I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 10 years, I’ve always been happy with them and have no plans on leaving.We came in the other night to get my girlfriend signed up for an account because she was unhappy with AT&T. Ken and the other gentleman were incredibly helpful in getting her set up and picking out a phone.They also helped me pay off the remainder of my phone and get my late bill paid and situated.Can’t say enough good things about this location!

He patiently worked with me on setting up my account information with Verizon & fixed a glitch I had with out going e-mail transmissions. Update: the original review below wasnt left by me. It was left on the same day I got my new phone, so I am assuming it was left by the sales associate himself. It appears he accessed my phone and Google account to do unauthorized activities. What else did he do and access on my phone without permission? As like most people, there is a fair amount of sensitive, private, and financial information on my phone. His unauthorized access has put me at a huge financial and security risk. This is the worst service I have ever received, the customer service representative wasnt honest with me, trapped me in a 2 year contract. Customer service representative basically lied about the service they offered, I specifically requested 5G service Im getting 4glgt and they what to change more to get the 5g I promised.Stay far away from Verizon at all costs
