After experiencing the horrible service of a CVS pharmacy close by. I realized how awesome you guys are. Always communicating with me when theres an issue and the friendliness you guys show. Just want to say I appreciate all you do.ππ½ππ½
Well lit, clean, wasnt too crowded. They had what I needed and I was able to get in and out within 5 minutes. I go there quite often because they are 24 hours.
The pharmacy has to be one of the slowest moving lackadaisical drive through pharmacies Ive been to. Guaranteed wait time of 20 minutes at the very least.
As a resident of Temple Terrace I believe that it is important that the stores maintain their building and parking lot. This CVS dumpster area is an absolute mess with gate opened and garage all over the ground. Also, the encoluser in terrible need of paint. You see all this while waiting in line for the drive through.
I have used this store for 20 years, even before it was CVS. The outside in the rear is a disgrace, crowded, messy and dirty. There has been considerable turnover in staff not all for the better. BUT sevice is always responsive and courteous. They keep my credit card on file so check-out is very good. We now use mostly the drive-up window. That was badly arranged during the COVID height, but fine before and now.
The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. I have a lot of kids so prefer to use the drive through in which Ive waited over 30 minutes in line before finally just leaving and having to come back later numerous times. Most recently it took them almost 24 hours to fill my daughters prescription she really needed asap. The cvs on 56th is no better, it may actually be worse if thats even possible. Ill be switching to Publix pharmacy.
Why must the pharmacy close at 6 pm on Saturday? Patient who get discharged from hospital and needs their medication to take their night dose cant. Patients have to wait till Sunday when you reopen at 10 am. CVS should stay open till at least 9 or 10 pm so patients can get medications. Hire more pharmacy staff. Its unacceptable to your community that you say you love serving.
This location is filthy. The shelves are not stocked properly. The staff has been friendly, I cannot speak to their subject knowledge. This location is an embarrassment to the CVS brand and the city of Temple Terrace. Choose another store or location.
This cvs is just horrible I waited 4 2hours 4 them 2 tell me thy ddnt hav 1 of my prescribed meds an I was told 2 go 2 another cvs an thy was not gona make sure another cvs had my meds an I was told 2 circle the store every time a car pulled up then I was told I had 2 pay but I have insurance she didnt want 2 run my insurance info I will nev return an I can say the future people dont go thr either
Late post. But I had let the world know there are still GOOD, GREAT and HONEST people here with us. We see stuff on the news sometimes. On 11/30/2020 after shopping at CVS I realized I dropped my wedding band. After feverishly looking for it in the parking lot for about 40 minutes I go inside to ask the nice cashier if someone found it and he politely pulled my ring from his drawer. Whoever turned in the ring: THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! 2 honest people reunited me to my wedding band. ππΌππΎπ GOD BLESS YOU!
The WORST pharmacy Iβve ever dealt with. Itβs constantly in disarray with pharmacists that are perpetually on their first day of work. Youβd think walking in would be better than the drive-thru (for the most part it is, seeing as people die in their cars waiting to pull up to the window). Theyβre about to roll out a prescription delivery service, which I will 100% be taking advantage of.
Had dental surgery was given a script for pain, unable to fill and the pharmacist wouldnβt contact the doctor to try to change script.Thank you so much CVS for the painful night
Amazing store especially SamHe understand what he is doing and he is very nice guy.
CVS coming thru CALUWTCHUU
Awful. Rude staff including the pharmacy people. The pharmacy is awful. I feel like they dont know what they are talking about. They also said my recipe was email to me and never was. I feel that I was ripped off with my medication I have a feeling that that pharmacist / cashier was stealing from me. I really wish my insurance would let me go back to Walgreens. So much better customer service.
