They had items the other stores did not. The employee even carried it to my vehicle. One of the last stores that offer old fashioned customer service.

Always a pleasure - they have so many pet supplies you cant find at the big box stores. Tools, parts, etc. Always have some cool decorations for in the house or outside. Not horribly kitschy but rather country. Employees are friendly and picking up outside is a super bonus!

Prices arent bad, staff are always nice and i can always get in and get out. I have never been there when it was busy.

I called ahead of time and verified they had the appropriate products for my needs. They set the products aside and my wife went and bought them(Im disabled). They were courteous and flexed thier product knowledge.

Staffing need to be better versed within the areas they are assigned. Stock items you know are being placed on sale so that your customers may have an opportunity to purchase them.

Nope!!! We have a tax exempt account here. However, Tax exempt account for Farm or other ST-105 use here is a problem. Per store manager their system as described today -- when I was still being charged tax, decides what is tax exempt and what is not. When is comes to farm use, ST-105 the customer should decide what is tax exempt for the farm and what isnt. Not TSCs computer. Rural King is i say run this on my account as tax exempt that is what happens. Not here at TSC their system says what is and what isnt. 100% the last purchase at this store.

Was there 3 times to get a rubber Love Joy fitting. A real common part thats used on motor driven hydronics. Makes me wish rural King was closer.

The tsc employees are always so helpful and friendly. You never have to look for someone if you need assistance. Its a great place to buy food for our pets and the swan creek candles they have year round now are the best!

Had what I wanted

Went to your Terre Haute store at about 3:45 yesterday for pet safe ice melt. The young man working the register was literally huffing because he didn’t know the answers to our questions and we seemed to be inconveniencing him. We left and went to PetValu. I don’t know his name but he was about 18. He needs to learn to handle his outward expressions and may I suggest some customer service training.

Quick stop for farm needs

Dont go there unless you know what you need because you arent going to get any help. Even after asking for help the guy just halfway answered our question and said thats all i really know and walked off!!

Store is ok, mens restroom terrible, dirty, toilet paper dispenser broke off wall on floor, light switch sensor broken, walls sink filthy, toilet plugged. Very bad experience!

Prices are fair on some items and outrageously high on others, Ive never had a good experience with the staff and they are of little to no help as they know very little about their own inventory.
