This was my sons first car buying experience. I am extremely pleased with how he was treated and the care that the staff took to make sure he understood both the process AND the vehicle he bought. The truck he got is in great condition. We will shop there again in the future.

Will NEVER recommend or use. They wanted to raise the down payment higher then advertised just because I live outside of Terre Haute. They got hateful with me and hung up on me.

I have recently bought my second truck the first being an Avalanche 4X4 and it was nice. The second is an Cadillac Escalade EXT AWD. They have both been great vehicles.I use their service even for oil changes and tume ups. Dameon and Bob take great care of me and the Coxs(Mike and Jenny) also take care of me.

They are nice until you sign that contract. Radiator blew after 2 weeks and it wasnt covered under warrenty. Okay, ya the car is 15 yrs old, I had no problem paying for the part. I asked for a credit because they told me to tow it to their service center so a $40 part became a $300 charge. They wouldnt even drop the tow fee or maintenance fee and my damn plates are still in the mail because it wasnt even 30 days yet. The owner and his wife were rude and said it was no longer their problem. They wouldnt even let my girlfriend or my son stick around for the car to be fixed. They told them they HAD to leave. Also told me they didnt care if I was upset. Thats a very piss poor way to treat hardworking customers. Do NOT waste your money on this greedy couple.

Nobody should ever buy a car from here. I have had this car for 3 months and am looking at an 1100 dollar repair. And thats the best they can do. They talk about caring about their customers but in the end theyre the same slimy good for nothing car salesmen as everywhere else.Update!My car has been there for 16 days now, and not only is it apparently MY fault this car broke down before I had even owned it 90 days, because I apparently drove it hot, even though it overheated once and I pulled over and had it towed immediately, but they wont even give me a loaner until I pay half of the 1100 dollar repair. Seriously. If you need a car, save your time and money and go somewhere else. These people pretend to care about you and want to do right by you, but that care and consideration ends once they have their money.

Me and my girlfriend had been on the internet, car dealerships and car lots for two weeks straight to find us a vehicle. We went as far as Avon and surrounding towns and citys . The last day that we were looking we happened to pass Cox Cars and immediately made a u-turn.We pulled in and she went inside while I looked at a Dodge Grand Caravan. We test drove the minivan and everything worked as it should and was in real good shape for the year it was. We went back and were treated with much kindness and respect. These people are definately someone Ill do future business with. It was as easy as buying a loaf of bread. Two thumbs up. 👍👍

Seem like nice people but the business side is a lil shady. 3 days after I bought my car it started to screw up and its been one thing after another. They made me feel comfortable enough to buy the car but didnt let me know all my option once I got it.

The lady at the desk looks like she is high. They were okie with politeness. But, she was OUT of it. Test drove about 3 cars. All of them had issues. They have junk and if you point it out, friendly goes to asinine from the guy instantly. I wouldnt send my worse enemy to them.

I was treated so poorly while looking at vehicles. I was told I need a co-signer before I could even test drive. He didn’t check my credit or anything. He told me to ask my parents to co-sign. I’m almost 30 years old! I had just walked in and inquired about a car on the lot.

This place is a joke. Very rude people. Got called a liar because of the son said I was taking my money back. Uhh I wasnt wanting to pay extra. Sorry but when I was counting my money I accidentally gave him an extra 20. Plus they do not like staying over. The truck we got had tons of leak after the second day.

THEY PUT GPS LOCATORS IN THEIR CARS!Was only late on payments twice by a day or two and when I paid the lean off I had to wait for a technician to come back from his lunch break to REMOVE A GPS LOCATOR from the vehicle!!! They put gps in their buy here pay here! Total invasion of privacy that was NEVER revealed to me it was there!

Very rude man working there. First he said I live outside there area but he would still do.the deal. Then kept telling me that I had an attitude. When he found out I am a truck. Driver he said he hates financing truckers because we dont pay our bills, so I left.
