Fully stocked in home decor! I always find something I like or I am looking for. Store is always clean. I was looking for more girls clothing and the shorts way outweighed the top selection. This place is ideal. Great finds. Even though I dont financially have to shop at thrift stores, it is a great way to be blessed and be a blessing. Im from out of state and dont like the fact that I dont have these extensive Christian thrift stores at home. If I did I would definitely shop them before going to department stores.

Good selection but for some reason they STAPLE the price tags directly into the fabric of the clothes instead of using plastic tags. I bought 5 shirts and had to wrangle the staples out without ripping the fabric.

They wouldnt sell a toy to one of my 3 kids because she couldnt find a price on it. I asked if she could get a manager to price it and she said no. Then snatched the toy from sons hands. It wasnt broken or dangerous. He cried. Never going there again and leaving a bad review on every social media also.

Great deals and nice items! I got 5 pair of dress slacks for work including banana republic brand. A beautiful dress shirt, 2 painted pottery soup bowls, a two piece swimsuit, silver plated goblets set, and a silver plated decorative bowl for around $60. I havent shopped for dress clothes in a dept store for over 2 years.

My first time visiting this specific store. A tiny selection of books 📚 but if you are lucky you might find great books for a cheap price that day. Thankfully I found one book that I thought 💭 is a good fit for me 😃. The jewelry catched my eye 👁️ the way this store has it set up is so cuuuuuuute! I couldnt resist 😏😀 and after checking these pieces out. I purchased a cute chic necklace is very pretty 😊. Affordable price I paid for this necklace 💎.

Items are a little dirty, but they have a good selection of items. The majority of the store is clothing, especially for women.

Prices are a bit high for a thrift store. You could find some of that stuff cheaper or the same price new at Ross/Marshalls/TJMaxx or online shopping (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari,Depop, etc)

$13 for a pair of used athletic shorts? What a joke. I wouldn’t call this a thrift store. Worse then goodwill prices.

You can find great deals here if you come back occasionally. You just have to be there when the good stuff is put on the shelf because it will be gone fast. But theres a lot of stuff that has no business costing what it does. Nobody is gonna buy a ten year old pair of busted Nikes for $20.

Way way overpriced, $20 on most items, the items are used and in terrible condition, missing buttons, ripped, stained or discolored like the one in the picture I have attached and asking $10 🤣🤣🤣 whats wrong with these people?

I just left there and they wouldnt sell me one item because someone had ripped the blue tag off it. I offered to pay any price they wanted, as it was the one item in my cart that I actually really wanted. I used to shop there all the time but Ill NEVER be back now. Ill take my business elsewhere if you cant be reasonable. Extremely dissatisfied.

Not easy to find clothing. Everything is sort of mixed together making it hard to find a particular style of clothing. Also not encouraging to get in line for checkout and have 30 people ahead of me.

Went to this location. Cashier was rude, and the daily sales were not correct. So i ended up spended way more than i expected, but was not made aware until after i had purchased the items. So when i mentioned it they told me the daily sale was wrong and i couldnt get a refund because of their no refund or exchange policy. Normally love this place, but this experience has ruined it completely

Great selection, but not much is on additional sale. the prices are very close to the retail price on some things (old navy, walmart and target brands). the sweater/cardigan sale was loosely defined regardless of if you picked it up from the appropriate racks. sweet cashiers though and its getting neater than before. the parking lot is terribly constructed

Some great finds ever time I go. Great prices too. Registers always staffed and some on the floor if their not busy cleaning up after all the customer that sometimes trash it. At times some items are priced per quality. If its too $$ I just buy it.

A decent thrift store for the most part. I deducted a star because the store can be s tad messy sometimes. Not too bad though. Also though clothes are in sections based on size the clothes are often mixed up in the wrong section.

I have called several times during business hours but no one ever picks up the phone. Are the fitting rooms open at this location?? I do not want to drive here if they are not.

We decided to stop and look around the store. There is a good selection of items, mostly womens clothing and shoes. The selection for men or teens is limited. The childrens section barely exists. If youre looking for household items, good luck. This store mostly caters to women. Its too expensive, the prices are outrageous. I would suggest making the trip to the Thrift Giant located in Denton, TX off the loop next to the Walmart. They have better pricing. A thrift store is supposed to have cheap affordable prices. Most items here are priced $5.99 and above. Thats cheap if youre using one of their deals, like the tag deal of the day, but then youll have to come in only on certain days when the deals are being offered. Otherwise have fun paying outrageous prices for each item that you buy. Also, some of their staff if rude. The Hispanic women that work as cashiers are hostile and dont bother to act courteous. I had to ask two of them that were just standing around if they were cashiers. One of them ignored me and the other one gave the stink eye replying back with a simple no. With COVID happening, youd think theyll ring you up as quickly as possible to get you out of the store, but nope. Everyone wore masks inside the store, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, some of the staff didnt bother to wear the masks correctly. Some wore them around their neck, others didnt cover the nose. I get that its hot to breathe in them, but the store owner should at least provide for them a face shield. Also, they sell masks here for a dollar in case you forget your mask. Anyway, good luck to anyone shopping here. I will not be coming back or recommending this thrift store to anyone.

