One of the best T-Mobile stores in the area. The staff is great, and friendly. Made my transaction fun and light. Explained everything well to me. Judy overall great service and hospitality. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is a current T-Mobile customer. Or thinking about switching to T-Mobile.

Well theres Joe, and Joe knows. If Joe dont know youll be hard pressed to find someone that does know. They always look out for me. Every time I go, I spend more time talking then it takes them to fix my issues.

The staff answered my question very thoroughly and explained the plan that I was interested in.

Whole new staff here now and its paying off. I used to avoid this place like the plague but didnt have a choice one day when my phone wouldnt turn on. Even tho they are not a service center, one of the reps there is an old technician and was willing to work on my phone a bit. They managed to get me back up and running even tho 1800 said it was probably dead and would be better to upgrade. I didnt want to upgrade and they made sure I didnt have to, thank you Thibodaux! We ended up going back a week later with my sister to transfer over from AT&T and they got everything set up quickly and even transferred over her information from her old phone so we didnt have to. I wont have to travel all the way to Houma anymore so it really makes me happy.

The thibodaux sprint store went beyond their duty to get my sprint phone connected to my fitbit. Joe didnt stop until he fixed it. Everyone go to the thibodaux store they give good service.

This is by far the worst store ever. The employees and also the Store Manager are very rude. We went to the Houma stores and they helped so much, and said they get that the Thibodaux store is bad all the time. I tell EVERYONE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They need new staff.
