Ms. Kelly was very helpful and polite. As soon as I stepped into the store, she was eager to help me. I loved how she was patient and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this store.
Went to the store a week & a half ago and upgraded 2 phones and purchased a watch as well. Some changes were made to my plan and things were added that had I been asked about, would not have wanted. The employee who assisted was not very helpful or informative/thorough. I went back and spoke with Marlon and Britt both of whom were very friendly & helpful and took their time to make sure I understood and worked with me to make the necessary changes and for that I am grateful and would def recommend working with them.
I have worked with Mark & Denzel on several occasions recently. Each time they have handled any issue or question I had at that time. They are extremely knowledgable from a technical level. They are also courteous, respectful and friendly. I look forward to working with them in the future. Actually, the entire staff is very good.
Two weeks ago today my husband and i went in to upgrade our phones and had a great experience with one of the managers Mark. Looking at the account after purchase I notice another line was added that we did not know was added. When calling to schedule an appt. A Rep answered and was rude her name was Olivia. Went to my appt and talked to Mark that sold us the phones and everything was suppose to get resolved about added line error. Once getting off phone with Customer service the sales manager comes over and tells me the trade in on line was void if i take phone line off. She was very rude and her tone was defensive. I then asked for my money or phone back and was told NO! I Then said i was going to call Customer service back and she proceeds to say that Customer service doesnt control what they do in store with an attitude. Mind you i was already in store working with other rep and Customer service to fix issue. She then tells me to get out. I did not want to leave and she calls the police on me! As a Customer i have never been so embarrassed or attacked due to wanted something resolved that they made error with. I hope OLIVIA at the Thibodaux store is reprimanded for her behavior and lack of professionalism and CUSTOMER SERVICE when speaking to customers. No matter if a customer is upset or confused or whatever self-control and tone is important when dealing with public and she definitely lacked that! I will never go to the Thibodaux store again due to this incident. Mark the rep i worked with in store on the hand was a joy and he has GREAT customer service.
Went in for a new phone and had the privilege of meeting Mark and Kelly.They went above and beyond to help us.AT&T are lucky to have them.They are the bomb.Thanks guys.
I have not been in this store in awhile because some of the associates are rude but there is one who I like working with and go above and beyond to help you and her name is Olivia. She is great to work with. Even a couple of the store managers are rude . But as long as Olivia is working I will go and ask for her.
Warranties should be handled at the store and not online. Online people are not ashelp ful as in store people. Very few online people are good.

Sales person was awesome! Had AT&T internet connected at my home and the manager @ this store I would get the installation fee of $99 waived. Never happened. When I tried getting in touch with the manager he was never there or with a customer . I tried for 3 weeks. Still never got the fee taken care of. My advice is to get it in writing with the persons name that the fee will be waived. TERRIBLE 👎👎👎👎

This store should be closed they will not help you with any problems, they send you home and tell you to contact customer service. They are customer service which is the purpose of having a store. If I have to do everything online just close the store.
We had a great experience with Andrew. He was very helpful and professional. He was knowledgeable about the different phones and plans. He was even able to help us save some money.
Everytime Im in ATT, doesnt matter which employee assists me, they are fast, kind, and professional. Im literally in and out with time to spare for myself. My ATT store is located in Thibodaux, Louisiana.
Answers are always given for the best of the company. Customers must bow to company.Standing for more than 20 minutes with out acknowledgement of presence. Was told store is at maximum capacity for instore customers. Will send text when it is time for me to enter store again.

Went to get a new phone. Must have gone at right time...we were helped right away. Did everything they could to get up the best deal. Zel and Sonnie were great. He even misses his lunch to continue working on phones.

The AT&T customer service rep. that helped me resolve my issue was the BEST. She helped me quick and efficiently. Helped me lower my bill some and made me realize I was paying for stuff I didnt use. Makes me feel great saving money. Thank you At&t!

I’d like to acknowledge Jenn with Thibodeaux’s AT&T location for her help with my First Net account! She talked me through it, explained the plan, and corrected mistakes made by another AT&T store during the initial set up of my account. I’m extremely appreciative of everything Jenn did today to enhance my experience with AT&T and First Net! I’d recommend this group (the Thibodeaux peeps) to anyone and everyone for your AT&T and/or First Net needs.
Even though the wait was somewhat long, I totally get it with Christmas in 2 days, it was worth the wait! The sales associate, Becky, was absolutely fabulous!!

Spent 3 days in the last two weeks in this store and 2 hours on the phone and didnt get what I needed accomplished. Bought a new phone (thats another story in itself) and got the $99 IPAD promotion with the purchase. Well I was told the IPAD was ordered. 15 days passed and still no IPAD. I went into the store to check on it; nobody could find my order. I was told I would receive a call back on the issue that day. I didnt receive a call. I stayed on the phone for two hours today on hold between the store and customer service today. Every customer who is in that store trying to purchase something or get their phone fixed is miserable and the experience seems to ruin their day. I witnessed this multiple times being in there. So now I am 12 days away from Christmas without my daughters IPAD and 3 days of my life wasted.UPDATED**** Jenn (who works there) saved the day....5 stars for her..rest of the place remains the same

Called to inquire if they had a replacement accessory for my att phone. Was told that I would have to come in and check because the employee was busy with another customer. Lousy service.

Im not an AT&T customer myself but with that being said my dad sends me to pay his bill. I had no problem doing this the first time the nice lady took the payment on her tablet. However this time I ran into a very rude lady by the name of Brandi who pointed me straight to a kisos machine and when asked for help you would have thought I was demanding too much of her. You see the kisos asked for a 90 day plan and it was confusing bc my father pays every 30days. So rude. Note to Brandi if you dont like your job go to school and do something you like.
