I had a 3 pm appointment, I got in about 10mins early to complete paperwork. Waited only about 8 minutes to get started with the assistant. Everyone was very helpful and the optometrist was very polite and efficient in his task. The front desk help though was second to none. Mary Beth rang me up and helped ensure that I had contacts for our vacation that we are leaving on. I highly recommend coming here both for the price but also the service. Bonus points for the sweet little dogs in the office that like to say hi, but are not obnoxious or all over a person.
My eye exam didn’t take very long, but the doctor was still very thorough in the exam and helped me with my eye sight. A lady helped me after and she was able to get me some nice frames for a really good price. The glasses were done in a day!! I highly recommend this place if you’re on a budget.

I recently ran out of contact lenses and went to Eyecare Express in Terre Haute to see if I could order more without first scheduling an appointment. The lady working in reception was very helpful and accommodating. I received fast service and she took great pains to ensure that I received what I needed at a reasonable price. She also updated my contact information and offered me trial pairs of lenses to get me through until my new ones arrived--without me even having to ask. It was a wonderful experience! They need to hold on to Stephanie. Shes the best!
Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new optical center! From start to finish every single person was HELPFUL, KIND, and PROFESSIONAL. I didnt have an appointment (just walked in) and they very kindly worked me into their schedule. Dr. Cameron was very helpful and knowledgeable about my eyes. He explained everything he did step by step. Ivory got my glasses ordered for me and fitted with them once they were finished. The store manager, Mary Beth, was a 10! She wanted to be sure I was 100% satisfied and comfortable in my new prescription. I didnt feel rushed and the entire store stayed late to accommodate all of my needs. I cant put into words how greatful I am to have been recommended to such a great optical! We will definitely be back.
I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my glasses. I called to inquire on them spoke with a woman named Mary Beth. Told me glasses not done and not to call back. I lost my cool and told her off. I requested to speak to someone in charge she said she was in charge. She has no people skills. So I called back a few minutes later and talked to someone else told her I wanted to speak to a manager. Told this other person what transpired. She told me my glasses would be ready on Fri Jan 22. It is now 3 45 and still no glasses I will be contacting BBB and lodge a complaint. Also think something is going on with eye doctor told me I needed glare resistance on my glasses told wife same thing. Wonder if he gets kickback on this.
No one should have to wait 5 weeks on glasses. Screw this place!! Wont be back!
When I went for my eye exam I waited almost two hours before i was seen. I called because i wanted to order more contacts and I told them I ended up not liking the brand I had previously. My prescription isnt even expired yet but they said i have to do another exam before I can get a different brand. Thats sounds like a money grab to me.

My girlfriend went in there to get her eyes checked. The doctor that checked her asked for her number and also asked if she was single. Pretty sure that’s against ethics. I would watch out taking any younger girls there.
Called to get my prescription, they wont even tell me what my own script is. Have to find out by ordering contacts from them and reading the box they come in. Wont give glasses prescription either, have to order overpriced glasses from them and they still will never tell you what your script is.

I have waited over 2 weeks and when I called the person got smart with me on the phone I dont take that from anyone. When I asked to speak to someone in charge she refused. I will never go there again

I took my son here to get his first eye exam and he had 3 meltdowns. The staff was extremely patient and understanding with him. He left happier than when he came. They take walk-ins, their prices are reasonable, and my son had his glasses the same day! I definitely recommend.
Dr. Bruckner is fantastic! Very caring, thorough, and took her time with with us! My kids were very comfortable with her and she was very sweet with them making the experience positive. My husband and I commented when we left that our contact prescription in the past never must have been correct because now we can see clearer. Prices are affordable, as we do not have optical insurance.
I have went to eyecare express twice. This last time was horrible. Not only did the doctor only spend about 5 minutes with me, he forgot to fit me for contacts so I had to go back in. My eyesight got worse. I knew it did but one of the employees about poor thing made me feel worse. I also have anxiety and i made that known, but I felt rushed picking out glasses so I went with what they suggested. Come to find out, the glasses they picked dont fit the lens so they order a thinner pair without telling me and then raise what I owe by 60$. Terrible experience. Will not go here again.
Very disappointed, bought glasses and sunglasses asked they mail them because I live out of State. Got a call a week ago they were ready. I reminded them then I paid extra to have them mailed. Now another week later still no glasses. Called in there. They said the mailman forgot to pick them up? Really? How does a mailman forget to pick up mail? If its where it should be and ready that wouldnt happen. Someone just didnt do their job. After reading the reviews Im sorry I went with this company😡

I originally went here because they took my insurance but the service was phenomenal. Dr. Buckner and Annie were very supportive and helpful to my needs. I recommend going here for the best eye care and deals.

