I thought this place was clean usually Is but today the MANAGER sneezed in his HAND not once but twice and proceeded to touch on all the product WITHOUT washing his hands sir we are STILL in a pandemic you guys be careful and please be sure to bring sanitizer will NOT be back ridiculous and irresponsible.

Super disappointed in my experience here. I’ve bought many wigs in my life & have never been denied being able to try them on. The staff was very unhelpful & then failed to tell me that all sales are final. So now I’m stuck with a wig that looks terrible on me & they’re blaming me. Definitely a sub par place that I won’t be returning to. Buyers beware.

It’s been my 3rd time I had come early to buy what I need and they are never open on time ! There hours say 9:30 and I will be late just waiting on them to open . So unprofessional! If u can’t make it at 9:30 just move it to 10am

They are overpriced by $3-5 on brand name products. I was looking at some Mielle products and although they have a large selection they are not competitive with prices. For name brand stuff I would go to Walmart or Target. If you need wigs/weaves then this store will be helpful.
