Rep switches my phone months ago. Turns out the phone is defective after several months of calling tech support. Im told Im eligible for a replacement. I return after not hearing anything for days, week or so. Then said the replacement phone was returned because I never came back. I said, how was I to know when the phone came in. The rep basically said I was notified. I stated why would I not want to come a pick up free replacement phone? I was never contacted. His carefree attitude and basically calling me a liar was insulting. So no one thought to call? He blamed the other rep and offered nothing else... Went to Corp store instead.

I always go to other metro pcs stores but today i gave this one a try. And wow i was pleasantly surprised! The store is clean,music was authentic and pleasant and the store associate helped me out alot! This is my new store from now on!

Outstanding customer service at this location. I had an issue with a coupon code that Metro had texted me, offering a discount on a new phone. For some reason the coupon was not working, and Michael, the store manager, assured me he would resolve the issue. Then it ended up that they had to get the phone I needed from another store, and May, the district manager, personally left the store I was in and drove to the other store and back to bring me my new phone. Brian, a Metro corporate representative, heard about the situation with the coupon and he drove to the store just so he could waive the activation fee for the new phone (to be honest, I would have had no problem paying it, as I was not trying to get anything other than the coupon discount, but I was grateful that Brian did that for me). And Mariennna, one of the staff members, kept me laughing and entertained while I was waiting for May to return with my phone. Literally everyone there today jumped in to help solve my problem and to make sure I was a satisfied customer. That level of customer service is all too rare these days, and everyone at this store is to be commended for the way they treat their customers. I will definitely shop there again and I will recommend this location to anyone who needs a new phone

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! bought phone 3 months ago, they told me it would be able to unlock in 90 days. Now, its 90 days, I came back to have it unlocked. They say, cant unlock it because its not eligible got to wait for 180!!! WTF!!! I told the girl who sold the phone to me, and she said it wasnt her fault. Who the F***cKs fault is it, huh???!!!! She even said she wasnt informed by Metro of policy change, until two weeks ago. Metro, on the other hand, said policy had already changed since April this year. If youre going to lie, at least make it more believable!Stay away from this store, and if you have to shop there, make sure you get proof from what they say!!!..... in black and white!!!! Never return again, and NO MORE Metro for me!!!!