Simply put, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Rachel greeted me and helped me choose my frames and Dr. Bruckner examined my eyes and took the time to answer my questions. I commend them both.
I think this was the best eye exam Ive ever had. Years ago, when I inquired about contacts, the doc told me no, I was too picky about (my) vision so (he) wasnt fitting (me) for contacts. 🤷♀️ I like to see, what can I say? Anyway, Dr. Cameron was wonderful. He was efficient & the appt.didnt take long,but he listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and heh, Ive got contacts! Next up was picking out glasses, and Ivory actual made that fun. (If you arent sure what looks good, just ask him, hell tell you!). They have BOGO deals on frames & discounted prices if, like me, youre getting both. I was disappointed that they no longer carry frameless because they break easily. But I cant dispute the logic, I was there because mine broke. Yes, I recommend Terre Haute Eye Care Express.

Extremely disappointed in them. I was told when I walked in I could choose any frames in the store for the 2 pair of eyeglasses for $89. I went and browsed the frames and chose the ones I liked. Had my exam, went back out to get the ones I had chosen to be told they were not included in the deal price. I was also told I could get my glasses in 2 hours. That didn’t happen either. Was told they would be in the next day. Just called and now I am told they won’t be in until Tuesday which is another 5 days away. I went there because I needed them ASAP. My glasses I am wearing now are causing me to have blurry vision.
I went in to get a pair of new glasses the workers were to kind and helpful. They have a great selection of glasses. And it takes no time for your glasses to come in.
The only person in the building who knew what they were doing was the doctor who did my eye exam, he was great everyone else was less than sub-par. Do not go here. The staff are more interested in talking to each other and marking up prices than actually working with a client. The employees were unprofessional and seemed to not care that they had clients in the building while the gossiped and chatted amongst themselves. If you want a good experience buying glasses or contacts go somewhere else, if you want a good selection go somewhere else, if you want courtesy as a customer go somewhere else, if you want a good deal go somewhere else.
I will never go back the said I don’t what am talking bout when my lenses are not in my frames the right way I went 4 different eye place and they even agreed with me that they are not cut right.. If I could find a way to get corporate phone I would call corporate... The only thing nice bout this place was the eye doctor she was very friendly and nice and was very helpful on answering my questions

Had a GREAT experience yesterday, had trouble finding the right glasses for me but Amy, Kelly and the rest of the ladies..even little gizmo made sure that I left with the glasses that worked best for me. Also had a great conversation with the dr. while he performed my exam. All in all a great experience.
Horrible experience. My husband and I visited Terre Haute In store. Had appointments...still waited for at least an hr. Picked out frames...were then told it would be 5-7 days....that was Feb29....it is now March 13....still no glasses! Will not go back and will tell everyone I know...not worth it. Gave them nearly $700.00...and still nothing to show for it....nothing special order at all....a real joke

Dr. Bruckner was great to work with! Sara fitted us to our glasses and was very friendly. The selection was good and I was able to find frames I liked for $59 (their cheapest range). I would give them 5 stars, but they couldn’t make the glasses same-day in-store like last time so I had to wait for shipping. Thankfully it only took 48 hours turnaround from start to finish, so it didn’t affect my work or driving too much to go without for a bit.

The ladies at EyeCare Express went the extra mile for me today working through what I personally would expect to be their lunch time. I was so impressed with the way they treated customers and took care of my needs as well! I really cant thank them enough for all of the help I received today!
First, the ad should say 2 pair of lenses for $59. The eye exam really was free. The doctor was nice and did a good job. Frames were buy one, get one free. A little high priced, but they have to pay for the promotion somehow. The morning was crowded and I was not impressed. By afternoon, they had caught up and were very pleasant and helpful. I ended up spending $263 for 2 pair of glasses, tinted for sunglasses and including exam. The glasses were ready for pickup in less than 2 hours - same day. About the only complaint is cleanliness and organization. The carpet was filthy. The customer waiting area was sad. With some work, this could be a very nice place. The location north of HoneyCreek Mall across from Thorntons is excellent.

