Dealer has had my vehicle for over 6 weeks for transmission issue. When I stopped in last week to see how much longer repairs would take they informed me they haven’t even started on it yet and “call back next week and we might know”. Worst service department in town.UpdateFinally after 15 weeks the car was completed with a transmission rebuild. Every week I called I was told “call back next week and it should be done.” At one point I was told when the parts come in it will be 1 1/2 days. Parts were delivered and it took 4 more weeks.

This dealer has the BEST service department we’ve ever used. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and reasonable prices too!

Had a wonderful experience here a while back. I’m late to write a review but I feel like Vigo Dodge deserves one. I bought a brand new Dodge Durango that was being used by the owners wife. I got a great deal with nice rebates. The vehicle was built like a tank and I never had an issue with it. Fully loaded and everything always worked. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from Vigo Dodge again. They are a top dealership in the State.
