My favorite shopping experience. I always find fun stuff there. I get snacks there very reasonably and prices are best! I have previously bought furniture as well and name brand furniture impressive plus good quality.. Storage solutions awesome.The store is always clean.This is a store that is very efficient to manage and someone available tohelp.

This is my new favorite stop. the service is ALWAYS friendly, kind, quick, and easy. their makeup selection is growing and already pretty big! you can find some really good gems for really cheap. i have gotten $8 shampoo and conditioner for only $1.50 here.

This is one of my favorite Big Lots locations. The furniture section is pretty decent and the employees are courteous and helpful. Always pretty clean and organized.

I do shop at Big Lots often and at several of their nearby stores since some items are more available at different stores. Tonight I found an item that is sometime in stock and sometimes not. Their Old World brand of sauerkraut is my favorite brand as I am picky about taste and spicing. I found it at The Colony store tonight... New label, but I opened new one and it has the same great but mild taste...

Erin and Pat are wortha drive from Chicago to get furniture!!! So super helpful. Love this location.

I love this Big Lots store in The Colony. The staff are genuinely nice everytime I come to shop. They remind me of how the neighborhood stores used to be. Caring and freindly to all who pass through their doors. Did I mention that the management runs like a well oiled machine.

The staff members are so professional and polite. Lots of smiles and greetings when you walk in. I want to mention that this is a very clean organized store. One of my favorite places to shop.

The Colony location, flipped the store. All the furniture is now up front by the entrance door. Looks nice. The registers are changed up a little too, more like a check-out at Walmart. They have great holiday stuff lots to choose from. The only down side I see from my last two visits is no hardware section. Nothing really to pick from if you need home depot or Lowes type items. I was looking for sand paper the other day and some allen wrenches. They did not have them.

Its been a while since I have been. But it seems so much cleaner and bright. A great assortment of the fun things I like!

Store is kind of empty. Not much of a variety at all. The one in Farmers Branch is packed with stuff and has an amazing selection of home good items. This location is disappointing. Always very desolate feeling, not many customers, yet no inventory and poor selection of merchandise. Disappointing.

They always have interesting in store stock.. My favorite sections is their garden and patio decor... And furniture selections.. Prices are very doable... Oh and the seasonal special occasion selections, they have lots choices and great prices. I just wish there was one closer to me. I think my town would benefit in having a local Biglots.

Its big lots, what can I say?

Prices arent much better than Walmart these days on most items. they used to a bargain store, but no so much anymore. Probably a good place for cheap furniture!!

Only there to get egg noodles, but it was clean and the cashier was friendly and decent price.

Our search for furniture brought us to Big Lots, we are frequent shoppers too. We picked out the pieces that we want (couch and ottoman) but there is not a store that has both of them locally so we opted to have them delivered. Big Lots Credit Card offered 0% for 12 months, so we hopped on that deal and got approved. AND THEN we/you cant use the Credit Card for online purchases! Surely they can process this manually if I call in, NOPE. 3 calls, 1 email and nobody has any better solution than to use a different card.Im only sorry to be leaving this review on our local Big Lots, its more of a corporate issue that needs to be resolved immediately! This is a fail as a business!

Big Lots is undergoing store remodeling, but continues to be a great place to shop! The store has always been well maintained, and is still clean despite the merchandise reshuffling. They have Lots of items on clearance right now, like a solar LED rock spotlight marked down from $10 to $5. The store personnel are always helpful and quick to assist.

I was told by staff in your Frisco store that I would receive 15% off if I shopped on my birthday. I made a special trip in on 11/22 to buy additional furniture that I liked but the 15% off was not honored however Casey at the store in The Colony did give me a great discount on a slightly damaged store model of one of the pieces I wanted but was not in stock.

Friendly staff and a wide selection! Also, one of the best places to get holiday decor!!

Big Lots is hit or miss. Dont buy food there unless they have something you cant get elsewhere. Otherwise, you will pay more than Walmart. For seasonal items like Christmas lights, Big Lots is a good choice. They all carry different items, so you cant always get the same item at another Big Lots. Join the rewards club. I think its $5 off every 3 purchases.

I have to give them a five because its very clean and organized inside. They do not have much variety and etc., but it is a nice store.

I really like the new design on the inside of this store. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful.

I had too return a BQ GRILL that was broken and I was able too get it returned and they was kind enough too put it together for me. After that it was taken too my truck and explained how too use it and Ive never returned anything too Big Lots because they always what I need.

Clean and organized. The clerk was very courteous and friendly! We went in today and store has gone down hill a little bit. It was not clean or organzined and it seemed low on stock. They did have ponytail holders for a great price. The clerk was still friendly.

I have never been able to use my Customer Points Card because no matter how many times the cashier looks at my account on the register, they always tell me they dont know why I cant use my card. Ive been issued 3 different cards and none have EVER worked. very aggravating.

Zaikee in the furniture department was super friendly and helpful. We went to this store after the furniture associate in Frisco told us there was 3 of a product at this store (without calling). Upon arrival, they did not have the product. Zaikee looked up the stores sat on the phone and found the piece we were looking for and confirmed it was there before we traveled again. He did a great job! If it wasn’t for him...we would have spent our $$ elsewhere.

I love Big Lots! Never know what Im going to find there. They didnt have as much furniture in the Frisco store as I was used to in my Bedford store, but this was my first time there. The cashier, Christy, was super nice, polite & helpful. IM,ll be back for more goodies soon.

Ive known this store from day one. Whats wonderful to say this store gets better every year.

We had to do some last minute shopping and they had everything we were looking for and then some. The only down side is that the store was a mess and the aisles were difficult to get down. Well worth it for the bargains we found though.

Went in for my birthday and just had a hay day! So many cool little things here! Forgot gem! Lol

Popped in to grab some items for my yard project. The lawn and yard center doesnt have a ton of options, but sufficient. Myself and my 3 daughters each had items we were paying for separately, and an order we were paying for collectively. When we entered the check out linenthere was only 1 person checking out in front of us and no one behind us. My daughter payed for her items first, my second daughter put her items on the counter and was told that she would need to move to another lane to check out, there was no other lane open the cashier called someone to the front. At this point there were no other customers behind us waiting. I had put the items we were paying for jointly on the counter and the cashier took them to another lane. Itold the cashier we were all together it didnt make sense to split us up and I insisted she bring our items back. In the time it took her to make a fuss 2 customers got in behind us. The cashier called for help and insisted my 3rd daughter and I pay for our individual items at the other register instead of having the new customers move. I had to put all of our items back in the cart and move to another lane. Once in that lane I asked the new checker for the other ladys name it was Lea-Ann. I honestly want to say that Lea-Ann has a problem with people of color, my daughters are bi-racial and Lea-Ann just seemed like she didnt want any part of helping us. I have a call in to Big Lots corpcoffice, hopefully they will remove Lea-Ann from a position where she has contact with customers.

I like Big Lots but with the employees i have to give a 3. I wanted to apply for credit so i saved them from having to ask and be awkward for them. So i asked and the guy that was helping us said yeah ok i can do that and by the time we got to the counter.. 15second later.. He asked what we were doing. Then had to call his manager for help in the middle of it because i asked about a joint application. When our temp credit printed he handed it to us without a word so we didnt even know if we got it.. How much.. Anything.. Then we asked for the booklet for more details on our credit line and he had to call for backup again.. We just left. Went to abotner store in Denton. It was crazy how they had no idea and the manager was so dirty she had pants falling off and her butt showing and couldnt understand her because of all the smoking she had apparently done. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone if youll need help with anything!