I was not a fan of this place, everything was fine til i went to pick out my glasses and all the staff was worried about was rushing to lunch and i don’t even really like the ones that i got. kind of disappointing
It started out as a great experience but didnt end well. Dr. B was awesome. Mary Beth was a great starter but truly dropped the ball.A long story short. Exam 2/2/18 first pair of frames the next day. The insurance pair-nightmare and lies a promise of another pair made in their lab never happened. I was patient until 3/23 and I felt it was now unacceptable. Almost 2 months for a pair of glasses!!!They tried to blame my insurance company for their mishandling. After talking with my insurance company I found out they never turned in the order until a month and 2 days after my original visit. They sent in my frames 3/13 and even called me to pick up glasses that were not as ordered.The only good is that they did refund my money but when I called Natasha and sent email to the person over store management no answer,return calls. A real joke dont waste your time.
The guy that took care of me was ok but he was trying g to take care of two people at once. So either go very good care. The manager was rude. I was trying get o pay for my glasses and she was more worried about lunch. Wont go back.
I went to the Eye care express in Terre Haute as I have many times. This time was the worst experience any person could ever have. When I checked in with my three children I told them right away that they had multiple insurances. The lady behind the desk gave me TWO papers to fill out (one for each insurance) and never said a word about not filing with two companies. As the children were done and going to the front to pick out glasses, still no one said anything about two insurances. We had to leave for an appointment so they told us to come back. They still new we had two insurances and never said anything about it until we returned 3 hours later. At that time they told us they dont accept one of them (which they do and they are in the network) and gave me a cost. It wasnt until then that I found out everything I should have been told at the beginning of the appointment. I told them I didnt want the glasses and would go somewhere else. They told me they would not file anything with insurance and would fax the scripts anywhere I wanted them to go. My husband went and picked the scripts up the next day to go somewhere else. When I finally was able to go get my kids glasses at a place that was much friendlier and gave me the run down before we even started looking eye care express had me sign a release to fax the scripts. Then they refused to send them because they never billed the insurance. I never purchased anything so there was nothing to bill (the Eye exam is covered at 100%). The lady (Mary I believe) hung up on me and refused to talk to me. When I called back she threatened to file with the insurance. They still did not fax the script. I told them I would pick it up. I had to leave where I was at and go pick it up for them to tell me we just faxed it... knowing I was on my way. When I got there Mary made the comment thats her. Very unprofessional. She then came to the front counter after hiding in the back, as I was leavijng to try to be intimidating. The entire place is a joke and a scam. Mary should not have her job... that is why she has been fired from so many other places. The same place she went into their store and tried to steel products... They even had to call the cops on her. Sad and pathetic
This is by far the best optical store my family has ever used. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The doctor knows her trade and is great at finding the right fit for glasses and contacts.I struggled for nearly three months to find the right contacts that worked for my needs and went through at least six different sets of contacts before finding the perfect ones. Never did the staff make me feel uncomfortable. In fact, they kept encouraging me to not give up and frequently reminded me that many people have similar experiences.I am so thankful that I went to this Eye Care Express and can now wear contacts without any problems. PLUS their prices are lower than any other company around. Hands down, the staff here are true professionals and simply the best.
I went there last week and got an exam, found out I needed glasses, and got the glasses the same day. The doctor was really nice and easy to talk to, and that goes for the other staff as well.
Update: 10/8/17. I found out that the contacts were not ordered on 10/2/17 but I paid for them 8/31/17. I am still waiting on them to arrive.Update: I called again 10/3/17 to check the status of the contacts and they said they would be delivered to the store tomorrow. I paid a fee to have them delivered to our home. This makes me feel they did not order the contacts when I went there on August 31, 2017. Terrible customer service.I have now had two bad experiences with this place. On August 31, 2017, I ordered my daughters contacts and even paid extra to have them shipped to our home. It is now September 30, 2017 and we still do not have her contacts. I have been very patient with waiting, Ive been told numerous times that they are on back order and that if she needs a set to come to the store. How can I get a set if they do not carry her prescription. I stated that I was unsatisfied as my daughter needs her contacts and I was told I would not get a refund but could get a pair of glasses. Why would I need glasses if I ordered contacts? This company does not seem to do a very good job when it comes to placing orders and getting the actually product. Now I am out $130.00 for my daughters contacts and will have to go somewhere else to buy another supply and wait some more. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
I paid over $600 for contacts and glasses. after waiting about a month my glasses came in but not my contacts.. head went there several times to see if they have arrived but after a month-and-a-half of waiting I went in to get my money back and they told me i could only give me store credit. But I insisted on getting my money back. In order to do so I have to talk to a manager that is never there. So I went there the last 2 times to see if the manager was there hand check to see if my contacts were in still but they seem to have lost my file. They couldnt find it.. if anybody was together I would definitely tell them to not waste their time or their money. They have very poor organization, they have files laying around because they run out of room so theyre on the floor. Not to mention its never the same doctor there. Today again and of course once again they told me that the manager is not there. So in total I have been there 7 or 8 times spent over $600 and have one pair of glasses.