Make sure you understand CVS Coupons when shopping. Staff not very good at explaining what works and what doesnt. When I asked Management Trainee (older white man with glasses) what products were included in the CVS Health discount he said heath products I guess. When I asked for more clarification he got perturbed and stated Health Products. Not a friendly or customer oriented attitude or response. (BTW I am an older white male)
I guess they must be very busy as it took forever to find a pharmacist to answer my call
Thank you so much to the person who helped us at the drive through covid testing today! On our my chart it says Cheryl was our NP. It was our first time getting a covid test and we had a good experience. Doctors/ nurses/ pharmacy staff donβt get enough credit these days! We appreciate you making it so convenient to keep us safe and having a good attitude/smile under the mask goes a long way. There was a small wait which is totally expected but we actually enjoyed listening to the car in front of us doing the same test so we knew what to do when we got up there. Thanks again! Fingers crossed!
Previously I liked this store. Til I used some coupons and the cashier was impatient. Considering cvs is always giving out so many coupons and data mining the info so I come back to buy more s I donβt need. I find it not cool he impatient.
Awfully rude and discriminatory staff. I will now go out of my way to avoid this store. Tell the manager to learn how to respectfully handle your guests.
Cannot purchase an 18g hypodermic needle without CVS prescription, the same needle anyone can buy 100 of on amazon for 8 dollars. Learn how to do your job.
Worst CVS ever. Pharmacy line halfway through the store. Bathroom ( only one) out of order. Very Ghetto. Parking is terrible.
The staff here are becoming increasingly unfriendly especially to people who coupon. I would recommend that you go to a different store.
Extremely rude drive through attendee
Worst pharmacy employee. His name was KapilI came at 2 am because I was discharged from the hospital to get a prescription. I was told it would be ready when I do to cvs. I finally get to CVS and they say 20 mins to I wait. He FORCED me to move and said I would wreck his time and if I would not pull forward he would call the cops on me because it would wreck his time. The prescription was supposed to be filled when we got there, but than had to wait because they were so busy at β2 amβ. I was perfectly fine waiting until he said βyour ruining my times move to the other side or I call the cops on youβ!!!!! HORRIBLE PHARMACY EMPLOYEES !!!! SO UPSET WILL NEVER COME AGAIN!!! βCall the cops on meβ for waiting for a prescription!!!! Walgreens has never said anything like that, I guess thatβs what you get for having to go to a CVS vs walgreens (Future advice there is a walgreens across the street, they are way better and polite I recommend going there (: )
Best pharmacy in the area. Always have a wonderful experience. Everyone who works here is so nice and friendly. Literally canβt compare this CVS to any other CVS or Walgreens in the area, it is the best!!!
Love this cvs. It is always clean even before the coronavirus, and now definitely super clean with the coronavirus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always sale on food items. Great shopping experience
Just your regular CVS. Nothing special about this place. Pharmacy staff was helpful, which was appreciated. Then I get to the front and Alejandra was behind the counter. She seemed like she was not happy about being there and asked if I had a CVS card. I told her I didnt and she proceeded to tell me that that any deal I had could not be honored without the card... INSTEAD OF OFFERING ME TO JOIN THEIR PROGRAM! perfect opportunity to get buy-in from a customer but instead drops the ball. Thank God for the pharmacy tech... saved you guys from 1 star!
Every now and then you have such a positive experience, you just know that you have to tell everyone! I moved recently and decided to pop in and be sure my prescriptions were transferred to this new store. The pharmacy was busy, but they got to me so quickly and took care of the transfer easily and with such a great, fun attitude there! Then, you know how it is at CVS, I got distracted by all the sales and took about 20 minutes to find everything I did not even come to buy! Well, at that time, they had already filled the prescription that I thought I would have to come back for. Even though it was super busy (black Friday and all), everyone from the front of the store to the back pharmacy was fun, kind, and most importantly - FAST! THANKS CVS PEOPLE :)
This CVS feels very homey and cozy. Its a 2 minute drive from home and super convenient. My parents prescriptions are always filled on time and were always notified about it. Cashiers are nice and friendly as well. It is great for short shopping trips and sometimes the deals for CVS card holders make things cheaper than even Walmart. Although, I wish they didnt waste so much paper on their receipts. There are better ways of sending coupons that CVS prints on receipts.
Please check your expiration dates for the items you are selling in the refrigerated sections. Drank half a NAKED smoothie today only to realize it was 11 days past expiry.Overall the staff is friendly & the store is clean.
