Very pleased with the eye care services offered by the LensCrafters staff at Haute Center. Although it took me more than the allowed month to figure out the far distance in my progressive lens was not right, they still made it right and were kind and professional about it.

Overall fantastic experience. The staff was professional and friendly and answered every question that I had to ask. Helped me pick out glasses that suited me along with my budget. I would recommend the terre haute location to anyone great customer service and great teamwork. I will definitely be back

Dr. Harper and all the staff at LensCrafters were wonderful. Prompt and friendly service with a wide variety of frames to choose from.

Nice friendly staff, very helpful and even fixed my old sunglasses for me. The eye exam went smoothly and the Dr was very nice as well and also the staff on the Drs side.

Dr Harper and the staff did a great job to make me feel welcomed, and awnsered any of my questions promptly. Will be back again if I need to get my glasses fixed or need to order more contacts.

Dr Harper was amazing. He listened to me explain my long history with glasses/contacts and helped me to find the best prescription for me.

Service was very nice. Have a good selection of frames. Overall it was an excellent experience with great customer service.

I worked for this company for ten years. I was treated with respect and all of the support I needed to be where I am today in my optical career. I have also been a customer here for the last 12 years. The product quality is second to none. The management and employees are tremendous and will bend over backwards to help you with any problem you’re having with your eyewear.

Every time I go in the prices seem to keep going up! I can’t remember the girl who helped me but she was nice. But still felt rushed and didn’t hAve cases to corresponding glasses...odd

April the “manager” was the person to help me. The entire time she was condescending and didn’t let me speak. She added things on my lenses that I did not ask for or need. She told me that there was no way around the cost and then proceed to assume I couldn’t afford it. On top of this she seemed to have no respect for her employees. I don’t understand how a company can allow such awful behavior. From what I’ve been told by MULTIPLE employees there she is always like this. Also the reviews for google on LensCrafters are half employees including April the manager talking about herself. “At LensCrafters you’ll love what you see” LOL okay. If I could give them a zero I would. Other employees told me they accepted my insurance so I drove two hours and when I got there I was told they didn’t and she proceeded to be rude.

I have been using lenscrafters for years. Have always been treated very well. BUT this last few visits have been AMAZING. I cant express how well I was treated. They all went above and beyond to make sure I received the up most care. So a special thanks to all the employees.

If I could give zero stars I would. I Ordered another pair of glasses through warranty paid the fee for using my warranty which I purchased to start with to only have them cancel my order for no reason and not notify me ! Worst customer service ever ! You should for no reason go here for glasses ever ! They are incompetent absolutely terrible . You would have a better chance of making your own glasses looking through the bottoms of old coke bottles !

Most of the employees are pretty nice but management is awful. Imagine a toddler but in a shorter old woman’s body and that’s April :-)

I have used L.C. for years and have always had a great experience. This last time was less than stellar regarding my eye exam and a misprescription, but the sales staff at this location is very friendly and helpful.

Called three different times to final talk to someone. Hung up on me twice. No wonder they have poor reviews.

The glasses I purchased at LensCrafters broke. When I took them in, the technician wrapped tape around the earpiece and told me that was all that could be done. I couldn’t even schedule an appointment because the doctor had taken another job in Indianapolis and only had limited hours.

They act like they are stuck up in there. Never go back. Take my business elsewhere.

Lenscrafters is a major retail chain owned by the European company Luxotica that makes or imports 90% the designer label frames for glasses sold in many optical retailers. This mall store has premier frames and sunglasses including Coach, Oakley, Ray Ban, Polo as well as budget frames and safety glasses for women, children and men. The inventory usually has only 1-2 of each frame so you can maintain your unique style. Sale rack with discontinued frames or returns feature Ray Ban, Polo, Burberry, Vogue. Sells contact lenses. Makes frame adjustments. Takes insurance and runs specials. But this is not a buy 1 get 1 budget store - frames are $99- $200.+ and lens add ons cost extra. On site lab can make some prescriptions in an hour. Glasses are guaranteed. Staff is very professional and helpful in selecting frames, guiding you to take advantage of sales or insurance and fitting or repairing glasses.

You would think getting a new prescription, lenses, and hassle wouldnt be an issue in this day and age. However, it seems that is not the case at this particular store.A one star ratting is pretty harsh but deserved in this case. Every employee I worked with made a mistake. Let me explain:1) Arrival - I had an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. A busy time but, still, an appointment was made. 30 minutes after arrival I was finally seen.2) The doctor - spot on prescription... but BACKWARDS. Thats right, he switched my left and right eye on the paper (It took me a while to figure this out, more later)3) The frames - Now, I have to give props to the person that helped me for quickly doing what my wife and I couldnt. After 20 minutes of looking (while waiting to be seen) this guy found a frame I liked in 5. Nice. So what went wrong, you must be thinking. Well, when I came back the new glasses didnt seem right. He told me that it can take a while to adjust. Im pretty new to the eyeware thing. I rarely wear them, but I know when something isnt right. Anyways, he consulted the doc and said give it a week. Off home I go with a growing headache.4) The discovery - On Sunday I notice that taking my glasses off I could see through them ever so slightly better. A minute latter it came to me, I was using both eyes to focus through a single lens... one of them must be working much better. Flip them and WOW, they work! So, I call the store and inform them of their error and they tell me I have to wait for the doc for liability reasons. Right, same RX as my old glasses but they cant trust me >_>5) The attempt at a fix - So I go by there Monday after calling them and confirming that my lenses were in stock. Well, turns out the employee didnt notice I had anti-glare (big thing for us computer guys). So, they had to be sent out and it would take a week.6) The end of it all - That weekend they arrive. FINALLY! Buuuuut, they have to cut the lenses. You would have thought they could have had them ready by using the same frame but nope, yet another hour wasted. An hour goes by and its done. FINALLY! The female I was working with was quite patient despite my harsh tone and fustration, good on her for that. But no compensation attempt was made. 2 hours of my time waiting, 2 trips back and forth (each way is 20 minutes, so and hour and 20 minutes of time) and 4 extra gallons of gas. All in all, that is $100+ of my time and money.So, thats my trip to LensCrafters, or as they will now be reffered to as LensCrappters. A single mistake is one thing, but I would say that what I went through is inexcusable.BTW, if you use EyeMed, try Sears. They take EyeMed as well.

This is the slowest place in the world. They dont care how long you wait. It takes three people to help one customer while 5 others just sit and wait.

Even with insurance they add additional fees.