Had a great examination and contact lens purchase from them. They even price match, so if you find contacts cheaper elsewhere, theyll honor that price. Then when Eye Mart messed up my eyeglasses, Eye Care Express made me a deal, fixed them, and now I have my favorite glasses back. The staff are friendly and fun, and its always a good time to go in there and talk with them. :)

I went here a few months ago, and had one of the worst experiences in my life.First off, I was paying out of pocket, and everything was WAY more expensive than I thought it would be. I had asked about the deals Id seen in the newspaper, and they had assured me that those were the prices. Great! I can finally afford glasses/contacts! Nope. It was nearly double what I thought it was. But, I could afford it, and I didnt want to complain (I could afford it, and figured maybe it was prices with insurance. I dont know what I was thinking).I had ordered contact lenses, and they told me they would be in in seven days, and that they would call me. Seven days later, I had heard nothing, so I went in to visit. The lady at the front desk told me that whoever had told me when they would come in was wrong- it was seven to ten BUSINESS DAYS. Okay... I wasnt exactly happy, but mistakes happen.2 weeks after that (3 weeks after ordering them), I still hadnt heard anything. So, I went in again. They had my contacts, hurray! But, they hadnt called me. The ladies at the front desk were rude, and told me I didnt have my voicemail set up, and they had tried to call me multiple times. I actually did, so I know they didnt call me. Or didnt have the ability to punch the right number into a phone (they had my correct number on file, I checked).AND THIS IS WHERE IT GETS EVEN WORSE. They gave me a box of contacts. A very small box for a one year supply of 2 week contacts. I asked them if this was really a year supply? Without even double-checking, they just said yup have a great one... At this point, I didnt trust them. So I went out to my car and opened the box, counting the number of lenses. Only 6 months worth. I go back in and let them know that had in fact not given my the full amount I paid for. The ladies at the front desk had the audacity to tell me that they were going to be nice, and not charge me for shipping the box that they didnt order. Thanks a lot, for doing what you were supposed to. I appreciate it.Two weeks later, and I get a phone call that my final box of contacts are in. Finally, I can be free of this hellish place!No. I wear my first pair for two weeks, no problems. My second pair, however, ended up getting cloudy. Within a week and a half, I was unable to see out of them and they were completely unusable. This happened again with the next pair. I called Eye Care Express, asking them what was wrong, and the lady had said maybe I was having issues with dry eyes, and to get eye drops. I thought about it, and realized I had been drinking right before my contacts would get cloudy- maybe drunk me wasnt blinking enough? I thought the problem had been solved! I used eye drops, and quit wearing contacts when I drank... But no. The next pair (and the 2 pairs since then) have gotten cloudy, but only when my eyes water.So, I went in today, to ask them if maybe the contacts were expired. A few years ago, I wore some contacts of mine that were older, and they had gone cloudy when my eyes watered, so I wondered if my current ones were old. The lady at the desk told me that they werent expired, and they couldnt do anything without me seeing the doctor. Oh HELL NO. Honestly, had I had just had 3 different bad experiences with them, I would have happily seen the doctor to see what was up. But at this point, theres no way at all that Im going to give that place another penny. I guess Im stuck going to another doctor to see if they can fix whatever issues Eye Care Express made with getting me my contacts.