Store manager Jeff was composed and polite to some entitled customer in front of me who demanded a refund on his item for the total before he used coupons, even though the recipts C L E A R L Y state refunds are given for the total after discounts and coupons. The customer knew what he was doing when scamming the store (Im positive he does this regularly) and Jeff was way more level headed than I would have been. For real, people, stop trying to take advantage of stores. Kudos to Jeff for serving him with a smile when he didnt deserve it.
Your typical 24 hour drug store. This location can get hectic at times.Make sure you get connected online to make things go smoothly for you.Of course the bonus is the place is opened round the clock πAnd the downside is getting out from that corner. Which is wedged between some serious traffic. And of course being so busy the odds that your script is ready in ten will be doubtful.
The pharmacy staff is competent, pleasant and efficient......unlike their counterpart on 56th St and Bullard Parkway. I switched my prescription to here and this will be my home pharmacy from now on. And I had been with that other location for 20 years.....
I dont really understand the bad reviews. I visited here and the people working here were quite friendly. The stuff written on the bathroom stall walls were quite interesting, might I add. When I find the picture Ill upload it, but it said Black Lives Matter, and another person scratched it out and said All Lives Matter. I think that CVS should definitely try to clean this up because it can be considered controversial. Aside from that, its in an easy to access location, its pretty clean, and I found everything I was looking for on my 3 hour trip home.
This the worst CVS in the state. Slow, disorganized, attitudesNever have meds on time.
Great customer service and attitude by Paul! Friendly employee and a good CVS overall.
While this store has a lot of what youd need from a drug store and is well-kept, it is highly understaffed. For starters, the checkout line was really backed up because you had an associate assisting a customer at the photo booth, while another was in the store doing other tasks. At most, there should perhaps be a button at the checkout area that customers could press to let the associates know there are customers waiting in line. I can understand if theres no line and youre waiting, but when you get 6-10 people waiting in line, then thats when it becomes a problem.
Manager Chris is amazing and a credit to your organization. He should get an award for preventing me from getting scammed. He was extraordinarily helpful, professional, and kind.
Is very clean store and the pharmacy is great! I love it! This morning i drop medications for refills and i need before noon and the pharmaceutical told me she is very busy but she will try ... and she did it! I have my medications at noon. Im very grateful ! amazing job!!! Congratulations to all!
Decent CVS on a sketchy corner. They have a 24 hour pharmacy so I can use them to fill Rx after 10 pm. Theyre pretty fast with filling in my experience. Other than that, typical CVS.
This location needs to become a 24/7 pharmacy location at least until another location is opened by Telecom or Morris Bridge Rd in an emergency the closest 24/7 CVS pharmacy is located on 56th St and Bullard Pkwy over 6-7 miles from me very worrisome especially since there are senior communities up that way having CVS in the subdivision would be greatCVS Pharmacy regional management please consider making this pharmacy location 24/7 until you procure a closer location for us up by the nature preserves
Not a bad store, but ive been in cleaner ones.
I went in 2 days in a row to buy an item advertised to be on sale only to find out the shelf was empty. You would think if you put an item on sale that you would stock it. Common item, water!
Worst pharmacy in the area! Pharmacists have a difficult time processing prescriptions and reading/understanding health insurance and copay cards. Every time Ive gotten an alert that my prescription was ready for pickup, I would arrive and find out it wouldnt be ready for another few days. Terrible location and experience!!
Wow the staff here in the pharmacy is amazing! They go above and beyond to answer questions and to fill at super lightning speed! Calisha is so friendly and Dipen is always there when I go in and hes nice too I guess but Calisha is the queen. Love them! :)
Clean and fast pharmacy.Store is always clean
Good Pharmacy. People post bad reviews because they donβt get to know the pharmacy staff and CVSβs rules on some medications. Also this βLocationβ is open 24 hours, however, the actual dispensary is open from 9am-8pm 7 days a week. This needs to be edited. Iβve suggested the edit. GET TO KNOW THE PHARMACIST! With all of the rules regarding scheduled medications it is many pharmacies as well as CVS Policy that they canβt give you stock status of your medications, (depending on schedule, ie; opiates, benzodiazepines, etc).If you are a regular customer you can speak directly to the Pharmacist ONLY and they will tell you when to drop off your scripts in order to get them filled in time. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure the availability of your medications, not CVS. If you know you will be needing a particular scrip 5-7 days ahead, and you are a regular customer, the pharmacist WILL tell you what day to drop off the scrip so you donβt run out. Donβt blame CVS for your own complacency. The opioid epidemic has caused all of this headache, and until people quit selling their prescription meds in the street, robbing pharmacies and doctor/pharmacy shopping itβs going to continue to be increasingly difficult to fill scheduled medications. Best advice; find a pharmacy, get to know the actual head pharmacist. Build that honest relationship and your problems will be solved.
