Andy, the assistant manager is so nice and welcoming! I really appreciated his assistance. I would recommend this store to everyone, very clean and organized.

Good prices, good deals like buy 3 tshirts for 30, and buy one get one tshirt. Manager was very helpful, and courteous.

Bre is amazing! She went out of her way to help my very picky teen and even went to the back to find more xs for her!! The store looked amazing and was easily shoppable! I will be a return customer!

Good location, never really that busy here so you get the help of associates whenever you need it.

It ok. I used to love this store. Everything my son pretty much wore came from here. They have changed the ideal style they known for.

If I could leave no stars I would have left no stars. I just left this Pacsun store in complete disbelief. Their store Manager Tristan was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. They have a wall full of graphic tees that says buy one get one half off. When you pick your shirts and take them to the counter to pay they then tell you the shirts really are not buy one get one half off. I asked them about the huge wall and advertising they said that only a few shirts are buy on get one half off. When I asked if they could show me which ones were the store manager said no we dont have time to pick shirts out for you as he say on a box behind the counter playing on his phone. I was in complete disbelief that a store at this outlet could treat people this way. It is the holiday season and it is a shame we had to walk out of the store empty handed when we were there to buy gifts for our kids. We will never again go to this store.Tristan the store manager needs a large amount of training or he needs to be demoted.

Great sale buy 1 get 2 free as well as excellent customer service. Organized and clean establishment.

PacSun has great sales that my youngest son takes full advantage of. He likes the selection of pants, shirts, and hoodies. We shop at the Tanger Outlet Mall store several times a year.

Clothing was good but customer service was terrible. Worst I’ve ever seen. The person working there was super disrespectful and seemed like he hated the place. Even forgot to take off the security tag off a shirt I bought and did not care. Would not recommend going to this pacsun because of the terrible and disrespectful employee.

New management taken over in April place is turning around for the better!