Took both my daughters here to get glasses and was charged over double what I was quoted then waited for 6 weeks for glasses neither child could see out of. Then I was told they would give me 2 free pair.... what good does 4 pair of glasses do for me when my children cant see properly out of them? I was told no money back. Do not use this company for eyeglasses. They are cheaply made!!!! Wal mart did a much better job last year for half the price! !!!
Not all of the people were rude but the selection if you want to call it that,was pitiful. The prices were high and as far as them being completed at the time promised. I feel we were just told what we wanted to hear to make the sale and get us out of the office.Never will I deal with their Incompetence after two weeks and still no glasses.
My experience at Eye Care Express on Illinois Rd in Fort Wayne was great! The entire staff was super friendly. Dannijo is who dealt with me personally & I couldnt have been any more satisfied. My glasses and contacts were ready for pick up in no time. I have alreadyhighly recommended them to friends and family, and I will continue to do so!

**Update**Spoke with a woman (unfortunately I failed to get her name) about getting my prescription so i could go elsewhere since I had issues during my previous visit. She ended up being the person that gave me a totally different outlook on this company. I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses for a reasonable price, had a better selection to choose from and the cost of the eye exam that i had paid previously was deducted from todays total.Went in for the free eye exam and 2 paorsglasses for $59. Only had 5 frames available. I had been in with a friend in the past, using the same deal, so i knew the selection wasnt huge but there was definitely more then 5 pair during that visit. So, i ended up paying $45 dollars for an eye exam which was supposed to be free and no glasses. If I had known in Advance about being charged for the eye exam and known that the frame selection was so miniscule, I wouldnt have wasted my money. Worst company ever!

I only put one star so I could write a review. I am so angry with this place. I googled eye care that accepts HIP an eyecare express popped up so I call and the woman was friendly, Ill give them that but she madey appointment and never once asked me what insurance I had. Granted, I should have asked to make sure but I didnt. Just about every doctors office Ive ever made an appointment with, theyve asked what insurance I had. So I go in, see the doctor whom was very nice, she tells me what is going on and that I would need glasses. So I go out and am waiting to be seen by the people who help you pick out your glasses and while I was waiting, i asked a woman, I know what I am limited to what glasses I can get with HIP so can you show me which ones? And she tells me oh we dont take HIP and Im like um okay well I figured you did since your establishment popped up saying you did, so then she tells me my eye exam will cost $40. Well at this point I am infuriated because my insurance will pay for everything so why would I go somewhere to pay over $100 for an eye exam and glasses when I have insurance that will pay. So the manager comes out and we tell her my issue, she was absolutely rude. I was getting so angry but I am a nice person so I remained calm but these people want me to pay $40. Its not happening. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone!
We have been going here for several years and until today have always had great experiences. The girls up front are wonderful. Unfortunately they lost their main optometrist. Their new one is horrible. He was very rude and condescending to our son. We went in for his first fitting of contacts and due to the doctor we ended up leaveing with only a very disappointed child. When I called in to make the appointment I explained that our son was almost 10 and he would like to try contact. I was told that it would be no problem and the appointment was scheduled. When we arrived the new optometrist refused the appointment and proceed to be very condescending to our son. It is very disappointing to see a business suffer from one individual, but unfortunately he is the one individual you must deal with to get your prescription . We are sad to take our business elsewhere, but until they can find an optometrist that has the proper demeanor with children, we wont be back.
Awful - very rude staff. Spent over 1,000 for glasses and contacts for my 2 kids and myself- Prescription was way off - was owed 2nd pair of glasses and contacts and never received either. NEVER WILL I EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN. Straight up thieves. But very quick to take your money.
My wife ordered her replacement glasses from here. The optometrist was great. Ordering the glasses has been ridiculous. After a month of waiting, they finally came in and there were scratches right in the center of the lens. The technician didnt adjust her frames correctly when she picked them up either so they slid off her face constantly. They have ordered replacement lenses to make it right, but a months wait for damaged lenses is crazy. We have never had to wait more than 10 days for glasses anywhere else. At this point we will not be returning here for glasses.
I went to get glasses on July 15th and it is now August 26th and I still have NO GLASSES......I keep getting told next week.... Now I have told they are shipped ..... Said they wont give my money back but they will give me another pair of glasses. I dont want another pair I want my money back. Something has got be done with this place taking so long . No where else takes this long.