Great store, friendly associates, good products. Will shop here as long as possible!
One of your employees named Eric really helped me find what I needed to find. He was very courteous and wanted to help.
Very upset at the attitude I was given
CVS has absolutely the worst pharmacy ever! Rx was sent to the 56th st location. Waited 5 hours for filling! Then Im told they only have 1 of the 3 doses I need. What?! They couldnt tell me if any other CVS had the doses in stock. And since none of the locations are connected, none of the other CVS stores could pull my RX other than the 56 st location. Turns out none of the CVS surrounding USF had all 3 doses. I called 5 stores! Finally called old faithful... Walgreens. All 3 doses in stock and RX filled in less than 20 minutes. The longest part was waiting for CVS to fax the RX to them. $11 for all 3!!Save yourself the aggravation, time and money. Go to the professionals at Walgreens!!
Brought in a rx for Tamiflu to be filled which comes in a box, I was told it would take 1 hour and that was fine so I waited for what I thought was an hour, but when I pulled up to the drive thru I was told that it hasnt been an hour and to pull around and wait !!! My husband went right into the store with out waiting and the rx had been ready all along. Someone was having a bad day I guess.
Ive used this pharmacy and shopped in the store for many years. Im guessing the new management replaced most of the pharmacy techs as I dont recognize anyone. The store is now crowded with merchandise. I will be picking up meds and shopping elsewhere in the near future.
Only went to this cvs because my cvs on Bruce b downs didnt have my daughters prescription in stock. Showing up at this cvs 4hrs after it was sent to them, the pharmacist could not get the information I was giving him correctly, I had to spell her name & give her date of birth 4 times (no exaggeration), he then goes to tell me its holding at the other store & Ill call them but youll need to come back in a few hrs, because even though we have it in stock it takes time to put it together. I questioned that, & he then tells me, oh what I meant was, Ill ask the other store to release it but we dont know how long that will take, so Im not going to tell you itll be ready in 2 mins, itll be a few hrs. I then called the original cvs on Bruce B Downs, to verify the script was sent, the pharmacist apologies and informs me it was sent & gives me confirmation and the stores script number for the prescription, so that I may give it to the pharmacist I spoke with, hoping hed be able to find it easier. I called 56th cvs back to hold for 8:42 seconds, I explained my issue & the female pharm tech says, oh, it was just sitting in the que, so I took it upon myself to fill it, sorry but its ready now. First dude lied instead of telling me they hadnt filled it yet & blamed it on the other store. Secondly, I had to investigate, because even though he wasnt busy it was going to take him time to get a script that the store already had faxed over. Third, there was no apology only rudeness, & zero understanding. Fourth an already long ride takes an extra 30 mins, because when I got back to get my 2 year olds meds, there were now 4 cars ahead of me, & when dude see me in the car, he quickly strides away with the other pharmacist & she has on her bit** be quick & ask no questions attitude/face on. Just horrible customer service, never will go back.
Worst store ever. No pick up, just keeping you on hold, rude. Dont go here
Wentz on impulse nothing called my name
I had to wait longer because a muslim tech stopped helping customers to do his prayers on a rug in the middle of the pharmacy
Employee Corey was completely uninterested in his work and left the front of the store completely empty while customers were in the store.
Cvs policy is that anyone with a backpack is a thief. They are customers CVS and pay your salary
Some staffs are quiet rude....but for the most parts its a okay CVS.
Really incompetent staff.
It was a pleasure shopping at this store!!!
