I ran into the same exact issue of false pricing (ringing up higher prices and not honoring promotions posted in the window) as Jay Wooten. Oof. The manager Jessica has started systematically overcharging and not providing store promotions until you challenge it. Basically, expect to get overcharged unless you demand the posted pricing. 7 Eleven will catch on soon enough. Avoid.

Just am asking him to get Chang to use vacuum outside. He said no change with no costumer service ( old man with bear )

Price bait and switch, they have one price on the shelf where you get a product and then charge a higher price at the register, very dishonest...I will be contacting the BBB about this shady busy practice

I went at 12:15am on 08/30/2018 and the girl in there was so rude! She began to talk on her phone mid way through serving me. This isn’t the first time she’s done this before either. She has been rude on several occasions.

Always good customer service except for last night this guy was talking on the phone and he made me wait until he finish his phone call which is about seven minutes this is crazy