The worst place you could buy glasses from, be careful! i went there couple of days ago, i wanted to change the lenses of my glasses and they said they can do it with a free eye exam. After the exam, they told me they cant put new lenses on my glasses frame and i need to buy new glasses from them. i rate the frames they have 1 out of 10, i wouldnt buy any of it for 5$.After couple of days, they mailed to me a bill of 45$. for what? a free eye exam?
I went there with my broken glasses and found a similar shaped pair to put my old lens in. They said it they wouldnt do it, so I bought the lens and took the glasses home and had to do it myself.They made me put my lens in my glasses, who does that?

There is another clue right there friends...We got ready drove the 40 miles..again, they couldnt find them at first..holy cow..finally got them, got two pair each as they promised. Michael has more patience than me, thankfully..I was ready to scream..but got our glasses, drove the 40 miles home and will never ever go there again.If I could take the one star ⭐️ off I would..bc they are the worst place in the world 🌎 o go. I see on Google that the store in Castleton is closed/closing and people there are not getting their glasses 👓 at all. The BBB needs to get involved in the matter. Too many people are getting cheated out of their hard earned money 💰.Plus anyone that says the staff is nice and friendly..stop lying 🤥..it wont get you a raise..lol.Today, 25 August 2017. Went back, to get our glasses, at 10 AM, but they STILL didnt have them. Said they hadnt got the delivery for the day yet. Yay, we just drove 40 miles again. We had a couple of other things we could do, so we left, went did the things, ok, lets have lunch, that will pass some time. 2:30 go back, STILL no glasses, different sales girl, she tells us that it takes 7-10 days for a shipment. Where is it coming from? China? Sheesh. Now they will call us when the glasses are in and ready, she said. Im guessing the 7-10 days are business days, so this is just day 5, although its been Friday to Friday. So 5 more will make it 1 September.The ad says glasses in about an hour..they just dont tell you the day that hour is in.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE..trust me, its not worth the stress.I could have went to Walmart n had my glasses already and not had this much stress.We went there today, 18 August 2017. With the understanding that its same day service, eye exam, fitting, couple hours and you get your glasses.WRONG!First you fill out the paper work, get the eye exam..no problem. Pick your frame, adjust to your face, give the lady my credit card.This is when the problem started. Oh, sorry our internet is down, could you go get cash? Excuse me? What bank in a town 40 miles from my home is going to give me over $500.00? So she goes back into a office, ta da the internet works now. Pay, sign, she goes back to the back again, comes out to say that it will be NEXT Friday before we get our glasses, because they dont have the lenses in stock for my trifocals. 80 miles round trip for nothing, and you want me to come back next week? I want my money back. She dont know how to credit my card. The manager has to do it. Guess who isnt there? But they will call the house by closing time tonight which is 7 PM . I am writing this at 8:15 PM..didnt get a phone call...They even offered a free pair of glasses each for our troubles..why? I can only wear one pair at a time.If I had wanted to wait a week, I could have went to my local Walmart..duh!I am not very happy with this place and hope they get their act together and credit my card, or I will cancel it myself.I highly recommend you go somewhere else for glasses, this place has some problems.
They lost my glasses when I went to get a contact exam kept calling them they said they dont have them so I went else where bought new glasses and two weeks later they called and said we found your glasses. They wont reimburse me for the trouble had to have glasses for work but nope they done nothing to make it right !!!!
Ive been there over 15 times. They cant get it right. The optician doesnt know how to make glasses. Hes screwed up every time I went in. He knew they were screwed up. Sent me home with them anyway. Now I have 300$ pair of junk glasses in my drawer.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from here one for me, and one for my wife. My wifes glasses were ready for pickup within a few days but mine came a little over a month later. Horrible quality lenses and wrong perscription the first time I put them on they gave me an instant headache un wearable. the frames barely fit my head, I took them back they said they can get my lenses sent back to be remade so I can wait another month without glasses I needed them the day I ordered the first pair they informed me that they dont give refunds and told me it says that on the receipt but i did not get a receipt until I had paid for the glasses because thats how transactions work .if they are a non returnable company they need a sign that says so on there door to warn everyone $280 later I still need new glasses !!! eyecare express if I could grade you an F minus or a negative number of stars I would do so but one star and my dissatisfaction will have to be sufficient DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!

These guys (girls) ROCK!!!!! Real friendly and very thorough. I ordered glass and you usually wait 6-8 weeks, mine were there in about 2 weeks. Solid A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
This place is absolutely AWFUL. Waited 2 hours for a appointment that I made weeks in advance. Staff was very rude. Only one eye doctor in. Expensive for no benefit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
