Took my computer in it was finished being fixed same day amazing kind and fast service I will only come to them from now on

⭐⭐⭐⭐11/10⭐⭐⭐⭐Would absolutely recommend to everyoneAlright, I dont usually write super detailed reviews, but this place is the ABSOLUTE BEST COMPUTER REPAIR OUT THERE. Ray was nice, knowledgeable, and inquisitive about the problems with my computer. When we first called him he quoted us 30 for something pretty simple, after I explained the problem the price only went up a little. We did a little calling around before bringing it in and I had 2 different stores flat out say to me I cant compete with his prices. You should absolutely go there. And just because it was affordable didnt mean he dips in quality. he, and his team even did some things that we didnt ask for but actually greatly needed. After all was done I called him (after hours he didnt have to answer but he did) because I had some other questions. he helped us over the phone and offered to come back to the store in his personal time (please dont ever expect this people. This was him being helpful, dont abuse that kindness) to help me get a part I needed at a reasonable price. (the part could have been hundreds) Absolute best service Ive had in the computer industry ever.

The owner is a very friendly guy. He is fair with the cost of his products. I know I can go in there and ask about any thing computer and he will be more than willing to help.

We bought several items from Ray and after doing business with him, we have come to know that not only his prices are inflated, but Ray does not pay his workers in and around the shop. SHAME ON YOU RAY, to not pay people that do work for you during this awful time in the world! To me, it just goes to show that he operates without integrity. Others in the area should use Action Computers. There prices are MORE than fair and they stand behind there work and products, and there workers get paid.

It takes forever they cant even figure out what whats happening and only they had to do is sign into something and also they tried to blame a child for something that they didnt do cuz they barely use that computer and they had to send it to someone even though they did literally nothing but sit there and its been over 4 days when they said it was going to be ready its been like 2 weeks

We purchased two ALL in one computers for our office and they work awesome. I decided to get one for my home as well instead of purchasing one for 800 or more from the store. I am usually iffy about purchasing used systems but was really impressed with the ones we purchased from this company I went out and purchased one for my home as well. I would recommend Computer Bargains if you are not wanting to spend money on a brand new computer and would like to purchase a used system without the worries of it running right. You will not be disappointed with what you buy from here.

I have been going to Ray at Computer Bargains for as long as I can remember (15 YEARS+), they always do a great job. Have never bought a new computer in my life. The laptop Im using now has lasted several years was purchased here for very little. Last week the gave me a free cord for it. The previous week on another machine they upgraded my windows 7 to 10 added virus protection and installed an electronic hard drive for under $180. Great local small business.

I purchased a laptop on 06/25/15 and was told it had a 90 day warranty. With a week I started having intermittent problems with the laptop which was draining the battery. Took it in a left the laptop with them for a couple of days. Got a call saying they were unable to duplicate the problem. OK fine I understand how intermittent problems are. You cant fix something if you cant get it to act up. When I went to pick it up they charged me $30 so the laptop could stay the night with them for them to run a couple tests. When I asked about the 90 day warranty they stated it was for hardware only and all the hardware was fine. Would of been nice to know that the warranty did not cover the software THEY installed or that if they were unable to duplicate the problem I would be charged so my laptop could have a place to stay the night. DO NOT RECOMMEND....THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY!!!!

I know a lot about computers but unfortunately I dont have a lot of spare parts laying around. These guys are honest and offer great prices and even trade parts. Ive bought everything from diagnostic services to power supplies, mouse and keyboards and even hard drive enclosures when my computers failed but the hard drives were still good. HP wanted a lot of money to fix my laptop (more than what I originally paid) so I scrapped the parts, kept what I wanted and donated the screen for an enclosure. Fair deal for me.... what would I do with a laptop screen anyway?Basically, these guys are willing to work with you and they know what they are doing. If you disagree with their services, its probably because you lack knowledge about computer repair and or viruses/malware as well as the real issue that lead you to their shop in the first place. Ive been to geek squad and their prices are outrageous as well as their corporate mindset.I can appreciate a small business and have had nothing but good experiences going here.

Amazing service, I have been a repeat customer and they have always been upfront about pricing and the work being done.

Made the mistake of purchasing a laptop and a computer that I asked if it was suitable for gaming. Laptop has stopped working, the gaming computer they sold me didnt have a graphics card in it. Shop here and kiss your money goodbye.

Becids the fact I been working there now since late November of last year. Ive been going there around 2011 and they are very friendly, have a lot of knowledge which is great. And they can from time to time work with others on bartering if some one is short on funding. Really low prices on desktops and laptops (Most do not come best buy etcetera most comes from business that go out or at state actions. So they are pretty hi grade computers most of the time.)

Helpful honest dependable for repeat customers a dream. Extremely helpful on info and upgradable options on current machines even when I tried to redirect (trick) them on a technically a downgrade device add on option they still insisteaded on a faster cheaper WiFi modem USB or card port option.....thats just honesty and customer pride to me!!
