Professional, friendly customer service and thorough eye exam. Both pairs of my glasses came in before they were due. Im very happy with them and recommend to anyone who ask.

This was my first visit to MyEyeDr in Terre Haute, and I couldnt have been more pleased. From the moment I walked in, everyone that I dealt with was professional and very friendly. Dr. Ross did an amazing job of examining my eyes and then Rebecca helped me pick out the most awesome glasses. All of the folks that worked there were very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that I had chosen the right place for my eye exam, contacts, and glasses. I will definitely plan on going back in the future, and will spread the word to my friends and family that are looking for a great and professional eye care place.

Dr Brian Ross is amazing. He found a hole in my retina and sent me to a fantastic specialist. I would like to give a huge shout out to the staff, especially Beth. At todays appointment I was literally in tears when I learned my insurance would not cover glasses for another year. I couldnt go another year without seeing correctly. Beth went above and beyond to call my insurance and notify them of my medical condition and the drastic change in my eyesight and got a new prescription approved. Everyone is super friendly and takes the time to actually treat you like a person not just another patient.

The Optometrist has always been very thorough and takes the time to get your prescription exact. I also bring my girls here and they are great making them feel comfortable with the entire eye exam process from start to finish.

Staff was all nice, but they told me it only would be a week for my glasses to be made. When I called them after a week and a half they said no it’s usually three weeks. After they came in, the staff was helpful in getting my glasses to fit even though it took a few tries. About a month later I got a statement from my insurance that showed they had overcharged me $100. I had to call three times to get them to refund me $86. Still not clear on the discrepancy. Won’t use again or recommend to others.

Nice receptionists, nice optometrist. There is some standard childrens play stuff in the corner of the waiting area. When I ask questions, I feel the answers given are thorough and accurate

Staff very helpful and friendly. Had a problem with my eye and Dr. Ross had me come to office right away. Would and have recommended him to friends and family!

Receptionist was rude. Stated that she didnt know if they accepted the state medicaid insurance. Stated I would not be seen period if I did not pay $55 for an unnecessary retinal scan that NO insurance would cover. I asked her to call the insurance company to figure things out and she kept giving me excuses and giving me a hard time even though I was being very pleasant. Called the insurance company to straighten everything out and the same receptionist was rude to the insurance company rep and misdirected her to some call center on purpose to avoid talking to her. I was just trying to become a new patient and was treated poorly and felt discriminated against because of my income.

From all outward appearances, Ossip seems like a pretty legitimate establishment, and maybe had I went to another location, in another city, my experience wouldnt have been so poor.I tried scheduling an appointment via their website and never received any kind of response, so I followed up with a phone call a week later (during normal business hours, mind you) and got a machine. I left a message explaining that Id tried contacting them through their website and that I still wanted to make appointment. I gave them all my information and waitied another week.Crickets.I finally gave up and went somewhere else. Now, this happened months ago, but the reason Im leaving a review now, is because within the last week Ive started receiving spammy business emails from Ossip, and to my recollection, I never signed up to be on an email list.A business that cant even respond to a potential customer (through two different avenues) but can flood your inbox with junk? That deserves a 1star rating.
