There can be some good deals at this location, but one employee we dealt with recently was clearly having a bad day and was less than helpful. We ended up leaving without making a purchase after our interaction.

They have just about everything you would find on their website with a few exceptions, and they offered some pretty decent deals.

Going to Columbia Factory can be like playing the lottery. Sometime it is a bust other time you hit the jackpot. The discounts are great. They get even better when you part of their loyalty program which equals to a larger discount. The cherry on top is if your Miltary or a Vet you can walk way with a total of three discount. You cant even do that on line. They give you just one discount. Instead of the multi discounts I can receive at the Factory store. The bust part is that sometimes they do not have anything in stock that I am looking for or not in my size. Still have not been able to find shoes that fit me. Overall not a bad place to shop.

Not much to see here. Nowhere near as nice as your Columbia stores in Northern States.

Columbia makes some great quality clothing that is comfortable. At their outlet locations you can always find what your looking for as they have a great selection and even better its always discounted from normal locations. They always have sales going on too plus they give a military discount which is great i support a company that supports it military!

Fantastic prices

This outlet store is my personal favorite. It offers high quality sportswear with about 30 to 40% of the original price. Sometimes the deal is even better. The sales clerks are friendly and helpful.

Usually not impressed by logo stores, Columbia in particular but this visit we found his and hers bad-weather boots that fit comfortably(!) and two great bed pillows to replace our hated my pillows. Mens clothing still nearly universally ugly and prominant branding on clothing is a deal-breaker for me. I dont pay to advertise on my bod.

The gear is nice here but a bit high priced for my budget. I watch the sales here then pounce. Last month I used the coupon on a pair of Newton Ridge hiking from boot. Its really good looking and holds stuff.

Cant beat the prices that they have there.Ive been to multiple Columbia outlets and this one definitely has one of the largest selections of things that I would actually wear.Plus this month- every 100 dollars you spend, they give you a coupon for 25 dollars off your next purchase (cant be used until August) but that is when they do tax free weekend and have even better sales than usual.Definitely worth stoping bu and taking a look around.

I picked up three shirts in the wrong size and needed a return. Circumstances were entirely my fault. I would not have expected them to accommodate the exchange, but they did it without hesitation. Excellent customer service. Wish I wasn’t from out of state!

You must check your purchase tickets after you pay and verify that they have not added other clothes that you have not bought, do not let them put them inside the bags, always check before leaving. They charged me for a jacket that I never bought and I realized very late when I checked the purchase receipt 3 days later.

Columbia- my brand. Hard to reach in outdoor clothing. Unfortunately not available anywhere in the world or can be ordered online. Price-performance ratio is right. And a huge range in the outlet.