I absolutely love this place. People are complaining about expensive items there? Well don’t buy those.. there are SO many good deals! Monday and Wednesday are “99 cent days” where a certain color is on sale for 99 cents! I got like 4 pairs of maternity pants the other day for a buck each! They also have 50% off colors, etc so look for the deals! I have bought Express, Banana Republic, and other name brand sweaters for like $2.50! You just have to look for the deals.

I genuinely can’t stand the new layout where it’s all clothes. There’s stuff on top of the clothing racks but it’s hard to even see it or get a better look and it’s just all over the place now.

Dont leave the store if the didnt take all the magnetic strips off, always double check. Theyll give you the run around to go to another store 30 minutes away to take them off. Their process of going through the steps to get them taken them off are ridiculous and time is not a matter to them for you either. Just double check your clothes for bs tags

My girls and I stumbled upon this thrift store while out on Labor Day and I could not be happier we did!!The store is clean, big, and organized by size, and type of wear. Plus it was easy to maneuver up and down the isles with a shopping cart.In my opinion prices are better than reasonable and for the holiday everything was 50%off!!!We werent planning on buying anything and certainly not looking for anything in particular but we managed to roll up to the counter with a shopping cart full of random things and the bill was only $14 bucks?!!Im talking dresses, sweatshirts, bottoms..even a very cool book for ONE DOLLAR that I just found on Amazon for $65!!!!!!!!!!!!!Only downside- the fitting rooms were locked for the big sale. But hey... stuff worked out just fine and if it hadnt -theres always OFFER UP! Or donation!!

This is a very low quality resale, so know what you are getting into before you go. I can sometimes find clothes and such for my kids, and other times its a huge letdown. My issue is that when my son found a toy car he wanted today, the cashier wouldnt sell it to him because the price had been rubbed off. We didnt rub it off. It was like that probably because several people had handled it. I dont understand why she didnt simply get a manager to price it. Instead she made a little kid upset when he clearly wasnt the one who rubbed the price off.

Left something of mine (and it was very expensive) in a dressing room by mistake and instead of waiting or holding onto it for any amount of time to ensure it wasn’t a customer’s property they put a price tag on it and sold it.Not everything missing a price tag is merchandise. It’s only sensible to hold onto an item found in the dressing room for a few days, OR AT LEAST ONE DAY, to ensure it isn’t customer property.

Not everything has a price written on it so they will not sell period.

Its a resale store.. Cant expect too much, but I do wish they had better staff. I understand the volunteers doing community service you cant expect much from, but I havent always had the best experience with the staff here in the 10+ years Ive been coming here. All in all if youre in the market for used stuff this is a good stop to check.

This is my first time coming to this location and i must say i was shocked by the prices. why would a dress be 169.00 in here? the staff acts like they dont see you to help with questions. i eventually found a dress that was reasonable but geesh come on people you are ripping people off.

Price are good overall . You can find a good deal sometimes but my only complaint is that I came twice and my items didn’t have a price . No price No sell ! You have to come back the next day but the next day my item was gone .

This was much better as The Colony Resale. The employees were warm and friendly and made it pleasant to be there. Not now. You used to be able to find unexpected gems in the different departments, now its almost all poorly organized clothes. Ive been in four or five times since the rebranding and have been disappointed every time.

Stopped today wanted to get a jacket the was priced $29.92 the frist 2 clearly had a 1 over it I spoke to the manager and she said it was a 2 not a 1 she took it from me very rude and Unprofessional took it to the back and changed the tag and said now its a $2 if you want it. I was willing to buy it but not with her attitude rudeness... Incompetent manager and employees that have no customer service what so ever... It would of only cost a small piece of paper to reprice it from the beginning...I know one unhappy customer wont hurt business but with that type of managment eventually it will... Theres many other thrift stores to go to.....

I used to love CCA. I havent been over this way in a while, but it seems sometime recently theyve changed to something called Thrift Giant. And its terrible! They rearranged the store and theres barely any furniture. All the household items are randomly spread out and its all junk. CCA was pretty decently organized but now things are a complete mess. Maybe given some time, it will get better, but as of today, Im not impressed.

Good sized thrift shop focused mainly on clothes. Clean and organized well enough. My focus at thrift shops is electronics like vintage stereos and video games, and I havent had any luck here with that kind of thing. Great prices overall.

This is one of my favorite thrift shops. It is very clean & well organized, & they have great weekly discount specials. The back wall features $0.99 clothing for men,women, & kids. They also have a fantastic furniture department where you can get great quality used furniture at a VERY low price.

The store in 5000 Main St Suite 270, The Colony, TX 75056...Do not go here if you need to try on the clothes. They do not allow trying on the clothes over your clothes. They do not allow returns or exchanges!!!They are basically robbing the customers...BEWARE
