orange phone repair and they fixed my problem within minutes and said it was no charge. I 100 percent recommend these guys to anyone out there with a phone problem.

I went to this shop because of all the great reviews but am pretty disappointed. Everyone there is really nice (which makes me feel guilty for posting this) but my phone came out worse then it went in. I brought my phone in to have the battery and charging port replaced. Almost a week later and Ive got a new battery, new port, replaced internal connector that was damaged, a phone that will only charge to 86% (and very slowly at that), and wont actually let me make phone calls which really sucks. I cant call them because my phone is broken and I dont want to bring my phone in for free repair because theyve already had my phone for almost a week. So now Im stuck having to buy a new phone even though I cant really afford it and have wasted over $70 trying to fix this one.

I wish they had more selection for example more cricket water resistant phones. When I bought my phone there the speaker phone wasnt working well, it is not fixed. However I still come back here to repair and upgrade.

Got a new battery (1 yr warranty), case (unlimited lifetime warranty), and screen protector (unlimited lifetime warranty) for the same $ I would’ve spent at any other reputable retailer for just a new iPhone 6S Plus battery. Only difference is that Orange Phone Care did all this w/in 20 minutes (which includes the time I spent waiting for the repair done before me), whereas I would’ve had to leave my phone for hours (or even days, ahem, apple phone repair) with anyone else. I will only use Orange Phone Care from now on. Thanks - you guys are the best!!

The most honest repair shop Ive ever seen, I brought in my LG G5 which was having trouble with locking and powering off/on. We all thought it was obviously an issue with the switch inside the fingerprint sensor, they first tried to clean off the contacts and see if that would help. Then when that didnt work they ordered a new one and were very good on giving me an estimate of when it was coming in. I brought my phone back in and they replaced the sensor in about an hour and the problem was still there no matter what! They tried every trick in the book, and it must be on the board or something. However they did not charge me for the new sensor or their time even because it wasnt fixed, which I think is probably the most honest thing Ive seen from a business. Hopefully I dont have any more issues with my phone, but if I do Im definitely coming here. Very kind and courteous staff.

Had just what I needed in this crisis. My fiances phone had died.

I went in with my mom’s phone to see what was wrong because the screen was giving us a blank white screen with apple logo. The guy opened up the iPhone, and immediately replaced the battery of my mom’s phone with something in his shop and said “it is iPhone 6 battery.” Which at the time I did not know what he was doing. Then, he asked me to wait for 5 minutes to reformat the phone, but while I waited for him; he went into the computer and his phone to check his messages right in front of me. I saw him did nothing to my mom’s phone and put the phone back. He told me he could not fix it and there might be usurped power while we were charging the phone. Now, I learned my lesson if you need your iPhone fix you should not go to third party because they will make the phone worse than before by replacing the part and told you stuff about your phone to get more money from you.

Great store overall, fast and reliable service. Any questions you have they majority of the time can answer it for you. Hopefully I wont be back for a broken iPhone again, but if so I know where to go.
